本发明公开一种玉桂茶及其生产方法,属于保健饮品。
背景技术
都市生活节奏快,工作压力大,大部分上班族常常忙到忘记照顾自己:1.没时间锻炼身体;2.经常熬夜;3.饮食经常没有规律。等等许多因素综合在一起,导致许多年轻人体质下降,出现阴虚阳衰等症状。加之都市越来越严重的雾霾天气,增加了都市人群的呼吸系统疾病的发病率。雾霾天气不仅使呼吸系统及心脏系统疾病恶化,还会影响生殖能力,影响下一代。水是生命之源,多喝水,能够促进人体排出毒素。但白开水无味,不适口。而喝茶只是流行于社交场合,现代的年轻人不热衷于饮茶。因而开发一种受年轻人热捧的保健饮品,提高体质,排除体内毒素,显得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种玉桂茶,具有预防呼吸系统疾病,提高免疫力,滋阴壮阳,强身健体等保健作用,同时公开这种保健品的生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
玉桂茶,其组成包括如下重量份数的原料:
肉桂100~300;枸杞200~400;薏苡仁100~300;罗汉果50~150;甘草50~150;红枣50~100;桃仁50~100;干姜20~60。
其生产方法是:取上述的原料进行挑选,去除杂质,各原料分别粉碎,分别过5目筛和24目筛,选取粒度为24目到5目之间的粉末,按照配方称重,混合均匀,然后在50~70℃烘干杀菌2~3小时,分装成2~3g/袋的茶袋,得到玉桂茶。
上述的肉桂,为樟科常绿乔木肉桂(学名:Chinese cinnamon)的干燥皮,气芳香、味辛辣,常用于食品调味剂。肉桂的药用功能有:补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经。暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。治命门火衰,肢冷脉微,亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注,及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。主治:用于阳痿、宫冷、心腹冷痛、虚寒吐泻、经闭、痛经、温经通脉。
上述的枸杞,又称枸杞子,为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L. 的干燥成熟果实。其味甘、性平具有补肝益肾之功效,《本草纲目》中说“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑。”中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖等方面的作用,并应用于临床。枸杞子服用方便,可入药、嚼服、泡酒。
上述的薏苡仁为禾本科植物薏苡Coix lacryma-jobi L. var. meyuan (Romen.) Stapf的干燥种仁。薏苡仁性凉,味甘、淡。功能主治:健脾渗湿,除痹止泻。用于水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻。
上述的罗汉果,为葫芦科罗汉果属植物Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle) C. Jeffrey的成熟干燥果实。罗汉果味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴的功效,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。
上述的甘草,为双子叶植物豆科甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensisFisch.的干燥根及根茎。甘草是临床最常应用的药品。生甘草能清热解毒,润肺止咳,调和诸药性;炙甘草能补脾益气,临床用量特大,出口量大。除药用之外,食品上也大量用甘草做糕点添加剂,它的甜度是蔗糖的百倍。甘草的功能主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
上述的红枣,又称大枣,为鼠李科(Rhamnaceae)枣属(Zizyphusmill)植物的成熟果实枣(Zizyphus jujuba mill),经晾、晒或烘烤干制而成,果皮红至紫红色。中国的草药书籍【本经】中记载到,红枣味甘性温、脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。现代药理研究现,红枣能使血中含氧量增强、滋养全身细胞 ,是一种药效缓和的强壮剂。
上述的桃仁,别名毛桃仁、扁桃仁、大桃仁,为蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica (L.) Batsch 或山桃 Prunus davidiana (Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子。桃仁具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。用于经闭,痛经,癓瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘等功效。
上述的干姜为姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。姜是一种极为重要的调味品,一般很少作为蔬菜单独食用。它还是一味重要的中药材,有生发作用,也是心血管系统的有益保健品。干姜味辛,性热。归脾、胃、心、肺经。主治:脘腹冷痛、呕吐、泄泻、亡阳厥逆、寒饮喘咳、寒湿痹痛。
本发明产生的积极效果是:
1.本发明的玉桂茶原料皆为药食同源中草药,长期服用而无任何毒副作用;
2.本发明的玉桂茶含有的甘草、罗汉果和桃仁,具有润肺止咳作用,能够预防呼吸系统疾病,肉桂具有补火助阳,活血通经,滋阴壮阳作用,是都市上班族健康的保健饮品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取肉桂、枸杞、薏苡仁、罗汉果、甘草、红枣、桃仁和干姜原料进行挑选,去除杂质,各原料分别粉碎,分别过5目筛和24目筛,选取粒度为24目到5目之间的粉末,按照肉桂200份、枸杞300份、薏苡仁100份、罗汉果50份、甘草150份、红枣80份、桃仁50份和干姜20份,混合均匀,然后在50~70℃烘干杀菌2~3小时,分装成2~3g/袋的茶袋,得到玉桂茶。
实施例2

本发明的玉桂茶的使用方法:取一袋茶放入杯子中,加入150~200ml 85℃以上的开水浸泡3分钟以上后饮用,气香,味甜,适口性好,具有预防呼吸系统疾病,提高免疫力,滋阴壮阳,强身健体等保健作用。适合常吹冷气、体质虚寒、手脚冰冷、宫寒、胃寒、腰凉、痛经、气色不佳等人群长期饮用。

所述的生产方法如下:将各原料进行挑选,去除杂质,各原料分别粉碎,分别过5目筛和24目筛,选取粒度为24目到5目之间的粉末,按照配方称重,混合均匀,然后在50~70℃烘干杀菌2~3小时,分装成2~3g/袋的茶袋,得到玉桂茶。
