本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种健脾开胃的莲藕花生酱,由以下重量份原料制成:花生酱300-320、莲藕50-60、豆腐30-35、无花果20-25、苹果醋30-35、蜂蜜30-40、香葱20-30、裙带菜20-30、丝瓜20-30、米酒40-50、橄榄油8-10、桑葚10-15、莲子5-7、山药5-7、苹果花4-6、芡实4-6、朱砂根3-4、铁线草2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:红豆粉20-25、蒜末30-35、鱼汤30-40、山药汁40-50、雪菊5-7、木瓜籽4-6、胡椒5-6、豆豉5-6、薏仁油0.1-0.2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将雪菊、木瓜籽、胡椒、豆豉用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将红豆粉、蒜末、鱼汤、山药汁、步骤1的粉末合并,倒入锅中,加热并不断搅拌,呈浓稠状后停止加热,冷却备用。
一种健脾开胃的莲藕花生酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲藕、豆腐洗净,切碎后,与无花果一起放入容器中,加入苹果醋、蜂蜜,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟;
(2)将香葱、裙带菜洗净,切碎备用,将丝瓜洗净,去皮去籽后,切成片与香葱、裙带菜一起放入容器中,加入米酒、橄榄油、食品添加剂,加热,将汤煮干后,取蔬菜备用;

(4)将花生酱、莲藕、豆腐、蔬菜、中药粉合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀后灌装即可。
雪菊不是一个独立的物种,而是生长在新疆的蛇目菊的商品名称,其学名是:蛇目菊、双色金鸡菊。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种健脾开胃的莲藕花生酱,制备工艺简单环保,添加莲藕、丝瓜等蔬菜,具有很好的口感和丰富的营养,同时添加桑葚、莲子、山药、苹果花等中药材的提取物,具有一定的降火清热、清心的功效,特别适合易上火的人食用。
