本申请是国际申请号为PCT/JP2008/064631、国际申请日为2008年8月15日、国家申请号为200880125791.3、发明名称为“吸收性物品及其制造方法”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及吸收性物品，更具体地涉及生理用卫生巾等吸收性物品。
背景技术
目前，作为柔软地接触穿着者并且防止与穿着者接触的表面片粘附到肌肤的生理用卫生巾，公知有例如日本特表平8－504607号公报（专利文献1）。根据该专利文献1，生理用卫生巾具备形成身体侧内面的表面片、形成衣服侧外面的背面片、在这些表背面片之间形成的吸收体以及在吸收体和表面片之间形成的垫片。垫片使体液扩散并且为了柔软地与肌肤接触而变得膨松。垫片和表面片在结合部通过热熔融而粘接。结合部形成为从表面片侧朝向垫片侧的凸状，隔开大致等间隔地形成多个。通过这样地粘接垫片和表面片，能够防止表面片从垫片分离而粘附到肌肤上。
专利文献1：日本特表平8－504607号公报
发明内容
若通过热熔融将表面片与垫片粘接，则表面片在结合部熔融，存在熔融了的片的刚性变高、对穿着者的肌肤的刺激增大的问题。若表面片熔融，则有在该部分产生光泽的问题。若有光泽，则使穿着者想起片贴紧在肌肤上，可能引起闷湿、不适感的忧虑。
也考虑到不通过热熔融进行粘接而用粘接剂粘接表面片和垫片的方法。但是，由于垫片需要膨松地设置，将纤维疏散，因此粘接这些需要大量的粘接剂。根据表面片确保透液性的方面，形成多个孔，因此在使用了大量的粘接剂时，存在该粘接剂从孔露出的可能性。
本发明以提供一种维持表面片的柔软性并且不产生光泽的吸收性物品为课题。
本发明涉及以下的吸收性物品的改良，该吸收性物品具备身体侧内面、衣服侧外面、形成上述身体侧内面并具有多个孔的透液性的表面片、形成上述衣服侧外面的不透液性的背面片、在上述表背面片之间形成的吸液结构体以及在上述吸液结构体和上述表面片之间形成的垫片。
在本发明的上述吸收性物品中，通过粘接剂接合上述表面片和上述垫片，并且通过赋型处理形成从上述表面片身体侧朝向上述垫片的多个凸部，在上述表面片上不形成利用热而形成的熔融部。
作为一个优选的实施方式，上述表面片由热可塑性树脂形成，上述赋型处理在比上述热可塑性树脂的熔融温度低的温度下进行。
作为另一个优选的实施方式，上述粘接剂为感压粘接剂。
本发明涉及以下的吸收性物品的制造方法的改良，其中，吸收性物品具备身体侧内面、衣服侧外面、形成上述身体侧内面并具有多个孔的透液性的表面片、形成上述衣服侧外面的不透液性的背面片、和在上述表面片的衣服侧形成的垫片。
在本发明的吸收性物品的制造方法中，包括以下工序：在上述垫片上涂敷粘接剂的工序，在涂敷了上述粘接剂的上述垫片上层叠上述表面片的工序，对层叠的上述表面片和上述垫片进行赋型处理的工序，接合上述表面片和上述背面片的工序，其中，上述赋型处理通过穿过包含赋型辊的赋型装置而进行，上述赋型辊设定为比上述表面片的熔融温度低的温度，并且在其表面形成多个凸赋型部，上述凸赋型部从上述表面片朝向上述垫片进行压接。
用粘接剂粘接表面片和垫片，通过赋型处理形成从表面片朝向垫片的凸部，因此能够增大表面片相对于垫片的接触面积。若接触面积变大，则能够加强表面片和垫片之间的结合力。因此，不需要使用大量的粘接剂。
因为垫片在凸部的形成部分加压，因此在该部分，表面片和垫片贴紧，能够更牢固地进行接合。
能够用粘接剂牢固地接合表面片和垫片，因此不需要采用热熔融，从而不引起因热所产生的表面片的硬化。因此，能够维持表面片的柔软性，能够抑制对穿着者的肌肤的刺激。因为不采用热熔融，因此也能够防止在表面片上产生光泽。
表面片由热可塑性树脂形成，凸部的赋型处理在比该热可塑性树脂的熔融温度低的温度下进行，因此不使表面片熔融、而且能够可靠地进行凸部的赋型处理。
作为粘接剂使用感压粘接剂，因此不需要为了粘接而进行加热，能够防止因加热所引起的表面片的熔融。特别是在凸部的形成部分，对表面片和垫片加压，因此能够更牢固地将其接合。
