技术领域
本发明涉及用于各种印刷作业的利用喷头的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,尤其涉及整合喷头移动(Shaking)方式和喷头固定(Single Pass)方式的优点并弥补缺点,从而不仅可以进行高速印刷,而且可明显减少喷嘴堵塞现象的混合方式的高速数字喷墨印刷装置。
背景技术
近来,在进行包括纸质印刷在内的包装印刷、服装的印染过程中,取代必需经过制图及制版过程且工艺复杂的丝网印刷机或辊印刷机,开发出可直接将利用计算机编辑通过数码相机或扫描仪输入的图像资料的图像或重新设计的图像印刷于印刷对象上,以快速应对流行的高速数字喷墨印刷装置(DTP,Digital Textile Printer)。
高速数字喷墨印刷装置具备根据保存于计算机中的数据喷射油墨燃料的打印机喷头。上述高速数字喷墨印刷装置可通过打印机喷头的油墨喷射在印刷对象上印刷颜色,从而可快速印制细腻的图案,从而广发应用于纸质印刷、包装印刷、陶瓷印刷、纤维印染或染色等领域。
高速数字喷墨印刷装置采用通过移送装置直接移送印刷对象或在传送带上述粘接固定印刷对象的状态下,移动传送带进行印刷的方式,因此,可根据印刷对象的移动分为投入部、印刷部及排出部。投入部利用多个辊以防止印刷对象左右移动或起皱而均匀粘接于传送带上,而上述传送带的移动利用可进行位置控制、速度控制的精密驱动装置进行控制。
印刷部由向印刷对象喷射油墨的喷嘴、打印机喷头及油墨供应装置等构成,而在传送带移送方式的情况下,排出部由用于将印刷对象粘接于传送带上的蜡喷雾装置和蜡接受盘等构成。
在现有技术的喷头固定方式的情况下,若发生喷嘴堵塞现象,则因相同位置的喷嘴不能正常喷射而发生不能印刷的区间,即不良产品。
另外,因不是所有喷头的性能都一样,因此,喷射质量不均匀,容易产生颜色不同的问题。
另外,现有技术的数字喷墨印刷装置在暂停印刷时,无法防止喷嘴干燥堵塞的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种整合喷头移动方式和喷头固定方式的优点并弥补缺点,从而不仅可以进行高速印刷,而且可明显减少喷嘴堵塞现象的混合方式的高速数字喷墨印刷装置。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种在等待印刷的过程中,将彩条移动至有吸附装置、擦拭装置及封口装置等维护装置的一侧面,从而在清洁喷嘴的同时,维持一定的湿度,防止喷嘴变干。

为达到上述目的,本发明的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,包括:彩条,具备可根据印刷对象的宽度进行印刷的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头和喷嘴,具备多个以在上述印刷对象上表现多个颜色并在印刷时左右移动;吸附装置及擦拭装置,包括可擦拭附着于上述彩条的喷嘴上的异物和油墨的洗涤液喷雾器;封口装置,接受维护上述彩条掉落的油墨并在长时间停止印刷作业时密闭设置于上述彩条上的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头以防止喷嘴堵塞;及存储缓冲器,根据上述移动动作稳定传送图像数据。
另外,还包括用于控制上述彩条的移动动作的直线运动系统。
另外,上述彩条具备具有一种颜色的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头并按不同颜色沿印刷长度方向设置多个彩条以表现各种颜色。
另外,还包括用于将上述印刷对象粘接于传送带的蜡按一定厚度均匀涂布的蜡涂布装置及可剥离涂布于上述传送带上的蜡的剥离装置。
另外,还包括用于去除供应至上述压力喷墨打印机喷头的油墨中的气泡的油墨放气及油墨循环供应装置。
另外,上述彩条选择性地采用喷头移动方式或混合喷头移动及固定方式的混合方式进行印刷作业。
本发明的高速数字喷墨印刷装置直接移送印刷对象或固定于传送带上之后移动进行印刷作业,且左右移动具备多个压力喷墨打印机喷头的彩条实现高速印刷,而且,防止喷嘴堵塞现象,获得高的印刷质量。
