本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种燕麦养生花生酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种燕麦养生花生酱,由以下重量份原料组成:花生酱300-320、番茄100-120、杨梅汁60-70、枇杷肉20-30、咖啡粉10-15、燕麦粉35-40、黄花菜10-15、苋菜20-25、月见草油0.5-0.8、杜仲5-7、三七4-5、冬虫夏草5-7、鹿茸5-6、金银花5-7、紫参4-5、兰草叶4-5、蓍草2-3、食品添加剂6-8、黄酒适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:红豆粉20-25、蒜末30-35、鱼汤30-40、山药汁40-50、雪菊5-7、木瓜籽4-6、胡椒5-6、豆豉5-6、薏仁油0.1-0.2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将雪菊、木瓜籽、胡椒、豆豉用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将红豆粉、蒜末、鱼汤、山药汁、步骤1的粉末合并,倒入锅中,加热并不断搅拌,呈浓稠状后停止加热,冷却备用。
一种燕麦养生花生酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将番茄、枇杷肉洗净,切块后,放入榨汁机中,榨成汁备用;
(2)将番茄枇杷汁、杨梅汁、咖啡粉、燕麦粉混合放入锅中,加入食品添加剂,加热浓缩,不断搅拌,得到番茄杨梅酱备用;
(3)将黄花菜、苋菜洗净,切碎后,放入锅中,加入月见草油、少量的水,炒熟后备用;

(5)将花生酱、番茄杨梅果酱、黄花菜、苋菜、中药浓缩液合并,充分搅拌,混匀后,放入容器中,将容器置于盛有黄酒的锅中,加热熏蒸60-70分钟,将花生酱取出,冷却后包装即可。
