本发明涉及一种葛根黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,属保健食品领域。本发明目的旨在开发一种安全有效、科学简洁并可规模化生产的葛根黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,葛根黄酮提取以水提和过滤为主,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持葛根的原汁原味,生产富含天然葛根黄酮的胶囊。本发明生产工艺:葛根选材—清洗—削皮、切片—浸泡水煮—过滤取液—精过滤—蒸馏烘干—粉碎得葛根黄酮高纯度颗粒—添加填充剂—压片造粒包装。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种葛根黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,属保健食品领域。
二、背景技术
葛根,为豆科植物野葛,分为野葛根与粉葛根,两者都含有葛根黄酮,但南方多为粉葛,葛根黄酮含量少,一般多压榨淀粉,北方最大葛根产地为陕西,基本为野葛,野葛多为提取葛根黄酮原料,原料里面葛根素含量基本在2%-6%之间。葛根黄酮主要成份包括:葛根素、羟基葛根素、甲氧基葛根素、大豆甙等 黄酮类(Iso-Flavonoids)化合物,还有三萜类、香豆素类等。异黄酮成分为:葛根素(Puerarin)、葛根素木糖甙(Puerarin-xyloside)、大豆黄酮(Daidzein)、大豆黄酮甙(Daidzin)及β-谷甾醇(β-SitosteIrol)、花生酸(Arachidic acid)。葛根黄酮目前主要用于治疗心脑血管类疾病,如高血压、高血脂、偏头痛、冠心病、心肌梗塞、心绞痛、等症,替代中成药中的中药葛根,同时广泛用于保健食品(用于解酒、丰胸、延缓女性更年期、糖尿病引起的并发症等)等领域。
本发明以葛根为原料,经科学提炼、加工,得到高纯度葛根黄酮,添加微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁及矫味剂,通过造粒加工成葛根黄酮咀嚼片。在一咀一嚼中,在享受咀嚼的乐趣同时,充分吸收葛根黄酮的有益成分,有益心脑血管等健康。
三、发明内容
本发明目的旨在开发一种安全有效、科学简洁并可规模化生产的葛根黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,葛根黄酮提取以水提和过滤为主,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持葛根的原汁原味,生产富含天然葛根黄酮的胶囊。本发明专利生产工艺:葛根选材—清洗—削皮、切片—浸泡水煮—过滤取液—精过滤—蒸馏烘干—粉碎得葛根黄酮高纯度颗粒—添加填充剂—压片造粒包装。
四、具体实施方式
1.葛根选材:选取1年生以上的葛根,去除虫咬及坏死地方。
2.清洗:采用清水清洗葛根表面的污物及坏死物。
3.削皮、切片:将葛根黄酮含量高的葛根皮取下,切成2cm大小的片。
4.浸泡水煮:将(步骤3)取得的切片,加6倍蒸馏水浸泡6-8小时;然后,加热70-90℃(翻动煮、捣烂)1-2小时;浸泡2小时后。
5.过滤取液:将(步骤4)浸泡液和物,先用60目过滤的初过滤液和过滤渣,将初过滤液再100目过滤得过滤液。过滤渣再用(步骤4),然后将浸泡液100目过滤,得过滤液。
6.精过滤:将(步骤5)过滤液,再次使用0.22μm滤器过滤。
7.蒸馏烘干:将(步骤6)过滤液加入蒸馏干燥后得糊状物烘干,得粉状物。
8. 添加填充剂:葛根黄酮高纯度粉状物添加250%的微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁及矫味剂填充剂,填充剂配比微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁及矫味剂为5:2:2:1,递增稀释法混匀。
9. 压片、造粒和包装:将上述8添加填充剂后混合物,经过挤压、流化床、压片或滚压、喷雾等方式进行制粒,进行压片加工成粒,采用单剂量泡罩式铝箔压封或多剂量瓶装方式包装。

1.一种葛根黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,其特征在于:科学简洁并可规模化生产的葛根黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,葛根黄酮提取以水提和过滤为主,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持葛根的原汁原味,生产富含天然葛根黄酮的胶囊;
本发明专利生产工艺:葛根选材—清洗—削皮、切片—浸泡水煮—过滤取液—精过滤—蒸馏烘干—粉碎得葛根黄酮高纯度颗粒—添加填充剂—压片造粒包装。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的浸泡水煮是将取得的切片,加6倍蒸馏水浸泡6-8小时;然后,加热70-90℃(翻动煮、捣烂)1-2小时;浸泡2小时后。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的过滤取液是将浸泡液和物,先用60目过滤的初过滤液和过滤渣,将初过滤液再100目过滤得过滤液;
过滤渣再用(步骤4),然后将浸泡液100目过滤,得过滤液。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的精过滤是将(步骤5)过滤液,再次使用0.22μm滤器过滤。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的添加填充剂是葛根黄酮高纯度粉状物添加250%的微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁及矫味剂填充剂,填充剂配比微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁及矫味剂为5:2:2:1,递增稀释法混匀。
