本发明公开了一种玉米须混合饮料,包括:玉米须、茉莉花、柠檬酸、木糖醇、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁和蜂蜜;其工艺流程:先将玉米、须、茉莉花分别进行浸提液制备,然后把制备得出的浸提液进行混合调配、精滤、脱气、杀菌、冷却、成品;本发明每种原料单独提取,然后再进行混合,避免味道的偏离和工艺重复性的降低;将清热降火、降压降血糖的中药组分、玉米须水和减脂提神的茶汤进行科学的调配,制得一种口感丰富、具有保健功效且易于携带的饮料,提高了玉米资源的利用新途径和附加值,也符合现代人对饮食上健康绿色的追求。

本发明涉及饮料加工技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种玉米须混合饮料及加工方法。
背景技术
玉米须为禾本科植物玉蜀黍的花柱和柱头,是我国历史悠久的中药材之一,其性平、味甘,可用于治疗肾炎、黄疸、麻疹、血尿、胆结石和糖尿病等。现代药理研究也证实,玉米须安全无毒,有降血糖、抗癌、抑菌、增强免疫功能、利尿、降血压等作用;常将玉米须煎煮成汁液或当做茶饮用,作为糖尿病、高血压的辅助治疗药物;我国玉米产量居世界第二位,估算每年玉米须的产量为750万吨以上,作为玉米副产物的玉米须资源十分丰富,但除少量入药外,大部分被白白丢弃,造成较大的资源浪费,如能被开发利用,前景相当广阔。
目前以玉米须为原料的饮料有玉米须的香味,但其味道较单一、不能满足现代人们多元化的需求。
而中草药系列保健品使用人群较为广泛,可用于健康者、作为增强体质,抵御疾病的保健品,更可用于亚健康者、作为调节机体平衡失调所引起的种种不适而恢复健康状态,还可用于患有疾病者作为辅助康复用品,已逐渐被广大消费者所接受。
因此,如何提供一种口味多样,兼具保健功效的玉米须混合饮料,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种玉米须混合饮料,以玉米须为原料搭配中草药成分,不仅口味多样,且具有很好的保健功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须65-72份、茉莉花10-16份、柠檬酸5-9份、木糖醇9-15份、中药浓缩液20-26份、桑甚汁10-12份和蜂蜜5-7份。
优选的,所述一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须68、茉莉花15份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇9份、中药浓缩液22份、桑甚汁10份和蜂蜜7份。
优选的,所述中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、枸杞子6-10份、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份和甘草5~15份制成。
一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其主要步骤包括:
a)选料:按原料配比准备好各种原料;
b)清洗:将玉米须用水洗净;
c)浸提液:将玉米须、茉莉花制得玉米须浸提液和茉莉花浸提液;
d)过滤:将所得浸提液混合,用离心机(内垫140目尼龙布)过滤;
e)调配:按配方比例称取木糖醇、柠檬酸、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁及蜂蜜,加入玉米须和茉莉花浸提液的混合液中;
f)离心:经检测合格的混合液,用离心机(内垫120目尼龙布)过滤;
g)精滤:用硅藻土精滤去除混合汁液中的细小悬浮颗粒;
h)脱气→杀菌→冷却→成品。
优选的,所述步骤a)选料过程:选取干燥、色泽正常、无霉变的玉米须,去除所黏附的泥土及虫卵;选取嫩黄色、完整度高且花瓣紧实没有其它杂物的优质茉莉花。
优选的,所述步骤c)中玉米须浸提液的制备:清洗后的玉米须,用粉碎机粉碎成60目以上的细粉状;将玉米须置于3倍重量的沸水中进行50-58min的煮制,冷却后过滤得滤液I;滤渣加入其2倍重量的95%的乙醇溶液,在65℃的温度下浸提50-55min,过滤除渣得醇提液,醇提液经减压蒸馏回收乙醇得滤液II,滤液I和滤液II合并即得玉米须浸提液。
优选的,所述步骤c)中茉莉花浸提液的制备:选用优质茉莉花茶,按茶∶水体积比为1∶20的比例将茉莉花茶及软化水一同加到浸提罐中,然后在80±2℃的温度下浸提35-40min,过滤除渣即得茉莉花粗汁。

