Abstract

本发明涉及一种发酵食品包装容器密封盖,其用于防止内容物流出的同时可排出食品产生的气体,从而可防止发生在保存过程中因食品发酵带来的容器膨胀等的恶劣影响。为实现此目的的本发明提供一种食品包装容器密封盖10,其结合形成于容器本体上部,用于防止容器本体20中的内容物流出,所述容器本体20内部保存有食品。其中,在所述密封盖10上形成多个通气孔11,所述通气孔用于向外部排出内部产生的气体;并且在所述密封盖10中粘贴结合有聚氨酯薄膜12,所述的聚氨酯薄膜用于阻断内容物通过所述通气孔流出。

Description

发酵食品包装容器密封盖
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发酵食品包装容器密封盖,更具体地涉及一种密封盖结构,其防止内容物从用于密封容器而构成的盖子中流出,同时可排出发酵食品产生的气体。
背景技术
近来,由于发现发酵食品从食品营养学上有益于人体,并且因发酵食品独有的食品功能学因素,通过调节肠内细菌而使生物体活性保持平稳,从而抑制疾病的发生,同时还发现具有抑制肥胖、抗癌效果等,并且由于发酵食品所独有的特殊嗜好性,已发展到作为国际食品而受到瞩目。
但是,发酵食品不同于其他的加工食品,因无法利用一般食品包装所适用的杀菌、密封包装等方面的技术,因此将其商品化方面具有很大难度。
以泡菜为例就很容易了解发酵食品商品化所带来的难度。
通常,对包括泡菜在内的发酵食品,在家庭中进行保存或者流通时,包装的容器需要满足如下条件:为避免拿取中内容物流出至外部,需进行密封;并且在内部压力因发酵过程中产生的气体而上升的状态下,开启盖子时,内容物不溅溢;并且不仅需保持符合良好发酵条件的状态,还应该尽可能地长期保存等。由盖子和容器本体组成的一般的密封容器不论其材质,发酵过程中产生的气体使内部压力升高,在此状态下开启盖子时,由于压力已因发酵过程中产生的气体而升高,因此存在内容物溅溢的问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决前述现有技术上的问题而提出,其目的在于通过在包装容器的密封盖中适用一种可以仅让内部气体排出至外部并能阻断内容物排出的技术,由此,不仅可使泡菜等发酵食品,也可使像咖啡粉等储存过程产生气体的食品的储存易于进行。
为实现所述目的的本发明的一种食品包装容器密封盖,其结合形成于容器本体上部,用于防止容器本体中的内容物流出,所述容器本体内部保存有食品。在所述密封盖上形成多个通气孔,所述通气孔用于向外部排出内部产生的气体;并且在密封盖中粘贴具备有聚氨酯(polyurethane)薄膜(film),所述的聚氨酯薄膜用于阻断内容物通过所述通气孔流出。
所述的本发明的密封盖,其防止流出内容物,同时可排出发酵食品中产生的气体,从而在保存过程中可防止发生由食品发酵带来的容器膨胀等恶劣影响。
尤其,聚氨酯薄膜比起现有通常使用的通气性材料的聚烯烃薄膜对人体无害,并且由于薄膜的内构成提升,从而可单层使用。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
首先,如图1至图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的构成有密封盖的食品包装容器的整体结构如下:在容器本体20的上方形成有密封盖10,所述容器本体20由可透视内部的透明合成树脂材料成型制作而成,所述明封盖10用于对内部保存的食品进行密封保存。在所述的密封盖10中形成多个(约3个~5个)通气孔11,所述通气孔11用于向外部排出内部产生的气体,并且为了阻断内容物通过所述通气孔11流出,在密封盖10内侧面中粘贴具备有聚氨酯薄膜12。
换句话说,聚氨酯薄膜12可使气体通过,但却阻断液体通过,因而防止保存中的食品向外部流出的同时,可仅能使内部气体排出外部。
附图中未说明的标号15表示用于开启盖子的拉环。
以下,将对形成所述结构的本发明的密封盖10,按其使用的作用效果进行说明。
在本发明的构成有密封盖10的食品容器的容器本体20内,包装有类似于泡菜等的发酵食品,并且在保持内部密封的同时,将使内部产生的气体通过通气孔11排出,从而可保持一定的内部压力。
换句话说,现有的因包装于内部的食品的发酵过程中发生的气体使内部压力逐步上升,但是,本发明的情况下,通过堵住密封盖10的通气孔11的聚氨酯薄膜12,可使气体通过,从而可防止内部压力上升。
*由此可见,通过使用本发明的密封盖10,防止了容器内部压力上升带来的变形或者爆炸的危险,从而可实现更加安全的食品流通及保存。
此外,在成型制作聚氨酯薄膜12时,优选地,需添加具有抗氧化功能的多元酚(polyphenol)和不溶性蛋白质的麦麸(gluten)成分,此时,优选地按如下重量百分比混合:聚氨酯为整体重量的60~80%、多元酚为整体重量的10~20%、麦麸为整体重量的10~20%。
形成所述组成物质的聚氨酯薄膜12,对容器内部的有害氧气执行去除功能,同时还防止薄膜发生变形,从而即便与内部保存的食品发生接触依然能够保持稳定的粘贴状态。
如果为了使用聚烯烃(polyolefine)薄膜时,须以多层形状将薄膜层叠附着后才可使用,但是本发明的聚氨酯薄膜表现出如下优势:无需形成另外的多层结构,仅用单层薄膜即可形成充分的耐久性及人体稳定性。
图5是表示根据本发明密封盖变化的另一种实施例的结构,在密封盖10外侧面上形成有通气孔11的位置,可解吸地附着有聚烯烃(polyethylene)材料的保护薄膜13,所述的保护薄膜13用于防止聚氨酯薄膜12的破损。
换句话说,在容器的流通过程中,如果从外部向通气孔11插入针时,聚氨酯薄膜12破损后会对密封功能产生不利影响,为防止所述情况,将聚烯烃材料的保护薄膜13附着在外侧。
当附着有所述保护薄膜13时,通过内部产生的气体压力使保护薄膜13的一侧与密封盖10脱离而被开启,从而在不影响气体排出的过程中防止尖锐物体从外部插入通气孔11,进而得以保护聚氨酯薄膜12。
此外,以上虽然只针对本发明的特殊实施例进行了说明及图示,但不言自明,本发明的包装容器密封盖结构可由所属领域的从业人员进行各种变化后实施。
例如,在所述实施例中虽然只对通气孔11形成于三处的状态进行了说明及图示,但是,所述的通气孔的形成个数可根据包装容器的规格及形状进行变化。
由此,对所述变化的实施例不应脱离本发明的技术思想及范围而个别理解,应认为所述的变化的实施例属于本发明所附的专利请求范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种发酵食品包装容器密封盖,所述密封盖(10)为了防止内部保存有食品的容器本体(20)中的内容物流出,结合形成在容器本体上部,其特征在于,包括:
在所述密封盖(10)中形成多个通气孔(11),所述通气孔用于向外部排出内部产生的气体;
为了阻断内容物通过所述通气孔(11)流出,在所述密封盖(10)的内侧面粘贴形成聚氨酯薄膜(12);
在所述密封盖(10)的外侧面,可解吸地附着有聚烯烃材料的保护薄膜(13),所述的保护薄膜(13)用于防止聚氨酯薄膜(12)的破损。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发酵食品包装容器密封盖,其特征在于:
所述的聚氨酯薄膜(12)中添加有多元酚及麦麸成分。
