Abstract
本发明公开了一种降糖降压保健茶及其制备方法,保健茶包括以下重量份的原料:苦瓜提取物5‑15份、苦荞提取物20‑30份、桑叶提取物15‑30份、枸杞子提取物10‑20份、菊花提取物10‑20份、玉米须提取物5‑15份、山楂提取物5‑10份。苦荞是我国药食同源文化的典型体现,被誉为“五谷之王”,三降食品。利用苦瓜的养血滋肝,桑叶的清肺润燥,枸杞的滋补肝肾,配合菊花的清热解毒,玉米须的利尿消肿、降血压的作用。再加入山楂调整整体口感。本发明中的各味中药相互影响,协同作用,具有较好的降糖降压功效。同时本发明所用药材均无毒无害,溶解度大,使用方便,可放心饮用。

背景技术
糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。但是对于糖尿病人而言,西药治疗有较多的毒副作用,而对用中药治疗,通常熬药又是很耽误时间的事情,因此能够有一种能够替代中药的茶饮,则不仅克服上述的缺陷,还能起到降血糖的保健效果。
苦荞麦味苦,性平寒,益气力,利耳目,有降气宽肠健胃的作用。现代临床医学观察表明,苦荞麦粉及其制品具有降血糖、降血脂,增强人体免疫力的作用,对糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、中风等病人都有辅助治疗作用。据科学工作者证实,苦荞中含有黄酮类物质,其主要成分为芦丁。芦丁含量占总黄酮的70~90%,具有降低毛细血管脆性,改善微循环的作用,在临床上主要用于糖尿病、高血压的辅助治疗。而芦丁在其它谷物中几乎没有。苦荞其所含芦丁可软化血管,具有降血脂、降血糖、降血压,减肥败毒、清理人体垃圾、激活胰岛素分泌等功效。
桑叶是植物之王,有“人参热补,桑叶清补”之美誉,桑叶中含有1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)。具有抑制血糖上升的药理作用,可用于防治和治疗糖尿病。还含有强化毛细血管、降低血液粘度的黄酮类成分,所以在减肥、改善高脂血症的同时,又有预防心肌梗塞和脑溢血的作用。另外,桑叶中所含的槲皮素、酚类化合物、维生素C等成分能通过抑制或清除自由基来防止氧化损伤。桑叶具有类似人参的补益与抗衰老、稳定神经系统功能的作用,能缓解生理变化引起的情绪激动,提高体内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,阻止体内有害物质的产生,减少或消除已经产生并积滞于体内的脂褐质。桑叶属于清补,无忌限,无论老幼均可使用,且四季皆宜。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效辅助治疗糖尿病的降糖茶,减少糖尿病患者药物或胰岛素的用量,阻止或延缓病发症的发生,减轻糠尿病病人心理痛苦。另外,本发明的茶饮还具有降压降脂作用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:

