本发明涉及一种竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,属食品加工领域。本发明目的旨在开发一种来料广泛低廉、安全有效、科学简洁并可规模化生产的竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持竹叶的原汁原味,生产出富含竹叶黄酮的咀嚼片。本发明生产工艺:竹叶黄酮的加工提取、添加填充剂和压片造粒包装。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,属食品加工领域。
二、背景技术
竹叶为禾本科植物淡竹的叶,是中医一味传统的清热解毒药,被中华人民共和国卫生部批准列入"药,食两用的天然植物",为人类的"第一杀手"心脑血管疾病的防治起到一定的作用。竹叶含有丰富的黄酮类化合物和香豆素类内酯营养素,具有良好的抗自由基能力;其抗衰老,抗疲劳和免疫调节作用与松花粉相当;降血脂和血胆固醇作用与银杏叶提取物相近;抗菌,消炎和抗病毒作用与茶多酚相似;具有调节血脂的保健功能,可有效保护人体健康。
竹叶黄酮,又名竹叶抗氧化剂,英文名称antioxidant of bamboo leaves, 简称AOB(以下简称),是从竹叶中提取出来的具有生理活性的生物黄酮,它是一种高效的生物抗氧化剂。生物抗氧化剂是人体必需的营养素,当人体缺乏时,容易导致大脑和心脏功能不全,血管硬化等疾病的产生。
本发明利用取材广泛的竹叶,采用醇提+水提有效提取竹叶黄酮,制成竹叶黄酮咀嚼片,在充分享有竹叶清新口气的同时,还具有抗自由基、调节免疫力等意想不到的功效。
三、发明内容
本发明目的旨在开发一种来料广泛低廉、安全有效、科学简洁并可规模化生产的竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持竹叶的原汁原味,生产出富含竹叶黄酮的咀嚼片。本发明专利生产工艺:竹叶的加工提取、添加填充剂和压片造粒包装。
四、具体实施方式
1.每次选取新鲜的竹叶20kg,去除叶根茎,当日洗净,粉碎至20目。
2.将上述竹叶粉碎叶放入醇提罐,加入300kg的80%乙醇浸泡,加热50℃并不断搅拌,时间1小时。冷却至常温。
3.将上述醇提液,采用100目过滤网过滤,收集滤过液,加热蒸发酒精和水,得到干燥的初步的黄酮颗粒约1kg。
4. 将上述初步的黄酮颗粒10kg,加入蒸馏水200kg,加热到90℃,持续时间2小时,使黄酮成分充分溶解在水中,采用200目过滤网过滤,得出滤过液。
5.将上述水滤过液,蒸发水,得出优质的竹叶黄酮,约1kg,总提出率约0.5%。
6. 添加填充剂:竹叶黄酮高纯度粉状物添加350%的填充剂,填充剂为微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁、阿拉伯胶、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜,其比例为3:3:3:0.2:0.4:0.4,,递增稀释法混匀。
7.压片、造粒和包装:将上述8添加填充剂后混合物,经过挤压、流化床、压片或滚压、喷雾等方式进行制粒,进行压片加工成粒,采用单剂量泡罩式铝箔压封或多剂量瓶装方式包装。
Claims (4)
1.一种竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的加工工艺,其特征在于:开发一种来料广泛低廉、安全有效、科学简洁并可规模化生产的竹叶黄酮咀嚼片的生产工艺,生产过程不添加任何化学药剂,保持竹叶的原汁原味,生产出富含竹叶黄酮的咀嚼片;本发明专利生产工艺:竹叶黄酮的加工提取、添加填充剂和压片造粒包装。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的竹叶黄酮的加工提取是指:1)每次选取新鲜的竹叶20kg,去除叶根茎,当日洗净,粉碎至20目;2)将上述竹叶粉碎叶放入醇提罐,加入300kg的80%乙醇浸泡,加热50℃并不断搅拌,时间1小时;3)将上述醇提液,采用100目过滤网过滤,收集滤过液,加热蒸发酒精和水,得到干燥的初步的黄酮颗粒约1kg;4)将上述初步的黄酮颗粒10kg,加入蒸馏水200kg,加热到90℃,持续时间2小时,使黄酮成分充分溶解在水中,采用200目过滤网过滤,得出滤过液;5)将上述水滤过液,蒸发水,得出优质的竹叶黄酮,约1kg,总提出率约0.5%。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的添加填充剂是竹叶黄酮高纯度粉状物添加350%的填充剂,填充剂为微晶纤维素、甘露醇、硬酯酸镁、阿拉伯胶、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜,其比例为3:3:3:0.2:0.4:0.4,,递增稀释法混匀。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述的压片、造粒和包装是将上述8添加填充剂后混合物,经过挤压、流化床、压片或滚压、喷雾等方式进行制粒,进行压片加工成粒,采用单剂量泡罩式铝箔压封或多剂量瓶装方式包装。
