本发明涉及一种中药饮品及其制备方法,特别涉及一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术:
阿胶是驴皮煎煮浓缩后的固体动物胶。其主要成分是蛋白质。在中医学里,阿胶是滋阴补血、安胎、治疗经产病的妇科良药,已有2500年的制作用药历史。普通的阿胶为片状,服用时需要加工成小块,加温溶化后服用。CN1079148A公开了一种速溶阿胶的制备方法,解决了阿胶服用不方便的问题,但是该生产工艺是将驴皮经挑选、洗涤、去毛、切块、煎煮、浓缩等一系列复杂的工序制成稠膏,再经喷雾干燥制成冲剂,生产过程中,条件不易控制,且在喷雾干燥沸腾制粒过程中易产生粘壁现象,收率很低。CN1119527A公开了一种颗粒型阿胶、鹿角、龟胶的制备方法,但该制备方法所用喷雾压力为0.2-0.35mpa,辅助压力为0.015-0.025mpa,辅助压力不符合常规要求,且缺少负压指标,难以生产出合格产品。
现有技术的阿胶产品多利用阿胶补血作用来提高免疫力,不利于阿胶作用的更好发挥,还有一定副作用。并且阿胶产品有驴皮腥味,饮用不方便需要熬制。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品,该种饮料既具有营养功能又具有保健功能,美白、补血、提高免疫力,满足现代人的营养健康需求。本发明的另一目的,在于提供上述该种饮料的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品,以重量百分比记,各成分如下:
其制备方法如下:
1、化胶:将阿胶与水按其质量比1:2~6在50℃~85℃进行溶解,然后将溶解好的残渣过滤,制备所需的阿胶溶液;
2、枸杞的制备:将红枣去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至30-50℃,过滤,得枸杞溶液;
3、生姜的制备:将生姜去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至30-50℃,过滤,得生姜溶液;
4、红糖溶液的制备:将红糖溶于其质量5-8倍的纯净水中,过滤备用;
5、将上述步骤制得的阿胶溶液、枸杞溶液、生姜溶液、红糖溶液混合,搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均匀,过滤;
6、将步骤5制得溶液加热至40-60℃,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;
7、在118-135℃下超高温瞬时灭菌5-25s,灌装,然后80-95℃下二次杀菌,冷却,检验,包装,制得本发明所述的复方阿胶枸杞饮品。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的复方阿胶枸杞饮品具有美容养颜、补血,安神、预防感冒等功效。因阿胶中含有丰富的胶原蛋白胶原蛋白是一种高分子蛋白质,具有神奇的“二螺旋”结构能够强劲地锁住水分子,另外,由添加了枸杞和生姜等活性成分,大大促进了阿胶中富含的大量的天然保湿因子成分,其中一种独特的氨基酸一轻脯胺酸,是纯品胶原蛋白确保皮肤新生的胶原合成的最佳途径。因此,本发明的复方阿胶枸杞饮品具有保湿防皱、修复皮肤、润泽头发等美容功效。同时,由于阿胶饮料中含有红枣和红糖,不仅具有红枣和红糖的营养,而且有红枣的甘香和红糖的甜香,囚此它有食品添加剂调不出的口感和香味;红糖的美自作用与阿胶的养颜功能相得益彰,美容效果更好。本发明饮料不仅对长期从事办公室工作的女性起补血养颜的作用,也适宜中老年人饮用,小但口感好,而目_综合效果明显。

阿胶4g、枸杞0.5g、生姜0.5g、红糖0.5g、木糖醇0.3g、维生素C0.3g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.02g、柠檬酸0.02g、稳定剂0.02g、纯净水95g。
复方阿胶枸杞饮品的制备方法如下:
1、化胶:将阿胶与水按其质量比1:2~6在50℃~85℃进行溶解,然后将溶解好的残渣过滤,制备所需的阿胶溶液;
2、枸杞的制备:将红枣去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至30C,过滤,得枸杞溶液;
3、生姜的制备:将生姜去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至50℃,过滤,得生姜溶液;
4、红糖溶液的制备:将红糖溶于其质量5-8倍的纯净水中,过滤备用;
5、将上述步骤制得的阿胶溶液、枸杞溶液、生姜溶液、红糖溶液混合,搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均匀,过滤;
6、将步骤5制得溶液加热至50℃C,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;
7、在118-135℃下超高温瞬时灭菌25s,灌装,然后80-95℃下二次杀菌,冷却,检验,包装,制得本发明所述的复方阿胶枸杞饮品。
实施实例2:
一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品,由下列原料制得:
阿胶9g、枸杞1g、生姜1g、红糖0.9g、木糖醇0.7g、维生素C0.6g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.03g、柠檬酸0.03g、稳定剂0.03g、纯净水85g。加工方法同实施例1。
实施实例3:
一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品,由下列原料制得:
阿胶6g、枸杞1.5g、生姜1.5g、红糖1.5g、木糖醇1.0g、维生素C1.0g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.04g、柠檬酸0.02g、稳定剂0.02g、纯净水80g。
加工方法同实施例1。

2.权利要求1所述的一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)、化胶:将阿胶与水按其质量比1:2~6进行溶解,然后将溶解好的残渣过滤,制备所需的阿胶溶液;
2)、枸杞的制备:将红枣去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至30-50℃,过滤,得枸杞溶液;
3)、生姜的制备:将生姜去杂洗干净,加其质量10-15倍的纯净水在80-100℃下浸提1-3次,每次30-60min,合并提取液,降温至30-50℃,过滤,得生姜溶液;
4)、红糖溶液的制备:将红糖溶于其质量5-8倍的纯净水中,过滤备用;
5)、将上述步骤制得的阿胶溶液、枸杞溶液、生姜溶液、红糖溶液混合,搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均匀,过滤;
6)、将步骤5制得溶液加热,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;
7)、在118-135℃下超高温瞬时灭菌5-25s,灌装,然后80-95℃下二次杀菌,冷却,检验,包装,制得本发明所述的复方阿胶枸杞饮品。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)化胶温度为:50~85℃。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种复方阿胶枸杞饮品的制备方法的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6)中加热温度为:40-60℃。
