技术领域
本发明涉及一种食用安全、营养丰富的保健食品,更具体地说,它涉及五谷杂粮营养干米粉。
背景技术
近几年,养生日益受到关注,药食同源的食材成为人们日常保健的主角,象黑米和黑芝麻等,经常会加入到五谷粉中一起食用,这样保健效果更好。限于传统磨粉的技术,象黑米磨出米浆都比较粗,浸泡时间不够。生物活性物质在饮用时不易析出,饮用时有效成份释放不出来,达不到营养的目的。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生物活性物质在饮用时容易析出、饮用时有效成份容易释放,达到营养的五谷杂粮营养干米粉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有增强免疫力、营养丰富的五谷杂粮营养干米粉。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种五谷杂粮营养干米粉,其主要原料的重量百分比组成为:
黑米20一30份 黑芝麻10一15份、黑花生5一8份 黑豆5一8份 大米10一15份。
其制作方法是:
1、选料。选桑黑米,要选择产自广西巴马的黑米,且采自9-10月黑米。此时的各种黄酮、芸香甙等的含量很高,效果最佳。
2、将黑米采收回来然后晒干,洗去泥土灰尘除去外壳。
3、将黑米和黑芝麻必须严格按照精确的比例进行混合配伍。
4、对黑米和黑芝麻进行标准体积浸泡
5、将配比混合好的黑米和黑芝麻放入磨浆机磨出米浆,然后将黑米和黑芝麻放在磨浆机磨出米浆,然后放置锅内煮熟透。
6、用米粉条机压出粉条,放到烘干机烘干。
7、密封保存。包装必须采取小量独立密封包装,一般每包在50克左右的独立包装。
本发明五谷杂粮营养干米粉,具有增强免疫力、营养丰富。
具体实施方式
1、选料。黑米要选产自广西巴马产的黑米,且采自9-10月黑米。
2、粗加工。先将黑米采收回来然后晒干,洗去泥土灰尘除去外壳。
3、精加工。将黑米30克、黑芝麻15克、黑花生8克、黑豆8克、大米15克的比例进行混合配伍,如果比例失调或不准,将会直接影响作用效果。
4、将上述原料进行标准体积浸泡。通过反复地对比实验,总结出浸泡后磨浆机磨出米浆的口感程度以入口甘甜最合适。
5、将配比混合好的黑米放入磨浆机磨出米浆,将经过磨浆机磨出米浆放置锅内煮熟透后,放入恒温室内停置。要求温度必须控制在5——10摄氏度之间,必须停置确保已经活化的黑米保持良好的稳定性,这样在保存的时候就可以不用添加防腐剂和稳定剂。
6、用米粉条机压出粉条,放到烘干机烘干。
7、密封保存。次性加工出来的天然无添加剂的五谷杂粮营养干米粉在包装时也有严格的要求,包装必须采取小量独立密封包装。一般每包在50克左右的独立包装最好,即为本发明产品。

1.五谷杂粮营养干米粉,其特征在于,所述五谷杂粮营养干米粉主要组分为黑米20一30份 黑芝麻10一15份、黑花生5一8份 黑豆5一8份 大米10一15份。
2.根据权利1要求所述五谷杂粮营养干米粉的制备方法如下:制作方法将黑米20一30份 黑芝麻10一15份、黑花生5一8份 黑豆5一8份 大米10一15份,经浸泡、磨浆机磨出米浆放入恒温室内停置、独立密封包装而成。
