Abstract

本发明公开了一种溶解度高口味好的L‑乳酸钙的生产方法,其创新点在于:该方法为按比例将L‑乳酸和葡萄糖酸钙投入水中,加热升温至溶清;慢慢加入一定量的氢氧化钙,调PH值至5.4~6.7,波美度为16~19°Bē;再向溶液中加入活性炭脱色,压滤,喷雾干燥后筛分,包装入库。本发明的采用本发明的方法生产的产品溶解度很高,常温情况下能达到300g/L以上;口感味道更好,在300mg/100ml以上浓度的钙溶液中,只需要少许调整糖酸口味就基本没有钙离子的苦涩味道;在更低浓度的钙溶液中,几乎不需要做口味调整就没有很明显的钙苦涩味道;产品微生物可控。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种L-乳酸钙的生产方法,具体涉及一种溶解度高口味好的L-乳酸钙的生产方法。
背景技术
据我国营养调查结果表明;我国人均钙的日摄取量为406mg,仅占日推荐量的50%,缺钙现象普遍存在。随着人们生活水平和保健意识的不断提高,缺钙和不该的问题正在逐步被人们认识和重视。然而只有溶于水的钙,才能便于被人体肠胃所吸收。
L-乳酸钙是一种重要的有机盐酸钙,主要用于食品、保健品和药品行业,可作为营养补充剂、缓冲剂、面团调节剂、固化剂等。在钙元素为人体吸收的情况下,左旋乳酸能调节人体微循环,没有DL-乳酸钙的发酵酸臭味,较之DL-乳酸钙相比有更大的使用价值。但是L-乳酸钙不易溶于水,溶解度仅为70g/L左右,且钙离子的苦涩味相对仍较重。因此研发出一种溶解度高,且钙离子苦涩味明显降低的L-乳酸钙非常必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种溶解度高口味好的L-乳酸钙的生产方法,该方法生产的L-乳酸钙溶解度高,钙元素含量高,口感味道好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种溶解度高口味好的L-乳酸钙的生产方法,其创新点在于:按比例将L-乳酸和葡萄糖酸钙投入水中,加热升温至溶清;慢慢加入一定量的氢氧化钙,调PH值至5.4~6.7,波美度为16~19°Bē;再向溶液中加入活性炭脱色,压滤,喷雾干燥后筛分,包装入库。
进一步的,向一个已经清洗干净的反应锅内加工艺水后加L-乳酸,再加氢氧化钙,开蒸汽升温至80℃溶清,加入葡萄糖酸钙,中和反应60分钟,调节PH值至5.4~6.7,其中L-乳酸、葡萄糖酸钙和氢氧化钙的质量百分比为60~75%:1~10%:15~39%。
进一步的,所述活性炭的质量为溶液质量的3~5%,脱色反应时间为30~60min。
进一步的,喷雾操作前对溶液pH值进行复测,PH值偏碱性补加乳酸调节;PH值偏酸性补加氢氧化钙调节后重新压滤一遍后进行喷雾操作。
进一步的,喷雾干燥过程中滤液温度要维持在75~85℃。
本发明的有益效果:
1)采用本发明的方法生产的产品溶解度很高,常温情况下能达到300g/L以上;
2)口感味道更好,在300mg/100ml以上浓度的钙溶液中,只需要少许调整糖酸口味就基本没有钙离子的苦涩味道;在更低浓度的钙溶液中,几乎不需要做口味调整就没有很明显的钙苦涩味道。
3)本发明的产品钙元素含量为12~13%,L-乳酸钙(五水品)为12~13%,葡萄糖酸钙为9%左右。
4)微生物可控。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作详细说明。
实施例1
向一个已经清洗干净的2000L反应锅内加1000L自来水,加650kg的乳酸(开搅拌),加9.1kg葡萄糖酸钙,开蒸汽升温至80℃溶清,慢慢加入250kg氢氧化钙反应60min后,开始调节pH,加入10kg的活性炭脱色,反应30min,溶液波美度控制在16°Bē,保温在80℃开始压滤,溶液澄清透亮无肉眼可见杂质方可进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥后进行筛分,包装入库。
本实施例的产品为白色流动性的粉末,溶解度为300g/L,口感味道好。
实施例2
向一个已经清洗干净的3000L反应锅内加1500L自来水,加725kg的乳酸(开搅拌),加9.95kg葡萄糖酸钙,开蒸汽升温至80℃溶清,慢慢加入260kg氢氧化钙反应60min后,开始调节pH,加入12kg的活性炭脱色,反应45min,溶液波美度控制在17°Bē,保温在80℃开始压滤,溶液澄清透亮无肉眼可见杂质方可进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥后进行筛分,包装入库。
本实施例的产品为白色流动性的粉末,溶解度为325g/L,口感味道好。

1.一种溶解度高口味好的L-乳酸钙的生产方法,其特征在于:向一个已经清洗干净的反应锅内加工艺水后加L-乳酸,再加葡萄糖酸钙,开蒸汽升温至80℃溶清,慢慢加入氢氧化钙,中和反应60分钟,调节pH值至5.4~6.7,波美度为16~19°Bē;其中L-乳酸、葡萄糖酸钙和氢氧化钙的质量百分比为60~75%:1~10%:15~39%;再向溶液中加入活性炭脱色,所述活性炭的质量为溶液质量的3~5%,脱色反应时间为30~60min,压滤,喷雾干燥后筛分,包装入库;喷雾操作前对滤液pH值进行控制,pH值偏碱性补加乳酸调节,pH值偏酸性补加氢氧化钙调节后重新压滤一遍后进行喷雾操作;喷雾干燥过程中溶液温度控制在75~85℃。
