Abstract
一种含有一定向的膜基片、基片上有一防粘表面层的防粘膜,该层含有从异氰酸酯反应活性的聚二烷基硅氧烷得到的增链聚氨酯树脂。

Description
本发明涉及一种防粘膜及其制造方法。
脱粘剂或防粘剂通常是用来减少或防止两表面间粘接的固体或液体成膜物质。它们用于各种各样的工业过程,包括金属铸造,食品生产与包装,高聚物加工和纸张涂布,以及模制树脂制品、冲压薄片和压敏型胶带的生产。典型的防粘剂包括天然与合成蜡,脂肪酸、特别是硬脂酸的金属盐,以及高聚物,例如聚乙烯醇、聚酰胺和聚烯烃等。
防粘剂通常与高聚物支撑膜一起使用。例如,英国专利GB-A-1590592公开了一种模压防粘薄片,适用于从可固化树脂制造模制件,该薄片包括一种自承的热塑性塑料膜,膜的一面或两面涂着连续的防粘层,防粘层由苯乙烯或其衍生物与一种成膜共聚单体(例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或其烷基酯)的共聚物构成。
类似地,美国专利US-A-4447500公开了一种用于沥青屋面材料,例如沥青屋顶盖板和沥青卷铺屋面材料的防粘制品,该制品包括脂肪酸单链烷醇酰胺的混合物,例如硬脂酸与椰子脂酸的单乙醇酰胺。在屋顶盖板片材的底面上固定着塑料防粘带,其外表面涂着防粘制品。防粘带的位置使得当屋顶盖板堆放时,它恰与相邻盖板上的粘接胶带相啮合。
当与支持膜基片一起使用时,防粘剂必须满足两个表面看来相矛盾的标准:既要与膜基片牢固粘接,又要能容易和完全地从对面的表面上剥离。基于硅一氧高聚物骨架并有侧向的脂基或芳基支碳链的聚硅氧烷,近年来显示了作为防粘剂的重要性,而且通常具有优良的防粘特性。但是业已证实,用这种材料难以达到与膜基片的充分粘接。另外,当在生产中将这种材料涂在膜基片上时,它常常容易产生含硅的碎屑,这些碎屑不仅对健康有害,使得工厂操作人员可能要戴防尘面罩并穿保护服,而且更重要地,它严重地污染了膜生产线,使其不再适宜于以后的其它膜片的制造。这些碎屑也会损害可能与膜结构相组合的任何粘接介质的性能。
我们现在已设计出一种改进的防粘膜,它消除了或基本上克服了上述问题。
因此,本发明提供了一种防粘膜,它包括自承的高聚物膜基片,在基片的至少一面上有一高聚物防粘层,该层含有聚氨酯树脂,该树脂是下述(A)与(B)的反应产物:
(A)由以下反应物得到的一种预聚物:
(Ⅰ)一种有机聚异氰酸酯,
(Ⅱ)含有至少两个异氰酸酯反应基团的聚二烷基硅氧烷,和
(Ⅲ)一种含有亲水性核心和至少两个异氰酸酯基团和/或异氰酸酯反应基团的化合物,
(B)一种多官能增链剂。
本发明还提供了制造防粘膜的方法,其内容为在一个自承的高聚物膜基片的至少一面上涂敷一种防粘介质,该介质的涂敷可以在为实现膜基片的分子定向而施加的拉伸操作之前、之中或之后进行,将涂敷的介质干燥,使其形成一个高聚物防粘层,其中,防粘介质含有聚氨酯树脂的分散体,该树脂是下述(A)与(B)的反应产物:
(A)(Ⅰ)一种有机聚异氰酸酯,
(Ⅱ)含有至少两个异氰酸酯反应基团的聚二烷基硅氧烷,和
(Ⅲ)含有一个亲水性核心和至少两个异氰酸酯基团和/或异氰酸酯反应基团的一种化合物,
(B)一种多官能增链剂。
本发明还提供了一种沥青屋顶盖板,在它的至少一面上粘接着在前两段中任何一段里所定义的一种防粘膜。
所谓“自承膜”是指一种在支持基不存在的情况下能独立存在的膜。
制备预聚物中所用的有机聚异氰酸酯可以是脂基、环脂基、芳脂基或芳基聚异氰酸酯。合适的聚异氰酸酯的实例包括亚乙基二异氰酸酯,1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯、4,4′-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、对二甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,4-亚苯基二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚亚甲基聚苯基聚异氰酸酯和1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯。可以用聚异氰酸酯的混合物,也可以用经引入尿烷、脲基甲酸酯、尿素、缩二脲、碳化二亚胺、氮氧甲基硐亚胺(uretonimine)或异氰脲酸酯基团而改性的聚异氰酸酯。
