本发明提供了一种凤梨香精,由以下重量份组分组成:香基1-20份,溶剂1-50份,表面活性剂5-10份,助表面活性剂5-10份,载体50-80份,所述香基,由以下重量份组分组成:十六酸5-10份,苯甲酸1-30份,戊酸乙酯5-15份,己酸乙酯5-20份,乙酸异丁酯5-20份,十六酸1-3份,乙酸异戊酯5-10份。本发明的刺梨香精具有新鲜刺梨的风味,添加有这种凤梨香精的饮料的果汁感强,并具有新鲜刺梨的口感。

背景技术
传统凤梨香精往往加入大量乙基香兰素、乙基麦芽酚等香料,导致使用该香精的果汁饮料风味单一,缺乏天然凤梨汁的自然风味,口感不佳。另外,传统的主要香精原料往往容易产生化学气,导致风味不好,不受消费者的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有天然凤梨风味的凤梨香精配方,以克服上述困难。

在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述溶剂为酒精、丙二醇、水、甘油中的一种或几种混合物。

在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述助表面活性剂为阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、明胶、琼脂中的一种或几种混合物。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述的载体为玉米淀粉、葡萄糖粉蔗糖粉、乳糖粉、麦芽糊精中的一种或几种混合物。
在本发明的一优选实施例中,根据权利要求1所述的凤梨香精,其特征在于,所述的凤梨香精配方为液体或固体。
本发明的凤梨香精爱用对凤梨汁有较强亲和性的天然同等成分的香料作为原料,并增强口感,具有天然凤梨汁的香气,另外,本发明的香精配方耐热性、香气质量高于同类产品。

制备方法:
1、将上述香基原料混合搅拌均匀,得到5kg香基;
2、向香基中混入酒精5kg、卵磷脂5kg、阿拉伯胶5kg、玉米淀粉80kg,混合至均匀,即得到100kg固体凤梨香精。

5.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨香精,其特征在于,所述的载体为玉米淀粉、葡萄糖粉蔗糖粉、乳糖粉、麦芽糊精中的一种或几种混合物。
