背景技术
一般引起消化不良的原因有下列五大类:
1.生活习惯:不正常饮食、烟、酒、咖啡、浓茶和高脂食品都会刺激肠胃粘膜,日常生活中经常摄取这些物质的人易患消化不良;暴饮暴食。
2.精神紧张:长期的精神紧张和压力会引起神经系统和内分泌调节失常,引发消化不良。
3.药物:有些药物如非类固醇消炎药会刺激胃肠道,很多老年人服食的关节药和中风,心脏病人服食的阿斯匹林,均会对胃部构成损伤,造成胃和上腹部的痛症.这些药物引发的溃疡,通常发生在胃部多于十二指肠。
4.胃酸分泌改变:胃酸过多或过少会影响消化功能,但有些病人即使胃酸分泌正常,但由于胃粘膜对胃酸的敏感性发生变化,也会出现消化不良。
5.幽门螺旋杆菌:寄生于胃内的幽门螺旋杆菌是一种耐酸菌,可导致胃炎,胃溃疡甚至胃癌。
益生菌(Probiotics)是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。人体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等;目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。

一种有益消化保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:小米120~150、苹果醋20~25、益生菌牛乳20~30、奶粉10~20、腌制黄瓜10~15、葱3~5、干橘皮12~15、松花蛋10~13、肉松8~12、、蛋清5~8、助剂4~5、水400~500;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:炒薏仁粉5~6、蘘荷花苞3~4、小麦胚芽1~2、煅牡蛎2~3、海藻2~3、丁葵草4~5、余甘子10~12;制备方法是将除炒薏仁粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒薏仁粉混合即得。
丁葵草:是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
蘘荷:一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效。
余甘子:大戟科叶下珠属植物,其果鲜食酸甜酥脆而微涩,回味甘甜。
一种有益消化保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将松花蛋去壳,切成小块约花生米大小,腌制黄瓜切成绿豆粒大小,和肉松、蛋清、苹果醋混合搅拌,常温下放置10~15min,制成备用的辅料;
(2)将小米、奶粉、柑橘皮混合后加入水,置于沙锅中,大火迅速烧开,小火熬制20~30min;
(3)打开砂锅,常温下冷却至80~90℃,加入助剂、(1)所述的备用辅料、益生菌牛乳及其它剩余成分,再次烧开砂锅,焖10min,撒上葱即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种有益消化保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将松花蛋去壳,切成小块约花生米大小,腌制黄瓜切成绿豆粒大小,和肉松、蛋清、苹果醋混合搅拌,常温下放置10~15min,制成备用的辅料;