烷基含1到6个碳原子、特别是一个甲基、并且有至少两个异氰酸酯反应基团的聚二烷基硅氧烷是已知物。这包括聚二甲基硅氧烷,它含有选自羟基、巯基、伯氨基、仲氨基和羧基的两个或更多的反应基。聚二烷基硅氧烷可以是线型,例如在每一端有一个羟基的二醇,也可以是分枝的,有三个或更多的异氰酸酯反应基,这些基团可以位于分子的不同末端,也可以全在分子的一端。
合适的聚二甲基硅氧烷的实例包括通式如下的二醇:

在先有技术中已描述了那些含有一个亲水核和至少两个异氰酸酯基或异氰酸酯反应基的化合物,它们可用于制备预聚物,以使其具有水分散性。它们可以是离子型、离子型前体或非离子型。
含有一个离子型亲水核和至少两个异氰酸酯基或异氰酸酯反应基的化合物,具体地包括含有离子性基团的多元醇和聚胺,这些基团可以是阳离子型、例如季铵、季鏻或叔锍盐基,或阴离子型、例如磺酸基、硫酸基、硫代硫酸基、二氧磷基、膦酰基、含磷酸根的、或者最好是羧酸基的盐。
含有离子型前体基团的那些化合物含有像羧酸或叔氨基这样的基团,它们可以通过简单的化学反应,例如中和或季铵化作用,容易地转化成离子型基团。含有离子型前体基团和两个或更多的异氰酸酯反应基团的化合物的具体实例有,三乙醇胺和N-甲基二乙醇胺及其烷氧基化与聚酯化作用产物,三羟甲基丙烷单磷酸酯与单硫酸酯,双羟甲基次膦酸,二氨基羧酸,例如赖氨酸、胱氨酸和3,5-二氨基苯甲酸,2,6-二羟基苯甲酸,特别是二羟基链烷酸,例如2,2-二羟甲基丙酸。
含有非离子型亲水核和至少两个异氰酸酯基或异氰酸酯反应基的化合物包括二醇和/或具有聚氧乙烯侧链的二异氰酸酯。
可用来制备预聚物的二醇和具有聚氧乙烯侧链的二异氰酸酯,包括在先有技术(例如美国专利US-A-3905929和US-A-3920598)中所分别描述的那些。这些二醇和二异氰酸酯根据其功能可以看作是分散性的二醇和二异氰酸酯。
如果需要,在制备预聚物时可以将含离子型或离子前体型亲水核的化合物与含非离子型亲水核的化合物一起使用。
在制备预聚物时,如果需要的话,除了聚二烷基硅氧烷和含有亲水核的化合物之外,还可以使用一种或多种含有多个异氰酸酯反应基的其它化合物。合适的其它异氰酸酯反应活性化合物包括有机多羟基化合物,尤其是二醇或三醇及其混合物,其分子量在62至6000之间,而且不含硅原子和亲水核。
多羟基化合物可以是用于或打算用于聚氨酯配方中的任何一类聚合型多羟基化合物。具体地说,这些多羟基化合物可以是聚酯、聚酰胺酯、聚醚、多硫醚、聚碳酸酯、聚缩醛、或聚烯烃。多羟基化合物的分子量最好是从700至3000。
聚二烷基硅氧烷应为聚二烷基硅氧烷与无硅的多羟基化合物(如果使用的话)的总重量的1至99%,最好是从5至75%。
本发明的以异氰酸酯为链端的聚氨酯预聚物,可以按常规方法,用计量上过剩的有机聚异氰酸酯与异氰酸酯反应活性的聚二烷基硅氧烷、一种含亲水核的化合物,以及如果需要的话,再加上一种或多种上述的不含硅的多羟基化合物,在基本上无水的条件下,于30℃至130℃之间的温度下反应来制取,直到异氰酸酯基与活性氢基团之间的反应基本上完全为止。聚异氰酸酯与含活性氢的组分按以下比例进行反应比较适宜:异氰酸酯基和异氰酸酯反应基的数目比约在1.1∶1到6∶1的范围,最好是在1.5∶1到3∶1的范围。
