葛根,为豆科植物野葛,分为野葛根与粉葛根,两者都含有葛根黄酮,其药理作用能改善微循环,扩张冠状动脉,增加脑和冠状动脉血流量,减慢心率,降低心肌耗氧指数而改善缺血心肌的代谢,还具有抗血栓素,提高高密度脂蛋白、抗血管痉挛和降低血小板集聚的作用,有益三高人群健康。

四、具体实施方式
1. 葛根黄酮液的加工:选取2年生以上的葛根,去除虫咬及坏死地方。采用清水清洗葛根表面的污物及坏死物。将葛根黄酮含量高的葛根皮取下,切成2cm大小的片,并称重。将取得的切片,加5倍蒸馏水浸泡6-10小时;然后,加热100℃(翻动煮、捣烂)1-2小时;浸泡2小时后。将浸泡液和物,先用60目过滤的初过滤液和过滤渣,将初过滤液再100目过滤得过滤液。过滤渣再用,然后将浸泡液100目过滤,得过滤液。将过滤液,再次使用0.22μm滤器过滤,取滤过液得葛根饮料精滤液。

4.银杏叶黄酮液制备及去酸处理 (1)选用叶面初展的新叶,将银杏叶粉碎至8目;2.加水10倍、加热45-55℃1小时后取出提取液;反复3次;将提取液冷却15℃以下,静置;将上述的提取液,先用180目过滤,然后0.22μm过滤后得出银杏叶原液。(2)银杏叶原液去酸,将上述得到的银杏叶原液加入99%乙醇,加入比例为1:5,搅拌溶解;将上述萃取液加入萃取器,加入烷烃类物质,加入比例(1:5),混合均匀后静置,分层后去除上层液,取下层液;将上述下层液如步骤2反复萃取3次,取下层液为银杏叶黄酮液。
5.饮料混合溶液配比 上述葛根黄酮液:绞股蓝浓缩液:苦瓜甙浓缩液:银杏叶提取液比例分别为=2:3:4:1。
6.根据(步骤4)混合液添加Vc、低聚果糖和山梨酸钾等,添加量分别为:0.01%、1%、0.03%。

7.根据权利要求书3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述银杏叶黄酮液制备及去酸处理为:(1)选用叶面初展的新叶,将银杏叶粉碎至8目;2.加水10倍、加热45-55℃1小时后取出提取液;反复3次;将提取液冷却15℃以下,静置;将上述的提取液,先用180目过滤,然后0.22μm过滤后得出银杏叶原液;
(2)银杏叶原液去酸,将上述得到的银杏叶原液加入99%乙醇,加入比例为1:5,搅拌溶解;将上述萃取液加入萃取器,加入烷烃类物质,加入比例(1:5),混合均匀后静置,分层后去除上层液,取下层液;将上述下层液如步骤2反复萃取3次,取下层液为银杏叶黄酮液。
