    本发明主要涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种降血糖玉米须饮料。
背景技术
    玉米须性味甘淡而平,入肝、肾、膀胱经,有利尿消肿、平肝利胆的功能,主治急、慢性肾炎、水肿、急性胆囊炎,胆道结石和高血压等。现代药理研究表明,玉米须含大量硝酸钾、维生素K、谷固醇、豆固醇和一种挥发性生物碱。有利尿、降压、降血糖、止血、利胆等作用。与琼珍灵芝搭配能降血糖,治疗糖尿病,预防并发症。故以该品为主药所组成之验方甚多,治病也非常广泛。
发明内容
本发明目的提供一种降血糖玉米须饮料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种降血糖玉米须饮料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
玉米须100-107、杭白菊30-40、山楂16-20、陈皮35-40、枸杞子35-40、甘草20-23、决明子10-13、罗汉果40-50、荞麦10-20、南瓜20-30、桑叶10-20、桑甚汁10-12、黄皮叶1-2、甜菊叶1-2、葛花1-2、竹茹2-3。
一种降血糖玉米须饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述南瓜煮熟后去皮,与山楂混合绞碎,加入桑葚汁,搅拌均匀,得预混料;将陈皮和决明子混合,加入混合料重量3-5%的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后置于干锅内焖煮10-15分钟,出料冷却后与剩余各原料混合,加水煮沸提取2-3次,每次提取1-2小时,将提取液合并后,与上述预混料混合,过滤并灌装,真空封口,通过10-20分钟100-110℃灭菌,经冷却,检验包装即得成品。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明的玉米须饮料口感丰富,营养价值高,其中南瓜可以补中益气,降血脂,降血糖,清热解毒,保护胃粘膜、帮助消化;桑叶中富含桑叶多糖,具有显著的降血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用;荞麦能帮助人体代谢葡萄糖,是防治糖尿病的天然食品,本发明的饮料可以起到很好的降血糖功效,安全无毒副作用,特别适用于高血糖患者。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种降血糖玉米须饮料,它是由下述重量份(g)的原料组成的:
玉米须100、杭白菊30、山楂16、陈皮40、枸杞子40、甘草23、决明子13、罗汉果50、荞麦20、南瓜20、桑叶20、桑甚汁12、黄皮叶1-2、甜菊叶1、葛花1、竹茹2。
一种降血糖玉米须饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述南瓜煮熟后去皮,与山楂混合绞碎,加入桑葚汁,搅拌均匀,得预混料;将陈皮和决明子混合,加入混合料重量5%的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后置于干锅内焖煮15分钟,出料冷却后与剩余各原料混合,加水煮沸提取2次,每次提取1小时,将提取液合并后,与上述预混料混合,过滤并灌装,真空封口,通过15分钟110℃灭菌,经冷却,检验包装即得成品。

所述的降血糖玉米须饮料的制备方法包括以下步骤: 将上述南瓜煮熟后去皮,与山楂混合绞碎,加入桑葚汁,搅拌均匀,得预混料;将陈皮和决明子混合,加入混合料重量3-5%的蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后置于干锅内焖煮10-15分钟,出料冷却后与剩余各原料混合,加水煮沸提取2-3次,每次提取1-2小时,将提取液合并后,与上述预混料混合,过滤并灌装,真空封口,通过10-20分钟100-110℃灭菌,经冷却,检验包装即得成品。
