Abstract
本发明涉及一种保健青豆的生产方法。其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)选取新采摘的青豆50kg备用;2)取黄芪、知母、天花粉、麦冬、葛根、生地黄、石膏、甘草放入锅中,加入食盐,再加40kg水浸泡1小时,然后用猛火烧开,再改用文火煮半小时,捞去药渣备用;3)先取30kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干;4)再将剩下的20kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干,多余的药液盛起备用;5)把步骤3)和步骤4)沥干的青豆进行烘干、杀菌和膨化,最后冷却包装装箱。本发明制出的产品,保留了青豆的天然绿色,所加入的中药无毒副作用,对于降低高血糖、胆固醇、高血脂和脑血栓的形成有辅助治疗作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健青豆的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的青豆生产加工,多数采用干青豆作为原料,这样生产出来的产品色香味均不如新鲜青豆,但是新鲜青豆的加工需要对青豆进行一定的处理,工序麻烦,成本高。另外,青豆本身有很高的营养价值,如果配合恰当,可以达到意想不到的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种保健青豆的生产方法的技术方案。
所述的一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)选取新采摘的青豆50kg备用;
2)取黄芪1000-1400g、知母1000-1400g、天花粉800-1200g、麦冬800-1200g、葛根1300-1700g、生地黄1800-2200g、石膏800-1200g、甘草800-1200g放入锅中,加入1000g食盐,再加40kg水浸泡1小时,然后用猛火烧开,再改用文火煮半小时,捞去药渣备用;
3)先取30kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干;
4)再将剩下的20kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干,多余的药液盛起备用;
5)把步骤3)和步骤4)沥干的青豆进行烘干、杀菌和膨化,最后冷却包装装箱。
所述的一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于所述步骤2)中取黄芪1100-1300g、知母1100-1300g、天花粉900-1100g、麦冬900-1100g、葛根1400-1600g、生地黄1900-2100g、石膏900-1100g、甘草900-1100g放入锅中。
所述的一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于所述步骤2)中取黄芪1200g、知母1200g、天花粉1000g、麦冬1000g、葛根1500g、生地黄2000g、石膏1000g、甘草1000g放入锅中。
本发明制出的产品,保留了青豆的天然绿色,比干青豆制出的效果更香,味咸,不加糖,口感松脆,使豆类产品所含的黄酮完好保留,而所加入的中药无毒副作用,对于降低高血糖、胆固醇、高血脂和脑血栓的形成有辅助治疗作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种保健青豆的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取新采摘的青豆50kg备用;
2)取黄芪1000-1400g、知母1000-1400g、天花粉800-1200g、麦冬800-1200g、葛根1300-1700g、生地黄1800-2200g、石膏800-1200g、甘草800-1200g放入锅中,加入1000g食盐,再加40kg水浸泡1小时,然后用猛火烧开,再改用文火煮半小时,捞去药渣备用;
3)先取30kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干;
4)再将剩下的20kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干,多余的药液盛起备用;
5)把步骤3)和步骤4)沥干的青豆进行烘干、杀菌和膨化,最后冷却包装装箱。

步骤2)中取黄芪1100-1300g、知母1100-1300g、天花粉900-1100g、麦冬900-1100g、葛根1400-1600g、生地黄1900-2100g、石膏900-1100g、甘草900-1100g放入锅中,其它同实施例1。

步骤2)中取黄芪1200g、知母1200g、天花粉1000g、麦冬1000g、葛根1500g、生地黄2000g、石膏1000g、甘草1000g放入锅中,其它同实施例1。
实施例4
步骤2)中取黄芪1100g、知母1300g、天花粉1100g、麦冬1100g、葛根1600g、生地黄2100g、石膏1100g、甘草1100g放入锅中,其它同实施例1。
实施例5
步骤2)中取黄芪1300g、知母1100g、天花粉900g、麦冬900g、葛根1400g、生地黄1900g、石膏900g、甘草900g放入锅中,其它同实施例1。
本发明中采用的黄芪补气固表,能增强正常的心脏收缩,对中毒或疲劳表现衰竭的心脏有明显的加强心脏收缩的作用,黄芪能使心冠状动脉及肾动脉扩张,并使全身毛细血管扩张,皮肤循环旺盛,从而使血压下降,并能增加毛细血管的抵抗力,可以防止氯仿、组织胺或负压所造成的毛细血管通透性增高,又能使因X线所导致的毛细血管脆性升高的病理现象迅速恢复。
历代名医常用黄芪配伍天花粉、五味子、地黄等治疗糖尿病及尿崩症之口渴,如玉液汤、黄芪汤;方中知母,清热泻火,滋阴润燥,古方常配伍天花粉、麦冬等治疗糖尿病,如白虎加人参汤;知母水提取物能降低正常家兔血糖,对于四氧嘧啶糖尿病家兔的降血糖作用明显,提高肝糖原含量,减少尿中的酮体,知母虽不能促进其葡萄糖的氧化,但可以促进其横膈膜脂肪组织对葡萄糖的摄取,使横膈中糖原含量增加,但肝糖原含量下降;石膏、知母更佳,同时有强心、利尿、利胆、抗精神忧郁、镇咳消炎作用。
本发明的青豆吸入这些中药成分后,也就有了这些中药的特性,口食不干,具有清热泻火,生津止渴、降低血糖的效果。
Claims (3)
1.一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)选取新采摘的青豆50kg备用;
2)取黄芪1000-1400g、知母1000-1400g、天花粉800-1200g、麦冬800-1200g、葛根1300-1700g、生地黄1800-2200g、石膏800-1200g、甘草800-1200g放入锅中,加入1000g食盐,再加40kg水浸泡1小时,然后用猛火烧开,再改用文火煮半小时,捞去药渣备用;
3)先取30kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干;
4)再将剩下的20kg青豆放入步骤2)的锅中煮5分钟,捞起沥干,多余的药液盛起备用;
5)把步骤3)和步骤4)沥干的青豆进行烘干、杀菌和膨化,最后冷却包装装箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于所述步骤2)中取黄芪1100-1300g、知母1100-1300g、天花粉900-1100g、麦冬900-1100g、葛根1400-1600g、生地黄1900-2100g、石膏900-1100g、甘草900-1100g放入锅中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健青豆的生产方法,其特征在于所述步骤2)中取黄芪1200g、知母1200g、天花粉1000g、麦冬1000g、葛根1500g、生地黄2000g、石膏1000g、甘草1000g放入锅中。