如果需要的话,可以使用用于形成尿烷的催化剂,例如二月桂酸二丁饧和辛酸亚锡,以促进预聚物生成,还可以在预聚物的生成之前或之后加入一种非反应活性的溶剂以控制粘度。适用的非反应活性溶剂包括丙酮、甲乙酮、二甲基甲酰胺、碳酸亚乙酯、碳酸亚丙酯、二甘醇二甲醚、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯、乙二醇二乙酸酯与丙二醇二乙酸酯、乙二醇与丙二醇单乙酸酯的烷基醚、甲苯、二甲苯、以及空间位阻醇,例如叔丁醇和双丙酮醇。能与水混溶的溶剂较好,例如N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜和乙二醇乙酸酯的二烷基醚,或N-甲基吡咯烷酮与甲乙酮的混合物。其它的适用溶剂包括乙烯基单体,它们随后发生聚合。
本发明的以异氰酸酯为链端的聚氨酯预聚物在水中可分散,将水可分散性的、以异氰酸酯为链端的聚氨酯预聚物分散在水基介质中、最好是在有效数量的含多官能活性氢的增链剂存在下进行分散,则可制备出含聚氨酯水基分散体的防粘介质。
预聚物可用工艺上熟知的方法分散在水中。最好是将预聚物于搅动下加入水中,也可以反过来将水在搅动下加入预聚物中。
预聚物中任何离子型前体基团(例如羧基)向离子型(盐)基团的转变可以在将预聚物加入水中之前、同时、或之后进行。用于将羧基中和的试剂可以是象三乙胺、三乙醇胺或N-甲基吗啉之类的叔胺,氢氧化钠或钾之类的碱,或是一种氢氧化季铵。
含多官能活性氢的增链剂最好是水溶性的,水本身可能就有效。其它适用的增链剂包括多羟基化合物,氨基醇,氨,伯或仲脂族、脂环族、芳族、芳基脂族或杂环胺,尤其是二胺、联氨或取代联氨。
可用的增链剂的实例包括1,2-乙二胺,二亚乙基三胺,三亚乙基四胺,亚丙基二胺,亚丁基二胺,六亚甲基二胺,亚环己基二胺,哌嗪,2-甲基哌嗪,苯二胺,甲苯二胺,二甲苯二胺,三(2-氨乙基)胺,3,3′-二硝基联苯胺,4,4′-亚甲基双(2-氯苯胺),3,3′-二氯-4,4′-联苯二胺,2,6-二氨基吡啶,4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷, 烷二胺,间二甲苯二胺,异佛尔酮二胺,以及二亚乙基三胺与丙烯酸酯或其水解产物的加成物。其它的物质还有联氨,吖嗪(如丙酮吖嗪),取代的联氨(如二甲基联氨、1,6-六亚甲基双联氨、碳化二联氨),二羧酸和磺酸的酰肼(如己二酸单或双酰肼、草酸双酰肼、间苯二酸双酰肼、洒石酸双酰肼、1,3-苯二磺酸双酰肼)、ω-氨基-己酸双酰肼,由内酯与联氨反应所制得的酰肼,例如γ-羟基丁酸酰肼,双一半卡巴肼,二元醇(例如前述的任何一种二元醇)的双酰肼碳酸酯。
如果增链剂不是水,例如是二胺或联氨,则它可以加到预聚物的水基分散液中,或者,也可以在预聚物于水基介质中分散之前就加到介质中。
多官能增链剂最好是能够发生分子内交联,以改进耐久性和抗溶剂的能力。适用的树脂型分子内交联剂有环氧树脂、醇酸树脂和/或一种胺(例如三聚氰胺、二嗪、尿素、环亚乙基脲、环亚丙基脲、硫脲、环亚乙基硫脲烷基三聚氰胺、芳基三聚氰胺、苯并三聚氰二胺、三聚氰二胺、烷基三聚氰二胺、和芳基三聚氰二胺)与醛(例如甲醛)的缩合产物。一种适用的缩合产物是三聚氰胺与甲醛的缩合产物。该缩合产物可任意地部分或全部烷氧基化,烷氧基的分子量最好较低,例如甲氧基、乙氧基、正丁氧基或异丁氧基。六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺缩合物特别合用。
这类多官能增链剂最好至少显示三官能度(即三个官能基),以促进与聚氨酯预聚物中存在的官能基的分子间交联,并改善防粘涂层对膜基片的粘接。
在本发明的一项优选实施例中,防粘介质含有增链剂与交联剂。
链的增长可以在高温、低温、或室温下进行。合宜的温度是从约5℃至95℃或更高,最好是从约10℃至45℃。
所用的增链剂的数量应近似与预聚物中的自由-NCO基等当量,增链剂中活性氢与预聚物中NCO基团的比最好是在1.0至2.0∶1的范围内。当然,若用水作增链剂,这些比值不再适用,因为水既是增链剂又是分散介质,其量远大于自由-NCO的量。