其中,所述苦瓜提取物、枸杞子提取物、菊花提取物和玉米须提取物为水提物;所述苦荞提取物、桑叶提取物和山楂提取物为醇提物。
水提取可提取出苦瓜中的多糖、氨基酸、蛋白质等有效水溶性成份;枸杞果实含有丰富的维生素B1、B2、C以及多种氨基酸成分,可用水提取得到,在药理上有降低血糖、胆固醇的作用,并可扩张血管,降低血压;菊花用水提取可提出含菊甙、维生素A样物质及菊花酮等挥发油,能疏散风热,清肝明目的作用。能明显扩张冠状动脉,可增强毛细血管抵抗力;玉米须中的黄酮类、苦味糖苷、氨基酸等均可用水提取得到;乙醇提取苦荞麦可得到芦丁、槲皮素、山柰酚、山柰酚-3-0芸香糖苷等有效成分,有软化血管、降血糖、血脂、益气提神、加强胰岛素等外周作用;桑叶中最有利人体健康的有生物碱类、植物甾醇和γ-氨基丁酸,这些成分用醇提效果最好;山楂果实含左旋儿表茶精、槲皮素、绿原酸,枸橼酸等有降血脂作用的有机酸类,适合用醇提取。所述的醇提物具体可以为乙醇提取物。
本发明提供的降糖降压保健茶中:
苦荞是我国药食同源文化的典型体现。是集“营养、保健、医疗”于一体的天然功能食品。《本草纲木》有“降气宽肠磨积滞,消热肿风痛,除白浊血滞,脾积泄泻”的论述。苦荞能降血压、降血糖、降血脂,改善微循环等作用,又称“三降”食品。而苦瓜粗提取物含类似胰岛素物质,有明显的降血糖作用。中医认为,苦瓜性味甘苦寒凉,能清热、除烦、止渴的功效。现代中、西医把桑叶和桑叶生物制剂作为改善糖尿病及其他各种疑难杂症的药物而使用,认为其药效极为广泛。原料中的枸杞也具有降血糖、血脂的作用,其中的枸杞多糖能明显增强受损胰岛细胞内超氧化物歧化酶的活性,提高胰岛细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化物对细胞的损伤,降低内二醛生成量,这表明枸杞多糖对胰岛细胞有一定的保护作用。另外玉米须也有降压、降糖、利胆和止血等保健作用。菊花疏风较弱,清热力佳,用于外感风热常配桑叶同用,菊花治目赤肿痛,无论属于肝火或风热引起者,均可应用。山楂有重要的药用价值,自古以来,就成为健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药。目前,已有50多种中药配方以山楂作原料。山楂中含有山萜类及黄铜类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。另外,山楂和枸杞还能调节口感。

所述苦荞提取物的制备方法包括:将苦荞置于55-65%乙醇中于70-80℃进行回流提取2-3h,提取料液比为1:25-30,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
进一步的,所述苦荞提取物的制备方法包括:苦荞洗净,提取溶剂为60%乙醇,75℃回流提取2小时,趁热过滤,按上述步骤提取三次,合并三次滤液,浓缩,喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得。
所述桑叶提取物的制备方法包括:将桑叶置于75-85%乙醇中,于55-65℃提取2-3h,提取料液比为1:19-21,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
进一步的,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法包括:桑叶洗净切碎,提取溶剂为80%的乙醇,按料液比1:20的比例,60℃提取2小时,趁热过滤,浓缩,恒温干燥,过80目筛,即得。
所述枸杞子提取物的制备方法包括:将枸杞子置于90-100℃水中提取1-2h,提取料液比为1:9-11,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
进一步的,所述枸杞子提取物的制备方法包括:枸杞洗净,按料液比1:10的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,第二次按料液比1:8的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩,喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得。

本发明是复合型袋泡茶,携带方便,而且可以重复饮用。

本发明中涉及的料液比的单位为g/ml。
苦瓜提取物的制备方法为:苦瓜洗净切碎,第一次按料液比1:10的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,第二次按料液比1:8的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩,真空干燥,过80目筛,即得。
苦荞提取物的制备方法为:苦荞洗净,提取溶剂为60%乙醇,料液比为1:25,75℃回流提取2小时,趁热过滤,按上述步骤提取三次,合并三次滤液,浓缩,喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得。
桑叶提取物的制备方法为:桑叶洗净切碎,提取溶剂为80%的乙醇,按料液比1:20的比例,60℃提取2小时,趁热过滤,浓缩,恒温干燥,过80目筛,即得。
枸杞子提取物的制备方法为:枸杞洗净,按料液比1:10的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,第二次按料液比1:8的比例,沸水提取1小时,趁热过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩,喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得。
菊花提取物的制备方法为:菊花洗净,第一次按料液比1:10的比例,沸水提取40分钟,趁热过滤,第二次按料液比1:8的比例,沸水提取40分钟,趁热过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩,真空干燥,过80目筛,即得。
玉米须提取物的制备方法为:玉米须洗净,按料液比1:30的比例,80℃水温提取2小时,趁热过滤,浓缩,喷雾干燥,过80目筛,即得。
山楂提取物的制备方法为:山楂洗净切碎去核,提取溶剂为60%乙醇,按料液比1:20的比例,70℃提取1小时,趁热过滤,重复两次,合并两次滤液,浓缩,冷冻干燥,过80目筛,即得。

