本发明提供了一种家庭水果罐头的制备方法,本发明制作过程采用盐水消毒、杀菌,食用更安全,在罐头中不添加色素、防腐剂等,无添加剂,黄梨的营养十分丰富,它还富含钙、铁、锌、钾等多种微量元素及维生素B和C、胡萝卜素以及苹果酸等;黄桃的营养十分丰富,含有丰富的抗氧化剂、膳食纤维、铁钙及多种微量元素;山楂具有开胃、消食、活血化淤等功效,这些成分对于人人体健康尤其是肾脏,脾胃具有特殊的医疗保健功效,本发明色泽口感俱佳,制作简单,食用安全,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种罐头,具体涉及一种家庭水果罐头的制备方法。
背景技术
在我国,罐头的品种各式各样,种类繁多,但是目前罐头为延长保存期,罐头食品在制作过程中要加入防腐剂,经常食用对肝、肾均有损害。罐头中还含有添加剂,为了使罐头更美味,在加工过程中会加入香料、色素、人工调味剂等添加剂,常吃对人体有害。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种家庭水果罐头的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
家庭水果罐头的制备方法,所述方法包括:
1)原料:选取个大优质的黄梨300克,黄桃400克,山楂300克,冰糖180克,木糖醇20克,蜂蜜30克,食用盐20克;
2)将选取后的黄梨去皮,切成0.5-1cm梨片;将黄桃放入锅内,注入没过黄桃的水,加热至90℃关火,去皮、去核;将山楂去山楂花嘴、去核。
3)将20克食用盐倒入盆中,加入适量清水搅拌,使盐充分融化后,将梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂倒入盆中浸泡10-15分钟后用清水洗净;
4)将洗净后的黄梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂倒入锅内,往锅内注入清水没过以上水果,依次加入冰糖、木糖醇、蜂蜜,沸水煮10-30分钟;
5)将煮后的水果和汤汁常温冷却后,装入瓶内拧紧瓶盖,放入冰箱储存即可;
进一步的,3)黄梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂浸泡在盐水中的时间为15分钟。
进一步的,4)黄梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂蒸煮的时间为20分钟。

家庭水果罐头的制备方法,所述方法包括:

Claims (3)
1.家庭水果罐头的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法包括:
1)原料:选取个大优质的黄梨300克,黄桃400克,山楂300克,冰糖180克,木糖醇20克,蜂蜜30克,食用盐20克;
2)将选取后的黄梨去皮,切成0.5-1cm梨片;将黄桃放入锅内,注入没过黄桃的水,加热至90℃关火,去皮、去核;将山楂去山楂花嘴、去核。
3)将20克食用盐倒入盆中,加入适量清水搅拌,使盐充分融化后,将梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂倒入盆中浸泡10-15分钟后用清水洗净;
4)将洗净后的黄梨片、去皮去核后的黄桃和去除后的山楂倒入锅内,往锅内注入清水没过以上水果,依次加入冰糖、木糖醇、蜂蜜,沸水煮10-30分钟;
