本发明公开了一种多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,包括异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机、胶体计量喂料机、同向多螺杆混合输送机和同向双螺杆排气装置;同向多螺杆混合输送机包括机筒,机筒包括依次连接的第一节筒体、第二节筒体和第三节筒体,第一节筒体上侧开设有喂料开口,与粉体计量喂料机采用软连接密封;第二节筒体上侧开设有胶体加料口,胶体加料口采用多孔板将胶体分流并均匀的滴洒在筒体内的粉体表面;第三节筒体上侧开设有排气开口,与同向双螺杆排气装置连接用以将水汽排出机筒。彻底解决了纳米级无机粉体喂料难、易飘散的难点,提高了生产效率、降低能耗;具有自动化程度高、精度高和密封性好的优点。

Description

多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统。
背景技术
目前,现有的在硅酮密封胶、粘连剂、涂料等专用材料的生产中,需要在胶体中添加气相法二氧化硅、超细滑石粉、纳米级碳酸钙等超细粉体,起到补强、增稠、消光等作用。这些超细无机粉体具有粒径很小(10-20nm)、比表面积很大(150-200m2/g)、极易悬浮在空气中的特点,因此难以直接添加到胶体中。目前国内常见的方法是将胶体和超细粉体在行星搅拌机或强力分散机中进行搅拌和混合,然后倒入容器中储备并用以下道工序。该方法的缺点是:采用人工称量,在称量过程中容易造成粉尘污染,且计量精度不稳定;最大添加量只有5%左右,难以达到15%的工艺要求;混合过程中超细粉体容易结团,导致下道工序无法使粉料充分分散从而影响产品质量;生产方式为间歇式,不能形成高效的连续化生产。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:包括异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机、胶体计量喂料机、同向多螺杆混合输送机和同向双螺杆排气装置;所述同向多螺杆混合输送机包括机筒,所述机筒包括依次连接的第一节筒体、第二节筒体和第三节筒体,所述第一节筒体上侧开设有喂料开口,与粉体计量喂料机采用软连接密封;所述第二节筒体上侧开设有胶体加料口,胶体加料口采用多孔板将胶体分流并均匀的滴洒在筒体内的粉体表面;所述第三节筒体上侧开设有排气开口,与同向双螺杆排气装置连接用以将水汽排出机筒。
所述的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:所述异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机包括:称重料仓、异向多螺杆喂料螺杆、喂料筒体,异向多螺杆喂料螺杆设置在喂料筒体内部,喂料筒体通过上侧的开口与称重料仓的底部相连通;称重料仓采用钢架支撑并配有称重传感器,称重料仓的底部设置为倒锥角并与喂料筒体开口截面大小相配合,称重料仓内上下分别设有料位器并与报警器连锁;异向多螺杆喂料螺杆由3-5根螺杆水平排列,由减速电机驱动并通过齿轮传动;喂料筒体为拼版搭扣结构,拼版之间加设有密封件。
所述的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:所述胶体计量喂料机包括:胶体称重料斗、液体计量泵、增压阀门,胶体称重料斗采用钢架支撑并配有称重传感器,胶体称重料斗内上下分别设有料位器并与报警器连锁;液体计量泵与胶体称重料仓连接处配有增压阀,并通过胶体输送管道将液体计量泵与同向多螺杆混合输送机第二节机筒上的胶体加料口相连接。
所述的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:所述同向多螺杆混合输送机包括:同向多螺杆、机筒、传动部件;所述同向多螺杆混合输送机的同向多螺杆为3-7根螺杆,螺杆为深槽结构, “一字型”水平排布,螺杆采用积木式结构并配有齿形螺纹元件;螺杆采用减速电机驱动、齿轮箱传动的方式,转速由交流变频器控制并与主机PLC连锁。
所述的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:所述同向双螺杆排气装置包括排气双螺杆、排气机筒、减速电机、真空管道;排气机筒底端与排气开口相连通,开口端与真空管道相连接,排气双螺杆由减速电机驱动并在排气机筒内同向旋转将排气开口冒出的物料压回输送机的机筒中,而排出的水汽由排气双螺杆和排气机筒的间隙中逸出,并由真空管道抽出。
有益效果:本发明提供的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,彻底解决了纳米级无机粉体喂料难、易飘散的难点,还将传统的间歇式生产方式串联改造为连续式生产方式,提高了生产效率、降低能耗;具有自动化程度高、精度高和密封性好的优点,不仅降低了劳动强度还减少了工作环境的粉尘污染。