最好是在防粘介质中加入一种催化剂,以促进树脂交联剂的分子内交联作用,也促进它与聚氨酯预聚物中可交联官能团的分子间交联作用。对于三聚氰胺甲醛的交联,推荐的催化剂包括氯化铵,硝酸铵,硫氰酸铵,磷酸二氢铵,磷酸氢二铵,对甲苯磺酸,硫酸,通过与碱反应而稳定的马来酸,对甲苯磺酸铵和对甲苯磺酸吗啉。
如果需要的话,防粘介质可另含一种表面活性剂,以便在涂敷于膜基片上时易于铺展。
将防粘介质涂敷在基片上即形成符合本发明的防粘膜,此基片可由任何一种合适的成膜高聚物材料构成。最好是热塑性材料,包括1-烯烃(例如乙烯、丙烯和1-丁烯)的均聚或共聚物,聚酰胺,聚碳酸酯,尤其是一种合成的线型聚酯,它可以由一种或多种二羧酸或其低级(最多六个碳原子)烷基二酯(例如对苯二酸,间苯二酸,邻苯二酸,2,5-、2,6-或2,7-萘二羧酸,丁二酸,癸二酸,己二酸,壬二酸,4,4′-二苯基二羧酸,六氢化对苯二甲酸,或1,2-双-对羧苯氧基乙烷,也可以用象新戊酸这样的一元羧酸)与一种或多种二元醇(例如乙二醇,1,3-丙二醇,1,4-丁二醇,新戊二醇和1,4-环己二甲醇)缩合得到。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜特别好用,尤其是象英国专利GB-A-838708所描述的,在通常为70至125℃的温度下于两个相互垂直的方向顺序拉伸进行双轴定向处理,并且最好在150至250℃的范围进行热定形的那些膜。
基片也可以含聚芳基醚或其硫代类似物,特别是聚芳基酮醚、聚芳基砜醚、聚芳基醚酮醚、聚芳基醚砜醚、或其共聚物或硫代类似物。在欧洲专利EP-A-1879、EP-A-184458和美国专利US-A-4008203里公开了这些高聚物的实例,ICI化学与高聚物有限公司以STABAR注册商标出售的那些材料特别适用。也可以用这些高聚物的混合物。
适用的热固性树脂基片材料包括加聚树脂,例如丙烯酸树脂、乙烯基树脂、双一顺丁烯二酰亚胺树脂和不饱和的聚酯,甲醛缩合物树脂,例如与尿素、三聚氰胺或酚的缩合物,氰酸树脂,异氰酸树脂,环氧树脂,官能化的聚酯,聚酰胺或聚酰亚胺。
用于根据本发明的防粘膜的膜基片,可以是未定向的或单轴定向的,但最好是通过在膜平面里两个相互垂直方向上拉伸而双轴定向,以实现机械性能与物理性质的满意结合。膜的形成可以用生产高聚物膜工艺的任何已知的方法,例如用管形或平面膜加工法来完成。
在管形加工中,可以用以下方式完成同时双轴定向:将热塑性塑料管挤出,随后骤冷,再加热并利用内部气体压力使之膨胀以诱发横向定向,并且以一定速率拉伸诱发纵向定向。
在更为优越的平面膜加工中,成膜高聚物从一槽形孔中挤出,在一个冰冷的铸塑表面(鼓)上骤冷,以确保高聚物骤冷成无定形。然后将骤冷了的挤出物在高于高聚物玻璃化温度之上的温度下至少在一个方向进行拉伸,实现定向。顺序定向可以通过将平面的骤冷挤出物先在一个方向、通常是纵向、即通过膜拉伸机向前进方向进行拉伸,然后在横向拉伸来实现,挤出物的前向拉伸通常在一组转动滚筒上或在两对压料辊之间完成,然后在展幅机上进行横向拉伸。拉伸的程度由成膜高聚物的本性决定,例如,聚酯膜通常拉伸到定向聚酯膜的尺寸在该拉伸方向或每个拉伸方向上为原始尺寸的2.5至4.5倍。
拉伸过的膜可以、而且最好是在尺寸受约束下通过热定形使尺寸稳定化,处理温度应高于成膜高聚物的玻璃化温度,但低于熔熔融温度,以便产生高聚物的结晶作用。
可以用常规的涂布方法,将防粘介质,最好是以水基分散体的形式,涂敷在基片膜的表面上。防粘介质通常的固体含量为20至60%(重量),最好是从25至50%,涂敷后随即干燥以除去分散剂,并实现聚氨酯预聚物的交联。干燥可用常规方法完成,例如,将涂布的膜通过热风炉。当然,膜的干燥可以在正常的热后成形膜处理、例如热定形期间完成。