实施例7
1、一般资料:
2016年1月~2016年6月期间共收集了30例高血压高血脂患者,其中,男15例,女15例,年龄50~80岁,病程不等。采用随机抽取法随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例,两组性别、年龄、病程等各项资料无显著性差异,具有可比性。
2、试验方法:
对照组饮用普通的袋泡茶,连续服用60天。治疗组饮用本发明中的实施例4,一日至少饮用两次,连续服用60天。
3、疗效标准:
好转:脸色红润,精神饱满,血压、血脂基本回到正常指标(本品为健康复合型茶饮,不存在完全治愈)
无效:症状毫无消失或加重
4、治疗结果:
60天后观察治疗结果,治疗组好转15例,无效0例,有效率为100%。对照组好转7例,无效8例,有效率为47%。治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组。表明本发明的新型袋泡茶是一种健康的降压茶饮,能明显感到身体机制增强,血压血脂等基本恢复正常指标。
典型案例:
病例一:陈某,男,51岁,患有10多年的脂肪肝,后来查出有高血压、高血脂、高血糖等病症,手足发冷,脸色发黄,精神差,吃过多种药物,效果不明显。后改服用本发明例3,一天两袋,一袋冲多次,连续服用60天后,脸色红润,精神饱满,高血压、高血脂、高血糖等症状基本控制正常,继续服用90天后,到医院检查,发现脂肪肝的范围明显变小,身体抵抗力也有增强。
病例二:王某,男,56岁,患心脑血管病、高血脂病十多年,并伴有高血压,服用过多种新药、特效药,效果均不理想。后改服用本发明例4,服用60天后,左侧腿脚麻木的症状已消失,胸口不闷了,高血脂、高血压症状均回到正常指标,记忆力明显要好,大脑反应也快许多。
病例三:卢某,女,55岁,有糖尿病史5年,并伴有高血压,平时服用过多种药物,效果均不理想,空腹血糖指数控制在7.5mmol/L左右。后饮服本发明例4,一天三次,服用60天后,空腹血糖控制在5mmol/L以下,脸色渐变红润,精神饱满起来,并且明显感到身体的体制增强。

1.一种降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括:
其中,所述苦瓜提取物、枸杞子提取物、菊花提取物和玉米须提取物为水提物;所述苦荞提取物、桑叶提取物和山楂提取物为醇提物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述苦瓜提取物的制备方法包括:将苦瓜置于90-100℃水中提取1-2h,提取料液比为1:9-11,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述苦荞提取物的制备方法包括:将苦荞置于55-65%乙醇中于70-80℃进行回流提取2-3h,提取料液比为1:25-30,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述桑叶提取物的制备方法包括:将桑叶置于75-85%乙醇中,于55-65℃提取2-3h,提取料液比为1:19-21,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述枸杞子提取物的制备方法包括:将枸杞子置于90-100℃水中提取1-2h,提取料液比为1:9-11,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述菊花提取物的制备方法包括:将菊花置于90-100℃水中提取0.5-1h,提取料液比为1:9-11,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
7.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述玉米须提取物的制备方法包括:将玉米须置于75-85℃水中提取2-3h,提取料液比为1:25-35,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
8.根据权利要求1所述的降糖降压保健茶,其特征在于,所述山楂提取物的制备方法包括:将山楂置于55-65%乙醇中于65-75℃提取1-2h,提取料液比为1:19-21,提取结束后过滤,滤液干燥过筛。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的降糖降压保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:按照配比称取各组分,混合均匀,分装。