另外,本发明可根据需要选择性地采用喷头移动方式、喷头固定方式或混合喷头移动及固定方式的混合方式进行印刷作业。
另外,本发明在等待印刷的过程中,将彩条移动至有吸附装置、擦拭装置及封口装置等维护装置的一侧面,从而在清洁喷嘴的同时,维持一定的湿度,防止喷嘴变干。
本发明的效果不限于上述内容,而对于本领域技术人员,未提及的其他效果可通过下面的记载将变得更加明了。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图对本发明的高速数字喷墨印刷装置的较佳实施例进行详细说明。需要注意的是在给各附图中的结构赋予标记时,即使在不同的图中,也尽量给相同的结构赋予相同的标记。另外,在详细说明本发明的过程中,若认为对相关已公开功能或结构的具体说明有碍于对本发明的理解,则将省略其详细说明。
下面,结合图1及图2对本发明的高速数字喷墨印刷装置进行说明。
高速数字喷墨印刷装置采用在传送带9上粘接固定印刷对象的状态下移送传送带9进行印刷的方式。这是在将印刷对象粘接固定于传送带9的状态下移送传送带9而连续供应印刷对象进行印刷的方式。
高速数字喷墨印刷装置可根据印刷对象的移动分为投入部、印刷部及排出部。
投入部上具备多个辊以防止印刷对象左右移动或起皱而均匀粘接于传送带9上。上述多个辊包括主驱动辊10、传送带张力辊23、传送带蛇行调节辊19、辅助辊18等。传送带蛇行调节辊19前后移动印刷对象以防止印刷对象左右移动的现象(蛇行现象)。另外,由传送带张力辊23移动至印刷对象的移动方向前后以调节传送带9的张力。
上述传送带9的移送利用可进行位置控制、速度控制的精密驱动装置进行控制,而用于移送传送带9的主驱动辊9通过联轴31连接于减速机32并继而连接至伺服电动机33。
为将印刷对象粘接固定于传送带9,需使传送带9和印刷对象同时通过连接于压力机辊25和压力机辅助辊26的圆筒26之间。
印刷部包括包含存储缓冲器2的电子控制部和由油墨放气及油墨循环供应装置3和喷墨喷头4构成的彩条1、压盘5、封口装置6、Z轴电动机30、Z轴LM导轨29、线性电动机27、X轴LM导轨28等。
彩条1上设置有可喷射油墨的多个压力喷墨喷头4,用于表现一种颜色。彩条1按一定间隔交替设置以防止压力喷墨喷头4间的喷嘴相互错开或重叠,从而使可沿印刷对象的宽度覆盖整个印刷区域。上述彩条1可根据所需颜色增加数量。较佳地,根据所要表现的颜色的种类调节彩条1数量。
向彩条1供应油墨的主油墨筒36设置于一侧方向,而在喷墨喷头4的上部连接有可连续供应为最大限度地减少喷嘴脱落或可进行修复而进行放气(去除溶解于液体中的气泡)的油墨的油墨放气及油墨循环供应装置3。
为获得均匀的印刷质量而在移送用传送带下面设置压盘5,以维持粘接于传送带9上的印刷对象和彩条1之间一定的间距,使其平行移动。也可利用Z轴电动机30和Z轴LM导轨29调节印刷对象和彩条1之间的间距,需要根据印刷对象的厚度调节间距,此时,可利用上述结构调节间距。另外,在纤维印刷领域,在印刷对象被粘接的情况下,因粘接部的厚度需要调节印刷对象和彩条1的间距。
印刷对象和彩条1之间的间距误差越小,表现单色时的色差越小,越能获得没有明显锯齿的印刷物。
彩条1根据需要选择性地采用喷头移动方式、喷头固定方式或混合喷头移动及固定方式的混合方式进行印刷作业。
为根据喷头移动方式,即移动动作更稳定地传送图像数据,还包括包含存储缓冲器2的电子控制部。现有技术的装置中是采用喷头固定方式进行印刷,但是在此种方式下,若发生特定喷墨喷头的喷嘴堵塞现象,则因出现未能印刷的区间而降低印刷质量。为克服上述问题而采用喷头移动方式,而喷头移动方式利用线性电动机27按X轴LM导轨28沿与印刷对象的移动方向垂直的方向,在一个喷头宽度范围内进行移动,从而在未能正常印刷的空间进行印刷。利用包括上述线性电动机27和X轴LM导轨28的线性运动系统(未图示)实现喷头移动方式是本发明的主要特点。
另外,线性运动系统不仅用于喷头移动方式,而且还用于喷墨喷头4的维护。在进行维护时,使彩条1完全移动至与印刷对象的移动方向垂直的方向而完成维护作业。