防粘涂布介质可以涂敷在一个已经定向的膜基片上。但是,涂布介质最好是在拉伸操作之前或之中完成涂敷。
具体地说,根据本发明,防粘介质最好是在双轴拉伸操作的两个步骤(纵向与横向)之间涂在膜上。对于线型聚酯防粘膜、例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇的生产,特别推荐这样的拉伸与涂布顺序,膜最好是先经过一系列转动滚筒在纵向拉伸,涂上防粘介质,然后在展幅机炉内横向拉伸,最好接着进行热定形。
本发明防粘膜的远离防粘层的背面,可以不经处理,也可以具有一功能层,例如打底介质、密封介质、或尤其是一种粘接制剂,例如通常由石油裂解工艺得到的作为固态焦状残渣物的那类沥青屋顶盖板粘合剂。
本发明的防粘摸可以含有通常用于制造高聚物膜的任何试剂。例如,象染料、颜料、润滑剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂、增光剂、降解助剂、阻燃剂、紫外光稳定剂等试剂适当时都可以加到基片和/或防粘涂层中。
防粘膜的厚度可以随用途而变,但一般用途的膜的总厚度是从5至250,特别是从10至50微米。干的防粘膜的厚度希望在0.01至10、最好是从0.02至1.0微米之间。
本发明提供的防粘涂层具有低的摩擦系数,优良的耐磨性,并且对粘接剂显示出有效的防粘性。它们另外还具有优良的抗水性、低的表面张力、良好的低温保持性和改善的润滑性等特点。
本发明的防粘膜具有广泛的用途,尤其是可以用于从可固化树脂制造模塑制品。特别是,防粘膜可以用作沥青屋面材料的防粘带。
参照附图来说明本发明,附图中:
图1是防粘膜10的一部分的垂直剖面示意图(未按比例),该膜包括定向聚酯膜基片11,其一面12上有一防粘层13,基片膜的远表面14未经涂布处理。
图2是类似的局部垂直剖面示意图,其中在基片膜的远表面14上有一粘接涂层15。
图3是沥青屋顶盖板16的垂直剖面图,粘接胶带17横过其上表面的中央,而防粘膜带10粘接在并横穿过其下表面的中央。
图4代表这种屋顶盖板的堆放方式,只画出了两个屋顶板16,16′。
图5表示按施工位置安置的两个屋顶盖板16与16′。
具体地参照图4,贮存时将许多屋顶盖板垂直堆放,图中画出了其中的两个即16与16′,防粘膜带10通过粘接层14固定在屋顶盖板16的底面上,其防粘层13与第二个屋顶盖板16′的顶面上的粘接带17′相啮合。防粘带10的存在防止了在堆积物中屋顶盖板产生的压力下相邻屋顶盖板间不希望有的粘接。应该了解,为了清楚起见,图示的防粘膜10、粘接层17和屋顶盖板16的相对尺寸并非真实比例。
在要用时,屋顶盖板容易从堆中搬出,防粘带10的防粘层13使得盖板(例如16)与相邻盖板(例如16′)的分离变得容易,尽管它与相邻的粘接层(如17′)相啮合。分离开的屋顶盖板然后可以按所要求的安排方式来装配,例如象图5所示,盖板16′的顶面中央有粘接层17′,它与上层盖板16的底面边部相啮合,形成了重叠的屋顶式结构。当在例如压力或热(太阳)能下使其活化时,不再与防粘层啮合的粘接层17′将两个相邻的盖板粘合在一起,从而减小了当结构暴露于风雨中时受风暴损坏的危险。
参照下列实例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实例1
将熔融的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯坯料按常规方法自一槽形孔中挤压到一个冷却转鼓的抛光表面上,坯料在该表面上骤冷到低于高聚物的玻璃化温度,以得到无定形膜。骤冷过的膜然后重新加热,在约80℃的温度在纵向上拉伸到其原始长度的约3.5倍。
配制成分如下的含水基胶乳的防粘涂布介质,份数按体积计:
一种高聚物的40%(重量)水基悬浮液 12.5份
由聚丙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮
