一种瘦身方便甘薯角,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
甘薯角94-104、绿茶粉10-12、西瓜汁13-18、补骨脂2-3、荷叶1-2、菊花3-5、茉莉花1-2、绞股蓝3-4、人参2-3、车前草1-2、鱼肝油1-3、陈皮粉4-6、紫菜1-2、首乌1-2、糯米粉3-4、食盐适量。
一种瘦身方便甘薯角的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述补骨脂、荷叶、菊花、茉莉花、绞股蓝、人参、车前草、紫菜、首乌混合,加6-10倍水蒸煮至沸,保持沸腾18-20分钟,过滤,浓缩,喷雾成粉;
(2)将上述甘薯与糯米粉、鱼肝油混合,搅拌均匀后置于蒸笼内,蒸至甘薯熟透,出料,将甘薯去皮,绞碎,捏成棱角状;
(3)将上述西瓜汁与上述重量3-5%的绿茶粉混合搅拌,加入混合料重量5-6%的酵母,在25-30℃下密封发酵20-25天,加入陈皮粉,继续发酵1-2天;
(4)将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合搅拌均匀,置于锅内加盖,在50-70℃下焖至水干,出料、密封包装,即得所述瘦身方便甘薯角。

(1)将上述补骨脂、荷叶、菊花、茉莉花、绞股蓝、人参、车前草、紫菜、首乌混合,加10倍水蒸煮至沸,保持沸腾20分钟,过滤,浓缩,喷雾成粉;
(2)将上述甘薯与糯米粉、鱼肝油混合,搅拌均匀后置于蒸笼内,蒸至甘薯熟透,出料,将甘薯去皮,绞碎,捏成棱角状;
(3)将上述西瓜汁与上述重量5%的绿茶粉混合搅拌,加入混合料重量6%的酵母,在30℃下密封发酵25天,加入陈皮粉,继续发酵1天;
(4)将上述处理后的各原料与剩余各原料混合搅拌均匀,置于锅内加盖,在50-70℃下焖至水干,出料、密封包装,即得所述瘦身方便甘薯角。

甘薯94-104、绿茶粉10-12、西瓜汁13-18、补骨脂2-3、荷叶1-2、菊花3-5、茉莉花1-2、绞股蓝3-4、人参2-3、车前草1-2、陈皮粉4-6、紫菜1-2、首乌1-2、糯米粉3-4、鱼肝油1-3、食盐适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的瘦身方便甘薯角的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述补骨脂、荷叶、菊花、茉莉花、绞股蓝、人参、车前草、紫菜、首乌混合,加6-10倍水蒸煮至沸,保持沸腾18-20分钟,过滤,浓缩,喷雾成粉;
