本发明公开了一种红稗花生糙米粥及其加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:红稗30-40、糙米50-60、花生20-30、叶下花1-3、杜仲2-3、玉竹1-3、鸡血藤1-2、枳实2-3、炒蒲黄1-3、三棱2-4、乌药1-3、郁金2-3、白砂糖3-5、营养添加剂5-7;本发明提供了一种红稗花生糙米粥及其加工方法,解决了现有粥产品品种单一,营养不充足的缺点,能够更好的被人体吸收,老少皆宜;另外,原料中添加的杜仲、玉竹、鸡血藤等多种中药成分,使得本发明产品具有较好的降血压作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种红稗花生糙米粥及其加工方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
花生广泛种植于我国的大部分地区,花生养成分非常的丰富,其中脂肪和蛋白质含量最高,但是由于传统的花生制品较少,使用方法单一,导致其产品的附加价值不高,因此,发明更多的花生制品,有利于提高花生的附加价值。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种红稗花生糙米粥及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种红稗花生糙米粥,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
红稗30-40、糙米50-60、花生20-30、叶下花1-3、杜仲2-3、玉竹1-3、鸡血藤1-2、枳实2-3、炒蒲黄1-3、三棱2-4、乌药1-3、郁金2-3、白砂糖3-5、营养添加剂5-7;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.01-0.04:3-5:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的红稗花生糙米粥的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将叶下花、杜仲、玉竹、鸡血藤、枳实、炒蒲黄、三棱、乌药、郁金加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将花生剥干净后,放入质量葡萄汁中,浸泡30-40分钟,取出沥干待用;
(3)将红稗、糙米、处理过的花生加入至煎煮液中,加热煮沸后将白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,继续加热熬40-50分钟,熬煮完成后冷却,灌装、灭菌、封口,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种红稗花生糙米粥及其加工方法,解决了现有粥产品品种单一,营养不充足的缺点,能够更好的被人体吸收,老少皆宜;另外,原料中添加的杜仲、玉竹、鸡血藤等多种中药成分,使得本发明产品具有较好的降血压作用。

实施例1:
一种红稗花生糙米粥,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
红稗40、糙米60、花生30、叶下花3、杜仲3、玉竹1、鸡血藤2、枳实2、炒蒲黄1、三棱2、乌药3、郁金3、白砂糖3、营养添加剂6;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.03:4:4的重量比混合组成。
所述的红稗花生糙米粥的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将叶下花、杜仲、玉竹、鸡血藤、枳实、炒蒲黄、三棱、乌药、郁金加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将花生剥干净后,放入质量葡萄汁中,浸泡30分钟,取出沥干待用;
(3)将红稗、糙米、处理过的花生加入至煎煮液中,加热煮沸后将白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,继续加热熬40分钟,熬煮完成后冷却,灌装、灭菌、封口,即得。

1.一种红稗花生糙米粥,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
红稗30-40、糙米50-60、花生20-30、叶下花1-3、杜仲2-3、玉竹1-3、鸡血藤1-2、枳实2-3、炒蒲黄1-3、三棱2-4、乌药1-3、郁金2-3、白砂糖3-5、营养添加剂5-7;
所述的营养添加剂是由当归油、松花粉、人参粉以0.01-0.04:3-5:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的红稗花生糙米粥的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将叶下花、杜仲、玉竹、鸡血藤、枳实、炒蒲黄、三棱、乌药、郁金加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将花生剥干净后,放入质量葡萄汁中,浸泡30-40分钟,取出沥干待用;
(3)将红稗、糙米、处理过的花生加入至煎煮液中,加热煮沸后将白砂糖、营养添加剂等剩余成分加入其中,继续加热熬40-50分钟,熬煮完成后冷却,灌装、灭菌、封口,即得。
