用温水泡发银耳,将紫薯去皮切成1-5cm小粒;锅中放水,将淘洗好的米放入其中,大火烧开后,用勺子操一下锅底以防粘锅;放入紫薯,再烧开后改小火;将核桃仁放入150℃烤箱烘烤15-20分钟,用肉槌敲碎;放入泡好的银耳;待米开花后,放入核桃碎拌匀; 放凉至室温。放凉后可加入少许蜂蜜。