经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种玉米须混合饮料,酸甜适度,清香爽口,具有茉莉花等天然香气,相对于现有技术,本发明所述的玉米须混合饮料及加工方法具有以下优势:
1、主要原料为玉米须和中药浓缩液,具有协同增效的保健效果,含有有机酸、皂苷等多种生物活性物质,营养物质丰富,具有清热利胆、利尿、减肥、降血糖和调节免疫功能等功效;
2、充分考虑不同原料对于最佳浸提条件的差异,为保证原料活性成分尽可能被浸提出来同时不被破坏,使活性物质及香气成分大量浸出,口感更加清爽、独特;
3、多次过滤保证产品纯净,采用蜂蜜和木糖醇适用于高血脂、高血压、高血糖的病人使用。
本发明的有益效果:原料成本低,使用了玉米须作为原料,将废弃的玉米须进行合理利用,解决了玉米须长期利用率低的难题,充分利用了玉米须等玉米加工副产物,使得获得的饮料产品营养价值提高,加入中药成分后产品风味独特,口感和稳定性好酸甜适度,味道清香,富含多种生理活性成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、消暑解渴等功效,适用人群广泛。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种玉米须混合饮料,兼具玉米须和中草药的保健功效,具有协同作用,气味清香口感独特,具有降血糖和调节免疫等功能。
实施例1
本发明实施例公开了一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须65份、茉莉花10份、柠檬酸5份、木糖醇10份、中药浓缩液21份、桑甚汁10份和蜂蜜5份;
其中,中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、枸杞子6-10份、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份和甘草5~15份制成。
本实施例的玉米须混合饮料的加工方法按以下步骤进行:
a)选料:按原料配比准备好各种原料;选取干燥、色泽正常、无霉变的玉米须,去除所黏附的泥土及虫卵;选取嫩黄色、完整度高且花瓣紧实没有其它杂物的优质茉莉花。
b)清洗:将玉米须用纯水洗净;
c)浸提液:清洗后的玉米须,用粉碎机粉碎成60目以上的细粉状;将玉米须置于3倍重量的沸水中进行50min的煮制,冷却后过滤得滤液I;滤渣加入其2倍重量的95%的乙醇溶液,在65℃的温度下浸提50min,过滤除渣得醇提液,醇提液经减压蒸馏回收乙醇得滤液II,滤液I和滤液II合并即得玉米须浸提液;
选用优质茉莉花茶,按茶∶水体积比为1∶20的比例将茉莉花茶及软化水一同加到浸提罐中,然后在80℃的温度下浸提35min,过滤除渣即得茉莉花粗汁。
d)过滤:将所得浸提液混合,用离心机(内垫140目尼龙布)过滤;
e)调配:按配方比例称取木糖醇、柠檬酸、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁及蜂蜜,加入玉米须及茉莉花的浸提液中;
f)离心:经检测合格的混合液,用离心机(内垫120目尼龙布)过滤;
g)精滤:用硅藻土精滤去除混合汁液中的细小悬浮颗粒;
h)精滤后的混合液用真空脱气机在0.08MPa的真空度下对其进行脱气处理,以除去汁液中的氧,以防止营养物质的氧化,罐装密封处理后在100℃的热水中水浴加热杀菌25min,冷却至室温得到成品。
实施例2
一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须68份、茉莉花12份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇12份、中药浓缩液25份、桑甚汁11份和蜂蜜6份;
其中,中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、枸杞子6-10份、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份和甘草5~15份制成。
本实施例的玉米须混合饮料的加工方法按以下步骤进行:

