Abstract
由热塑性塑料制成的桶,具有一个在桶底附近的桶壳处突出的滚圈,该滚圈具有近似梯形的截面,其最狭窄部分位于滚圈槽底部位,其轴向端面在桶底的平面上终止。
Description
本发明涉及由热塑性塑料制成的桶,具有一个在桶底附近的桶壳处沿圆柱形桶壳部分轴向延伸突出的滚圈,其由滚圈与桶壳之间的槽底连接的桶壳呈锥形过渡到桶底。
通常这种桶在端面附近的桶壳处装有实心截面的吊运圈,吊运圈上带有一个水平支承面和一个垂直支承面以供桶夹持装置的夹持臂使用。
这种桶就其总体来说大多数都是采用吹制方法制造的,其吊运圈在制造时跟桶壳一体成型。但是也已知这种桶也有采用将管状桶壳和桶端部分开制造的。采用注塑方法制造的带吊运圈的端部是在另一个操作工序中被焊接到管状桶体上的。
因为处于一定高度上的满载的桶坠落时斜向会受到冲撞,由于桶壳的厚度比较小,吊运圈受到极大的威胁,所以吊运圈必然与所谓的皱摺区连在一起,主要是为了吸收撞击能量。由此看来,各个吊运圈应配置在桶顶边缘或桶底边缘下面的一定距离处。从环形槽向外突出的桶壳部分相对于桶的轴线呈锥形上升。
桶坠落时受到斜向或垂直冲撞时,在碰到吊运圈前,位于吊运圈上的弹性桶端部要先变形。
由于吊运圈与桶顶或桶底的距离较小,在倾斜滚动桶时,操作人员可用手轮换抓住吊运圈,使操作极其方便。
在倾斜滚动满载的桶时,底部边缘由于桶的重量而被压扁,致使在滚动时发生干扰的抖动。通过吊运圈对桶底进行支撑,桶底边缘的变形会部分地被抵卸住,缓和了干扰的抖动。
尽管如此,通过底边滚动桶仍然受到显著的阻碍。而且,在从桶壳向桶底过渡的边缘部分比较薄,在粗鲁操作时、特别是在用手倾斜滚动时,边缘部分会承受超负荷。还有在倾斜滚动时,发生事故的危险性增高了,滚桶时竖起来的滚圈会压伤操作人员的脚。
因为只有上部的吊运圈构成桶夹持装置的支承,借以抬起和搬运桶,下部的吊运圈就可以转变来用于另一个功能。但是仍然要考虑在满载的桶坠落时能够无破坏地抗御变形力。
为此,下部的吊运圈必须转变成一个滚圈,并在桶壳上占据一个略为不同的位置。
根据本发明,滚圈具有近似梯形截面,其最狭窄的部分位于滚圈槽底处,由此处向滚圈的端部逐渐增大,并且滚圈的轴向端面在桶底的平面上终止。
由此可见,下面的皱摺区往回缩进,从而桶能够只通过滚圈滚动。
桶坠倒受到斜向或垂直冲撞时产生的冲撞能直接被滚圈吸收,滚圈围绕桶壳的狭窄连接处向内弯曲,产生弹性变形直至撞及锥形的桶壳部份得到支承,这样就使冲撞能通过变形滚圈被吸收。
垂直的堆叠负荷被滚圈和桶底所承受,这种负荷通过圆柱形桶壳部分分布到滚圈中,并通过锥形的桶壳部分分布到桶底中。为了在放置桶的地面上获得完全的支承,桶底端面相对于滚圈的轴向端面略为往回缩入。
在滚动竖直放置的桶时,要略为倾斜一点。根据本发明,在滚动时,只要将滚圈从槽底开始略为向外倾斜,使通过滚圈截面的中轴线的延长线与桶内的重心部份相交,边缘上产生的对角负荷就能够更好地承受。这样,滚圈在滚动时大部分部位解除了弯曲应力,由于只有微小变形,跟地面的接触面就很小,对进行滚动非常有利。堆叠负荷通过滚圈直接传给桶壳。
如果在实施本发明时,滚圈径向端面的外径相当于桶壳的圆周直径,就可保证桶无损耗地码盘。

图3 是桶底侧的放大断面图。
图中,4表示桶9的桶壳的圆柱形部分,10表示顶面,7表示桶底的端面。未示出的桶口处在桶的顶部。
截面为实心的吊运圈11设置在桶顶附近,该吊运圈有一个水平支承面13和一个垂直支承面14,以供未示出的桶夹持装置的夹持臂使用。
吊运圈11通过连接在水平支承面13上的连接圈15与桶壳4连成一体。在本实施例中,连接圈15与成锥形向顶面10上升的桶壳部分12之间的沟槽的槽底配置在吊运圈11的水平支承面13下面一个距离处。
在桶底部位上的滚圈1具有近似梯形的截面。滚圈1的最狭窄的部分位于槽底2处。除了使在制造时经顶锻的材料具有好一些的可焊性外,狭窄部分还可起一种铰链的作用,使滚圈1在受到侧向冲撞而致产生变形的应力时能向内弯曲。滚圈1从最狭窄部分朝端面部分增大。
滚圈1的轴向端面5大致在桶底7的平面上终止,该桶底通过锥形桶壳部分6过渡到圆柱形桶壳4。径向端面3相当于桶壳4的圆周直径。
滚圈1从槽底2开始略呈锥形向外倾斜。通过滚圈截面的中轴线8的延长线(图中用虚线表示)与桶9的重心部位(图中未示出)相交。
Claims (2)
1、由热塑性塑料制成的桶,具有一个在桶底附近的桶壳处沿圆柱形桶壳部分轴向延伸突出的滚圈,其由滚圈和桶壳之间的槽底连接的桶壳部分呈锥形过渡到桶底,其特征在于略呈锥形向外倾斜的滚圈(1)具有近似梯形的截面,其最狭窄的部分位于滚圈(1)的槽底(2)处并从该处向滚圈的端部增大,通过滚圈截面的中轴线的延长线(8)与桶(9)内的重心部分相交。
2、按照权利要求1所述的桶,其特征在于滚圈(1)在其最狭窄的截面处通过分布均匀的轴向肋条进行加固。