二异氰酸酯和9%的侧链聚二甲基硅氧烷
(Neorez 22B29)制成
三聚氰胺甲醛(Cymel 350)的10%w/v水溶液 10份
对甲苯磺酸铵的10%w/v溶液 1份
27.5%w/v壬基酚乙氧基化合物(Synperonicn) 5份
去离子水 87.5份
将水基防粘介质用辊涂方式涂在单轴定向的膜的一面上,所涂的湿涂层厚度为2微米。涂过的膜随后通过一个温度维持在95℃的热风炉以干燥并固化涂层。
干燥过的膜随后在展幅机上于约95℃的温度下在横向拉伸到原始宽度的约3.5倍。最后,将膜在约200℃的温度下热定形。
所得的防粘膜包括12微米厚双轴定向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基片膜与涂于其上的约0.05微米厚的一个防粘层。
发现防粘层能牢固地粘接在聚酯基片膜上,而且对于从石油精制裂解工艺中得到的一种固态焦状残余物形式的粘接制剂显示出良好的防粘性能,该粘接剂已用作沥青屋顶毡粘接剂(屋顶盖板粘接剂)
实例2
用实例1所描述的步骤制备防粘膜,只是改用下列防粘涂布介质,份数按体积计:
40%w/w的一种高聚物水基分散体,该高聚物由聚丙 11.2份
二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和9%
侧链聚二甲基硅氧烷(Neorez 22B29)制得
10%w/v三聚氰胺甲醛(Cymel 350)水溶液 9.0份
10%对甲苯磺酸铵 0.9份
27.5%w/v壬基酚乙氧基化合物(SynperonicN) 4.5份
去离子水 74.4份
用熔融的沥青涂在未涂布过的双轴定向的12微米厚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜上并且卷起。然后由卷中拉出一段涂了沥青的膜,在120℃加热10秒钟将它热封在预备好的防粘膜的涂层一面上。
每个样品的封接面积为25毫米×25毫米,留下未封接的“尾巴”至少100毫米长。用“Instron”A0533张力计在200毫米/分的剥离速度下剥离开每个样品,测定其防粘度。
还使用了Finecal Crossweave Filament增强胶带代替涂沥青的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,测量防粘涂膜的剥离强度。
结果列于表1。
实例3
这是一个不依照本发明的对比实例。
重复实例1的步骤,但不用防粘介质涂敷聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇膜。使用涂沥青的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇膜与胶带,按例2所述测量防粘度。

结果表明,防粘涂层对于保作为沥青屋面毡粘结剂(盖板粘接剂)的含沥青粘接制剂显示出良好的防粘性能。防粘涂层对于胶带也有良好的防粘性能。
实例4
重复实例2的步骤,只是所用的防粘涂布介质含有下列成份的水基胶乳,份数按体积计:
36w/w的一种高聚物水基分散体,该高聚物由 11.2份
聚丙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰
酸酯和10%的侧链聚二甲基硅氧烷(Neorez

按实例2所述,将水基防粘介质涂到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的一面上,只是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基片的最后膜厚为100微米,而非12微米。