若彩条1为进行维护作业而移动至一侧方向,则位于传送带9下方的封口装置6也移动至相同的方向。此时,向设置于彩条1的喷墨喷头4强制推送油墨,则油墨将排出至喷头喷嘴面,而排出的油墨将滴落至封口装置6中。为去除残留于喷头喷嘴面的油墨而将彩条9移动至传送带9上的印刷位置,则喷头清洁装置34将自动清洁喷嘴面。
另外,结束印刷作业之后或等待印刷的状态下,彩条1和封口装置6一同移动至一侧方向,此时,利用Z轴电动机30和Z轴LM导轨29减低彩条1的高度使其紧贴于封口装置6上,以此实现封口动作。
另外,若在封口装置6中放置一定量的液体(蒸馏水或洗涤液等可蒸发但不损伤喷头的液体),从而在密闭时通过自然蒸发维持封口装置6内部的湿度,防止喷嘴变干。
另外,排出部包括向传送带9涂布蜡的装置、传送带清洗装置及传送带干燥装置。
蜡涂布及剥离装置8均匀涂布蜡以将印刷对象固定于传送带9并调节涂布过厚的部分以使被涂布的蜡具有均匀的厚度。在蜡涂布及剥离装置8下端设置蜡接受盘以接受剥离蜡时掉落的蜡。上述蜡涂布及剥离装置8只在初始运行时使用,或印刷对象和传送带9之间的粘接力降低时根据需要使用。
印刷对象和传送带9通过印刷部之后,通过印刷对象的残留油墨或印刷对象和传送带9粘接之后剥离的过程中,异物或残渣有可能吸附在其上。因此,需附着去除上述杂质或残渣的另外的装置,而毛刷辊驱动电动机12通过旋转带动链条及链条齿13并进一步带动旋转毛刷辊16,从而去除存在于传送带9上的杂质或残渣。进行清洗作业时,可利用喷雾管11喷射洗涤液并利用洗涤液接受盘15收集喷射出的洗涤液。杂质和残渣利用水洗机盒14收集。通过毛刷辊16的传送带9在通过橡胶辊轴17的过程中最终去除杂质或残渣。
在传送带蛇行调节辊19的下部具备传送带干燥装置20,以干燥在上述清洗作业时被洗涤液弄湿的传送带9。传送带干燥装置20用电或蒸汽并利用送风机吹送热风。
上述传送带干燥装置20利用送风机22和加热器21将热风供应至传送带干燥洗涤液。
上述实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明进行修改、变形或者等同替换。而在不脱离本发明的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (6)

1.一种高速数字喷墨印刷装置,包括:
彩条,具备可根据印刷对象的宽度进行印刷的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头和喷嘴,具备多个以在上述印刷对象上表现多个颜色并在印刷时左右移动;
吸附装置及擦拭装置,包括可擦拭附着于上述彩条的喷嘴上的异物和油墨的洗涤液喷雾器;
封口装置,接受维护上述彩条掉落的油墨并在长时间停止印刷作业时密闭设置于上述彩条上的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头以防止喷嘴堵塞;及
存储缓冲器,根据上述移动动作稳定传送图像数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,其特征在于:还包括用于控制上述彩条的移动动作的直线运动系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,其特征在于:上述彩条具备具有一种颜色的多个压力喷墨打印机喷头并按不同颜色沿印刷长度方向设置多个彩条以表现各种颜色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,其特征在于:还包括用于将上述印刷对象粘接于传送带的蜡按一定厚度均匀涂布的蜡涂布装置及可剥离涂布于上述传送带上的蜡的剥离装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,其特征在于:还包括用于去除供应至上述压力喷墨打印机喷头的油墨中的气泡的油墨放气及油墨循环供应装置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高速数字喷墨印刷装置,其特征在于:上述彩条选择性地采用喷头移动方式或混合喷头移动及固定方式的混合方式进行印刷作业。
