本发明公开了一种滋阴补肾黑米豆浆,由下列重量份的原料制成:黑米80-90、大麦30-40、笔仔草1-2、丹皮1-2、生地黄1-3、莱菔子1-2、淮山22-26、菠菜14-18、白萝卜25-30、芦荟17-21、鱼子酱15-19、白芍粉8-10、豆浆添加剂1-2、水适量。本发明的滋阴补肾黑米豆浆,采用黑米作为主原料,具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等功效。另外添加的鱼子酱具有养颜护肤、抗衰老等作用。淮山具有补中益气、消渴生津、增强人体免疫力,益心安神,宁咳定喘,延缓衰老等功效。芦荟具有解毒消炎、健胃通便、扶正祛邪、美容护肤等作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种滋阴补肾黑米豆浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
通过食物营养价值的一般规律可知,同样一种食物原料中,颜色越深的,营养价值就越高,大米同样符合这个规律。所以,黑米的营养价值要远远高于精白米。黑色食物能够补肾,也具有抗衰老作用。黑米在我国的种植历史悠久,具有药、食两种功效,是一种不可多得的黑色粗粮。黑米含丰富的蛋白质、多种维生素以及钙、磷、钾等微量元素,还含有维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分。黑米具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等功效,可以治疗贫血、头昏、视物不清、头发早白等多种病症。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种滋阴补肾黑米豆浆及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
豆浆由下列重量份的原料制成:黑米80-90、大麦30-40、笔仔草1-2、丹皮1-2、生地黄1-3、莱菔子1-2、淮山22-26、菠菜14-18、白萝卜25-30、芦荟17-21、鱼子酱15-19、白芍粉8-10、豆浆添加剂1-2、水适量。
所述豆浆添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦苗粉40-50、冻干苹果15-20、核桃20-25、水芹20-30、栀子5-6、淫羊藿1-2、丁葵草3-4、三七5-6、二色补血草4-5、冬瓜仁3-4、人参花5-6、南瓜花10-12、竹沥10-15、糙米汤11-13、薏仁油1-2、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入核桃翻炒至有香味溢出,加入竹沥小火慢熬至水分耗干,取出核桃烘干后与冻干苹果一起研磨成粉,得混合粉;将水芹洗净榨成水芹汁;将栀子、淫羊藿、丁葵草、三七、二色补血草、冬瓜仁、人参花、南瓜花加水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得药液;将药液、混合粉、水芹汁以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
豆浆的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑米洗净,用清水浸泡3-4小时,放入蒸笼中蒸至黑米熟透,再将黑米摊开,自然风干后研磨成黑米粉,备用;
(2)将笔仔草、丹皮、生地黄、莱菔子粉碎成渣后,加入适量水煎煮2-3小时,过滤得煎煮液,将大麦用煎煮液研磨成浆,大火至煮沸后,滤掉渣料,得大麦浆;
(3)将白萝卜、芦荟洗净去皮后与菠菜一起放入榨汁机中打成汁液,将淮山洗净去皮后放入上述汁液中,加热至煮沸,冷却后加入鱼子酱研磨成混合浆;
(4)将步骤1的黑米粉、步骤2的大麦浆、步骤3的混合浆与白芍粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,灭菌即可。
本发明的有益效果:

具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:黑米85、大麦35、笔仔草1、丹皮1、生地黄2、莱菔子1、淮山24、菠菜17、白萝卜28、芦荟20、鱼子酱17、白芍粉9、豆浆添加剂1、水适量。
所述豆浆添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:大麦苗粉45、冻干苹果18、核桃22、水芹25、栀子5、淫羊藿1、丁葵草3、三七5、二色补血草4、冬瓜仁4、人参花6、南瓜花11、竹沥15、糙米汤13、薏仁油2、水适量。制备方法是将薏仁油放入锅中烧热,加入核桃翻炒至有香味溢出,加入竹沥小火慢熬至水分耗干,取出核桃烘干后与冻干苹果一起研磨成粉,得混合粉;将水芹洗净榨成水芹汁;将栀子、淫羊藿、丁葵草、三七、二色补血草、冬瓜仁、人参花、南瓜花加水文火煎煮2小时,过滤得药液;将药液、混合粉、水芹汁以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
豆浆的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑米洗净,用清水浸泡4小时,放入蒸笼中蒸至黑米熟透,再将黑米摊开,自然风干后研磨成黑米粉,备用;
(2)将笔仔草、丹皮、生地黄、莱菔子粉碎成渣后,加入适量水煎煮2.5小时,过滤得煎煮液,将大麦用煎煮液研磨成浆,大火至煮沸后,滤掉渣料,得大麦浆;
(3)将白萝卜、芦荟洗净去皮后与菠菜一起放入榨汁机中打成汁液,将淮山洗净去皮后放入上述汁液中,加热至煮沸,冷却后加入鱼子酱研磨成混合浆;
(4)将步骤1的黑米粉、步骤2的大麦浆、步骤3的混合浆与白芍粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀后,灭菌即可。

1.一种滋阴补肾黑米豆浆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:黑米80-90、大麦30-40、笔仔草1-2、丹皮1-2、生地黄1-3、莱菔子1-2、淮山22-26、菠菜14-18、白萝卜25-30、芦荟17-21、鱼子酱15-19、白芍粉8-10、豆浆添加剂1-2、水适量;

2.根据权利要求书1所述滋阴补肾黑米豆浆,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将黑米洗净,用清水浸泡3-4小时,放入蒸笼中蒸至黑米熟透,再将黑米摊开,自然风干后研磨成黑米粉,备用;
(2)将笔仔草、丹皮、生地黄、莱菔子粉碎成渣后,加入适量水煎煮2-3小时,过滤得煎煮液,将大麦用煎煮液研磨成浆,大火至煮沸后,滤掉渣料,得大麦浆;
(3)将白萝卜、芦荟洗净去皮后与菠菜一起放入榨汁机中打成汁液,将淮山洗净去皮后放入上述汁液中,加热至煮沸,冷却后加入鱼子酱研磨成混合浆;
