本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种红豆薏米复合营养米,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
红豆25-35、黑番茄10-20、红米8-15、薏仁米100-150、胶原蛋白4-6、银耳10-15、洛神花2-3、荷花1-3、乌药叶1-2、地黄花1-2、蜂蜜8-15、红酒适量、营养添加剂10-12;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:抹茶粉8-12、松花粉3-5、莲子4-6、海木耳20-30、余甘子冻干粉1-2、纳豆粉15-25、木瓜籽粉6-8、鱼骨6-10、米醋10-15、黄精6-12、三七6-8、黑枸杞4-6、薏仁油3-5、沙棘油2-4;
所述的营养添加剂的制备方法为:a、将黄精、三七、黑枸杞分别超微粉碎,加1-2倍水煮沸,加入薏仁油熬煮成稠膏状,再烘干研磨成粉,得保健粉;b、将鱼骨除杂洗净,加水煮沸10-15分钟,捞出沥干后放入米醋中浸泡30-40分钟,焖煮出香,磨制成浆,与木瓜籽粉、纳豆粉、抹茶粉、松花粉、沙棘油混合揉拌均匀,经挤出、膨化后研磨至160-200目,得鱼骨混合粉;c、将海木耳除杂洗净研磨晒干,与莲子分别研磨成粉,再与保健粉、鱼骨混合粉及其他剩余原料混合,文火翻炒出香,即可。

(3)、将薏仁米除杂洗净,蒸煮至熟香,倒入-1-5℃下的红酒中,浸泡5-15分钟冷却完全后捞出沥干,烘干后研磨成粉,得薏仁粉;
(4)、将薏仁粉、银耳果粉、红豆米浆及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
本发明中莲子为唇型花科、罗勒属草本植物的种子,具有排毒、清热、健脾、养胃、减肥保健等功效;海木耳属于藻类植物,食用海木耳可提高人体免疫功能,促进脂肪代谢、降血脂、降血压、软化血管,是抗细胞癌变的天然食品;
荷花为豆科锦鸡儿属落叶灌木的花,含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、多种维生素、多种矿物质等成分,性味微温甜,具有滋阴、和血、健脾的功效;
乌药叶,为樟科植物乌药的叶为药,具有温中理气、消食杀蛔的作用。

红豆35、黑番茄20、红米12、薏仁米150、胶原蛋白5、银耳15、洛神花3、荷花3、乌药叶2、地黄花2、蜂蜜15、红酒适量、营养添加剂12;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:抹茶粉12、松花粉5、莲子6、海木耳30、余甘子冻干粉2、纳豆粉25、木瓜籽粉6、鱼骨10、米醋15、黄精12、三七8、黑枸杞6、薏仁油5、沙棘油4;
所述的营养添加剂的制备方法为:a、将黄精、三七、黑枸杞分别超微粉碎,加2倍水煮沸,加入薏仁油熬煮成稠膏状,再烘干研磨成粉,得保健粉;b、将鱼骨除杂洗净,加水煮沸15分钟,捞出沥干后放入米醋中浸泡30分钟,焖煮出香,磨制成浆,与木瓜籽粉、纳豆粉、抹茶粉、松花粉、沙棘油混合揉拌均匀,经挤出、膨化后研磨至180目,得鱼骨混合粉;c、将海木耳除杂洗净研磨晒干,与莲子分别研磨成粉,再与保健粉、鱼骨混合粉及其他剩余原料混合,文火翻炒出香,即可。

所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:抹茶粉8-12、松花粉3-5、莲子4-6、海木耳20-30、余甘子冻干粉1-2、纳豆粉15-25、木瓜籽粉6-8、鱼骨6-10、米醋10-15、黄精6-12、三七6-8、黑枸杞4-6、薏仁油3-5、沙棘油2-4;

(2)、将银耳除杂洗净,加水泡发后沥干,与洗净黑番茄分别冷冻破碎干燥研磨成粉后混合,得银耳果粉;
(3)、将薏仁米除杂洗净,蒸煮至熟香,倒入-1-5℃下的红酒中,浸泡5-15分钟冷却完全后捞出沥干,烘干后研磨成粉,得薏仁粉;
(4)、将薏仁粉、银耳果粉、红豆米浆及其他剩余原料滚揉均匀,送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
