Abstract

Description
本发明涉及由热塑性塑料制成的桶,其在由桶底附近的桶壳沿圆柱形桶壳部分轴向延伸处有一个突出的滚圈,其由滚圈与桶壳之间的槽连接的桶壳呈锥形渐转向桶底。
通常的桶在端面附近的桶壳处装有实心截面的吊运圈,吊运圈上带有支承桶抓钳的抓臂的一个水平支承面和一个垂直支承面。
这种桶就其总体来说大多数都是采用吹制方法制造的,其吊运圈在制造时由桶壳整体成型。但是已知这种桶也有采用将管状桶壳和桶端部相互分开的方法制造的。采用压铸方法制造的带吊运圈的端面是在另一个操作工序中被焊接在管状桶体上的。
因为处于一定高度上的满载的桶坠落时斜向受到冲撞,由于桶壳强度较低,吊运圈受到威胁,所以吊运圈必然与所谓的皱摺区连在一起,主要是为了抵消撞击能量。由此看来,各个吊运圈应配置在桶顶边缘或桶底边缘下面的一定距离内。通过环形槽向外突出的桶壳部分沿桶的轴线呈锥形上升。
桶坠落时受到斜向或垂直冲撞时,在碰到吊运圈前,位于吊运圈上面的桶的弹性端部则先变形。
由于吊运圈与桶顶或桶底的距离较小,倾斜滚动桶时,操作人员可用手轮换抓住吊运圈,使操作极其方便。
在倾斜滚动满载桶时,底部边缘由于桶的重量而被压扁,致使在滚动时影响滚压操作。由于吊运圈凭借桶底的支承,桶底的边缘会部分变形,从而使滚压操作减慢。
尽管如此,滚动桶时底边仍然受到严重阻碍。此外,在由桶壳向桶底延伸的边缘部分渐渐变薄,在严酷条件下运行时,特别是在用手倾斜滚动时,边缘部分承受着超负荷。还有在弯边时,增加了事故的危险性,滚桶时滚圈会压伤操作人员的脚。
因为只有上部的吊运圈构成桶抓钳的支承,借以抬起和搬运桶,所以还必须配置下部的吊运圈,才使其具有另一个功能。但是仍然要考虑在满载桶坠落时,防止变形力造成的损坏。
为此,下部的吊运圈必须配置滚圈,于是要在桶壳上另占一定的位置。
本发明是使滚圈具有近似梯形截面,其最狭窄的部位位于滚圈槽内,由此向滚圈的端部逐渐增大,而滚圈的轴向端面的尾端则在桶底的平面中。
由此可见,下面的皱摺部分即不存在,因此桶只有通过滚圈才能滚动。
桶坠倒受到斜向或垂直冲撞时产生的冲撞能直接为滚圈所接受,滚圈沿桶壳的狭窄连接处的周围向内弯曲,产生弹性变形至其撞及锥形的桶壳部位得到支承,从而冲撞能被变形的滚圈所抵消。
垂直的堆叠力被滚圈和桶底所接受,这种力通过圆柱形桶壳部分分布到滚圈中,并通过锥形的桶壳部分分布到桶底中。为了在放置桶的地面上获得完全的支承,与滚圈的轴向端面相比,桶底端面的复原可能是极小。
在滚动竖直放置的桶时,容易倾斜。根据本发明,在滚动时,边缘上产生的对角负荷很容易解决,只要将通过滚圈截面的中轴线延长,即可切过桶内部的重心部位,滚圈就很容易由槽向外倾斜。因此,滚圈的负荷在很大程度上由滚动时产生的弯曲应力去除负荷,由于变形很小,地面支承面很小,对进行滚动非常有利。堆叠力通过滚圈直接引入桶壳。
如果在实施本发明时,滚圈径向端面的外径相当于桶壳范围的直径,则可保证桶毫无损失的装载。

图中,4表示桶9的桶壳的圆柱形部分,10表示顶面,7表示桶底的端面。槽(图中未给出)在桶的顶部。
截面为实心的吊运圈11在桶顶附近,该吊运圈有一个水平支承面13和垂直支承面14,支承桶抓钳的抓臂(图中未给出)。
吊运圈11通过连接水平支承面13的连接圈15与桶壳4整体接合。在本实施例中,连接圈15与向顶面10锥形上升的桶壳部分12之间的槽2配置在距吊运圈11的水平支承面13的下面。
在桶底部位上的滚圈1具有近似梯形的截面。滚圈1最狭窄的部分位于槽2内。制造时除了顶锻过的材料具有良好的可焊性外,还可采用一种铰链,使滚圈1在受到侧向冲撞产生变形力时能向内弯曲。滚圈1由最狭窄部分向端面增大。
滚圈1的轴向端面5的尾端大致是在桶底7的平面中,该桶底经锥形桶壳部分6渐转为圆柱形桶壳4。径向端面3相当于桶壳4范围的直径。
滚圈1由槽2开始略呈锥形向外倾斜。通过滚圈截面的中轴线8的延长线(图中用虚线表示)切过桶9的重心部位(图中未给出)。
Claims (4)
1、由热塑性塑料制成的桶,具有由桶底附近的桶壳沿圆柱形桶壳部分轴向延伸处有一个突出的滚圈,其由滚圈和桶壳之间的槽连接的桶壳部分呈锥形渐转向桶底,其特征在于滚圈(1)具有近似梯形的截面,其最狭窄部分位于滚圈(1)的槽(2)内,由该处向滚圈的端面增大,滚圈(1)的轴向端面(5)的尾端在桶底(7)的平面中。
2、按照权利要求1的桶,其特征在于滚圈(1)由槽(2)开始略呈锥形向外倾斜,通过滚圈截面中轴线的延长线(8)切过桶(9)内的重心部分。
3、按照权利要求1和2的桶,其特征在于滚圈(1)径向端面(3)的外径相当于桶壳(4)范围的直径。
4、按照上述权利要求的桶,其特征在于滚圈(1)在其内外范围内最狭窄的截面中采用分布均匀的轴向肋条予以加固。