d)过滤:将所得浸提液混合,用离心机(内垫140目尼龙布)过滤。
e)调配:按配方比例称取木糖醇、柠檬酸、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁及蜂蜜,加入玉米须及茉莉花的浸提液中;
f)离心:经检测合格的混合液,用离心机(内垫120目尼龙布)过滤;
g)精滤:用硅藻土精滤去除混合汁液中的细小悬浮颗粒;
h)精滤后的混合液用真空脱气机在0.08MPa的真空度下对其进行脱气处理,以除去汁液中的氧,以防止营养物质的氧化,罐装密封处理后在100℃的热水中水浴加热杀菌23min,冷却至室温得到成品。
实施例3
一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须71份、茉莉花16份、柠檬酸8份、木糖醇14份、中药浓缩液25份、桑甚汁12份和蜂蜜7份;
其中,中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、枸杞子6-10份、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份和甘草5~15份制成。
本实施例的玉米须混合饮料的加工方法按以下步骤进行:
a)选料:按原料配比准备好各种原料;选取干燥、色泽正常、无霉变的玉米须,去除所黏附的泥土及虫卵;选取嫩黄色、完整度高且花瓣紧实没有其它杂物的优质茉莉花。
b)清洗:将玉米须用纯水洗净;

d)过滤:将所得浸提液混合,用离心机(内垫140目尼龙布)过滤;
e)调配:按配方比例称取木糖醇、柠檬酸、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁及蜂蜜,加入玉米须及茉莉花的浸提液中;
f)离心:经检测合格的混合液,用离心机(内垫120目尼龙布)过滤;
g)精滤:用硅藻土精滤去除混合汁液中的细小悬浮颗粒;

理化指标:可溶性固形物4%-4.5%,总酸0.15%-0.25%,
微生物指标:细菌总数≤100个/ml,大肠菌群≤3个/100ml,不得检出致病菌。

1.一种玉米须混合饮料,其特征在于,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须65-72份、茉莉花10-16份、柠檬酸5-9份、木糖醇9-15份、中药浓缩液20-26份、桑甚汁10-12份和蜂蜜5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米须混合饮料,原料按重量份,其特征在于,原料按重量份,包括:玉米须68份、茉莉花15份、柠檬酸6份、木糖醇9份、中药浓缩液22份、桑甚汁10份和蜂蜜7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的玉米须混合饮料,其特征在于,所述中药浓缩液由葛根1~8份、辛夷花1~8份、玉竹1~5份、枸杞子6-10、黄芪3~10份、鸡内金2~8份、山楂5~10份和甘草5~15份制成。
4.一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)选料:按原料配比准备好各种原料;
b)清洗:将玉米须用水洗净;
c)浸提液:将玉米须、茉莉花分别制得玉米须浸提液和茉莉花浸提液;
d)过滤:将所得浸提液混合,用离心机过滤;
e)调配:按配方比例称取木糖醇、柠檬酸、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁及蜂蜜,加入玉米须及茉莉花浸提液的混合液中;
f)离心:经检测合格的混合液,用离心机过滤;
g)精滤:用硅藻土精滤去除混合汁液中的细小悬浮颗粒;
h)脱气→杀菌→冷却→成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a)选料过程:选取干燥、色泽正常、无霉变的玉米须,去除所黏附的泥土及虫卵;选取嫩黄色、完整度高且花瓣紧实没有其它杂物的优质茉莉花。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中玉米须浸提液的制备:清洗后的玉米须,用粉碎机粉碎成60目以上的细粉状;将玉米须置于3倍重量的沸水中进行50-58min的煮制,冷却后过滤得滤液I;滤渣加入其2倍重量的95%的乙醇溶液,在65℃的温度下浸提50-55min,过滤除渣得醇提液,醇提液经减压蒸馏回收乙醇得滤液II,滤液I和滤液II合并即得玉米须浸提液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中茉莉花浸提液的制备:选用优质茉莉花茶,按茶∶水体积比为1∶20的比例将茉莉花茶及软化水一同加到浸提罐中,然后在80±2℃的温度下浸提35-40min,过滤除渣即得茉莉花粗汁。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,按配方比例取柠檬酸、木糖醇、中药浓缩液、桑甚汁、蜂蜜并加入适量水使其充分溶解,并经双联过滤器过滤后与玉米须浸提液、茉莉花浸提液进行混合调配。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种玉米须混合饮料的加工方法,其特征在于,精滤后的混合液用真空脱气机在0.08MPa的真空度下对其进行脱气处理,以除去汁液中的氧,以防止营养物质的氧化,罐装密封处理后在100℃的热水中水浴加热杀菌20-25min,冷却至室温。