如例2一样地测量防粘涂膜的剥离强度,但是只用Finecal Crossweave Filament增强胶带,不用涂沥青的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。结果列于表2。
实例5
这是一个不按照本发明的对比实例。
重复例4的步骤,只是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜未涂防粘介质。结果见表2。
实例6
制备一种含有下列成份的水基胶乳的防粘涂布介质,份数按体积计:
36%的一种高聚物的水基分散体,由聚丙二醇、 33.5份
二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和10%的
侧链聚二甲基硅氧烷(Neorez 23P/16B)制得
10%w/v三聚氰胺甲醛(Cymel 350)水溶液 9.0份
10%w/v对甲苯磺酸铵 0.9份
27.5%w/v壬基酚乙氧基化合物(Synperonic N) 5份
去离子水 59.7份
将水基防粘介质涂在一个复合管形基片的一面上,该基片包含一个聚丙烯核心层,在其每一面上各有一聚乙烯/聚丁烯/聚丙烯三元共聚物层,涂布过的基片经膨胀处理并拉伸之,以形成涂布过的双轴定向膜。
所得的防粘膜由23微米厚的基片膜及它上面的0.16微米厚的防粘层构成。
如例2所述,测定防粘涂布聚丙烯膜的剥离强度,但是不用涂沥青的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,只用Finecal Crossweave Filament增强胶带。结果列在表2。

Claims (11)
1、一种包括自承的高聚物膜基片的防粘膜,在基片的至少一面上有一高聚物防粘层,其特征为该防粘层含有聚氨酯树脂,它是下述(A)与(B)的反应产物:
(A)由以下物质反应得到的预聚物:
(Ⅰ)一种有机聚异氰酸酯,
(Ⅱ)一种至少有两个异氰酸酯反应基的聚二烷基硅氧烷、和
(Ⅲ)一种有一亲水核、并且有至少两个异氰酸酯基和/或异氰酸酯反应基的化合物,
(B)一种多官能增链剂。
2、一种根据权利要求1的防粘膜,其中的高聚物膜为热塑性膜。
3、根据权利要求1和2中任何一项的一种防粘膜,其中的预聚物由附加的一种反应物得出,该反应物含有
(Ⅳ)至少一种分子量在62至6000之间的、不含硅原子与亲水核的多羟基化合物。
4、根据前述任何一项权利要求的一种防粘膜,其中组分(Ⅱ)含有聚二甲基硅氧烷二醇或三醇。
5、根据前述任何一项权利要求的一种防粘膜,其中组分(Ⅲ)含有2,2-二羟甲基丙酸。
6、根据前述任何一项权利要求的一种防粘膜,其中多官能增链剂含有一种树脂型分子间交联剂。
7、一种根据权利要求6的防粘膜,其中增链剂包含甲氧甲基三聚氰胺。
8、根据前述任何一项权利要求的一种防粘膜,其中基片含有双轴定向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。
9、一种制造防粘膜的方法,它包括将防粘介质涂敷在一个自承的高聚物膜基片的至少一面上,此涂敷操作可在用来实现膜基片分子定向的拉伸操作之前、之中或之后完成,将涂布介质干燥以形成高聚物防粘层,其特点是防粘介质含有聚氨酯树脂分散体,它是以下(A)与(B)的反应产物:
(A)由以下物质反应得到的一种预聚物:
(Ⅰ)一种有机聚异氰酸酯。
(Ⅱ)一种至少有两个异氰酸酯反应基的聚二甲基硅氧烷,和
(Ⅲ)一种含有亲水核和至少两个异氰酸酯基和/和异氰酸酯反应基的化合物,
(B)一种多官能增链剂。
10、根据权利要求9的一种方法,其中防粘介质以水基分散体的形式涂布。
11、一种沥青屋面板或屋顶盖板,在其第一表面上有一粘接部件,在第二表面上有一防粘带,当屋面板或屋顶盖板堆放时,防粘带位于和相邻屋面板或盖板上的粘接部件相啮合处,其特点在于,防粘带中含有根据权利要求1至8中任何一项的一种防粘膜,或根据权利要求9与10中任一项的一种方法制造的防粘膜。