如图1所示,一种多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,包括异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机1、胶体计量喂料机2、同向多螺杆混合输送机3和同向双螺杆排气装置4;所述同向多螺杆混合输送机3包括机筒302,所述机筒包括依次连接的第一节筒体、第二节筒体和第三节筒体,所述第一节筒体上侧开设有喂料开口,与粉体计量喂料机1采用软连接密封;所述第二节筒体上侧开设有胶体加料口,胶体加料口采用多孔板将胶体分流并均匀的滴洒在筒体内的粉体表面;所述第三节筒体上侧开设有排气开口,与同向双螺杆排气装置4连接用以将水汽排出机筒。
第一部分;异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机1包括:称重料仓101、异向多螺杆喂料螺杆102、喂料筒体103,信号处理变送通讯模块和电气控制元件组成。该设备采用失重式计量的方式将超细粉体喂入同向多螺杆混合输送机,具有自动化程度高、动态精度高、密封性好的优点。异向多螺杆喂料螺杆102设置在喂料筒体103内部,喂料筒体103通过上侧的开口与称重料仓的底部相连通;
A、称重料仓101采用钢架104支撑并配有称重传感器105,传感器称重范围80-250kg/h,动态精度±0.5%,传感器与信号处理变送通讯模块和电气控制元件相连接。称重料仓的底部设置为倒锥角并与喂料筒体开口截面大小相配合,下料锥角30-60°,料斗材质为不锈钢;称重料仓内上下分别设有料位器并与报警器连锁;
B、异向多螺杆喂料螺杆102由3-5根螺杆水平排列,螺杆尺寸Φ40-100mm,由减速电机106驱动并通过齿轮传动;无需安装齿轮箱从而减轻重量、降低振动。3-5根螺杆水平排列增大了料口截面积,提高了喂料量。螺杆为异向低速转动,稳定性好,对称重传感器干扰小。螺杆转速由电气控制元件根据称重传感器反馈信号而调节。
C、喂料筒体103材质为不锈钢,为拼版搭扣结构,拼版之间加设有密封件。与称重料仓相连接,采用大截面喂料开口喂料量大且有效避免超细粉体在料斗内架桥。喂料筒体采用拼版及搭扣结构,便于快速拆卸及清理。拼版之间加有密封件,有效达到密封效果。拆卸和安装操作简易,无需使用工具。
第二部分:胶体计量喂料机2包括:胶体称重料斗201、液体计量泵202、增压阀门203,信号处理变送通讯模块和电气控制元件组成。该设备采用失重式计量的方式将胶体称量后通过输送管道喂入同向多螺杆混合输送机,具有自动化程度高、动态精度高、密封性好的优点。
A胶体称重料斗201:料斗材质为不锈钢。采用钢架204支撑并配有称重传感器205,传感器称重范围300-800kg/h,动态精度±0.5%,传感器与信号处理变送通讯模块和电气控制元件相连接。胶体称重料斗内上下分别设有料位器并与报警器连锁;
B液体计量泵201将胶体喂入输送管道,包含齿轮泵、隔膜泵,功率4-7.5KW,喂料量由电气控制元件根据称重传感器反馈信号而调节。
C液体计量泵201与胶体称重料仓202连接处配有增压阀203,并通过胶体输送管道将液体计量泵与同向多螺杆混合输送机第二节机筒上的胶体加料口相连接。增压阀材质为不锈钢,胶体输送管道材质为不锈钢,
第三部分:所述同向多螺杆混合输送机3包括:同向多螺杆301、机筒302、传动部件303;该设备可将计量喂入的超细粉体与胶体按比例混合均匀,并输送、喂入下阶挤出机内。
A同向多螺杆301为3-7根螺杆,螺杆为深槽结构,螺杆尺寸Φ30-120mm,螺槽比1:2-1:5,螺杆数量3-7根,螺杆旋转方式为同向旋转。“一字型”水平排布,螺杆采用积木式结构并配有齿形螺纹元件;具有容腔大、截面积大的特点,有效提高了输送能力。螺杆同向旋转具有良好的自洁性和输送性,防止胶体粘连在螺槽表面和向后回流。螺杆采用积木式结构并配有齿形元件,具有良好的混合效果和输送能力。
B机筒302。机筒尺寸Φ30-120mm,长径比4:1-6:1,机筒两边端面精细研磨以提高连接配合精度,并在两机筒相连接端面镶加密封垫,防止胶体泄露。机筒由三节筒体组成,第一节机筒设有喂料开口与上阶异向多螺杆计量喂料设备相连接,连接方式为软连接防止超细粉体飘出同时减少振动对称重传感器的干扰;第二节机筒设有胶体加料口,胶料开口表面配有多孔板,用以将胶体分流并均匀滴洒在超细粉体表面;第三节机筒设有排气开口,与同向双螺杆排气设备相连接用以将水汽排出机筒,同时保持机筒内负压有利于超细粉体的喂入和防止粉尘向外飘散。
C传动部件303:螺杆采用减速电机驱动、齿轮箱传动的方式,转速由交流变频器控制并与主机PLC连锁。
第四部分:同向双螺杆排气装置4 包括排气双螺杆、排气机筒、减速电机、真空管道;排气机筒底端与排气开口相连通,开口端与真空管道相连接,排气双螺杆由减速电机驱动并在排气机筒内同向旋转将排气开口冒出的物料压回输送机的机筒中,而排出的水汽由排气双螺杆和排气机筒的间隙中逸出并由真空管道抽出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的多螺杆计量喂料及混合输送系统,其特征在于:所述异向多螺杆粉体计量喂料机包括:称重料仓、异向多螺杆喂料螺杆、喂料筒体,异向多螺杆喂料螺杆设置在喂料筒体内部,喂料筒体通过上侧的开口与称重料仓的底部相连通;称重料仓采用钢架支撑并配有称重传感器,称重料仓的底部设置为倒锥角并与喂料筒体开口截面大小相配合,称重料仓内上下分别设有料位器并与报警器连锁;异向多螺杆喂料螺杆由3-5根螺杆水平排列,由减速电机驱动并通过齿轮传动;喂料筒体为拼版搭扣结构,拼版之间加设有密封件。