在表面片和垫片之间涂敷粘接剂之后，进行了表面片的赋型处理，因此能够形成从表面片朝向垫片陷入的凸部。因此，能够增大表面片和垫片的接触面积，并且能够牢固地接合这些片。

表面片2为沿纵向Y延伸的矩形片，用热可塑性的薄膜形成。在表面片2形成用于确保透液性的多个孔6。孔6遍及表面片2的整个区域地形成，在厚度方向贯通表面片2。在表面片2的横向X两侧具备沿该纵向Y延伸的侧片7。表面片2的两侧部分和侧片7用未图示的粘接剂等进行接合。严格来说，身体侧内面由这些接合了的表面片2和侧片7形成。侧片7能够使用例如透液性的纤维无纺布，在横中心线Q－Q附近，向横向X延伸。
形成衣服侧外面的背面片3具有与形成身体侧内面的表面片2以及侧片7大致相同的形状，由不透液性的薄膜形成。由未图示的粘接剂等接合表面片2及侧片7和背面片3的外周，将其一体化。由沿侧片7的横向X延伸的部分7a和与其相对的背面片3的部分3a形成折翼9。折翼9，在将生理用卫生巾1安装在短裤上时，以包裹短裤的方式进行折叠，据此将生理用卫生巾1固定在短裤上。在侧片7的部分7a和背面片3的部分3a之间，具有用于确保折翼9的刚性以容易安装的加强片10。这些部分3a、7a和加强片10用未图示的粘接剂相互接合。
在表背面片2、3之间形成吸液结构体4，该吸液结构体4包含由绒毛浆和高吸收性聚合物粒子的混合物等构成的吸液性芯材11以及包裹吸液性芯材11的薄纸等吸液扩散片12。
在吸液结构体4和表面片2之间配置沿纵向Y延伸的大致矩形的垫片5。垫片5确保对穿着者的柔软性并且用于将体液引导到吸液结构体4，由透液性的纤维无纺布形成。该垫片5为了使体液透过，使用以聚丙烯为芯、以聚乙烯为鞘的纤维，以稀疏的状态结合这些纤维彼此，从而确保透液性。为了确保透液性，使用例如纤维素等亲水性的纤维，或使用在聚烯烃、聚酯等疏水性纤维中加入了亲水剂的纤维，或也能够将亲水剂涂抹在疏水性纤维上来使用。另外，垫片5的目的还为确保对穿着者的柔软性，因此通过将纤维疏散，从而使生理用卫生巾1的厚度方向的体积变大并具有弹性，进而提高了对穿着者的柔软性。
垫片5和层叠在其上的表面片2通过未图示的粘接剂接合。
表面片2通过赋型处理形成朝向垫片5侧的多个凸部13。凸部13为大致圆形，遍及整个表面片2地大致等间隔地形成。图3是图1的表面片2的放大图。凸部13的直径大约为1.2mm，将横向X的凸部13的相互之间的间隔L1设置为大约6mm的行在纵向Y排列多个。列和列之间的间隔L2大约为3mm，前列和后列在横向X错开大约3mm。即，凸部13形成间距为3mm、角度为45°的锯齿形图案。凸部13与表面片2的面积比为6.28％。
如图4所示，凸部13是用热赋型辊从表面片2侧朝向垫片5侧进行赋型处理而得到的。垫片5从垫片抽出辊14载置于未图示的运送带上，向热赋型装置15侧即向箭头A侧抽出。在被抽出的垫片5，用粘接剂涂抹装置16涂抹粘接剂17。作为粘接剂，使用7g/m2的热熔性感压粘接剂，用螺旋涂抹进行涂敷。涂敷了粘接剂的垫片5被进一步向箭头A方向运送。
在垫片5的粘接剂17的涂抹面，层叠从表面片抽出辊18抽出的表面片2，层叠的垫片5和表面片2被运送到加压辊19、20之间。用加压辊19、20加压、接合这些被运送的片2、5。向热赋型装置15运送被接合的垫片5和表面片2，并引导到热赋型辊21和砧辊22之间。在热赋型辊21的表面形成凸赋型部23，而不在砧辊22的表面形成凹凸。穿过这些辊21、22，使得凸赋型部23从表面片2侧向垫片5侧进行按压，从而在表面片2形成凸部13。在该实施方式中，在涂抹了粘接剂17之后，用加压辊19、20进行加压，但也可以将其省略而用热赋型辊21和砧辊22进行加压。此时，优选在砧辊22的表面也形成凹凸。这是因为：在热赋型辊21和砧辊22两者上都形成凹凸，通过将其啮合，能够在该啮合部用粘接剂牢固地接合，在凹凸的周围也能够牢固地接合。在砧辊22没有凹凸时，仅能够用热赋型辊21的凸赋型部23进行接合，从而表面片2和垫片5从非接合部分剥离。
热赋型辊21的赋型温度为表面片2不熔融的温度。表面片2的主要成分由低密度聚乙烯形成，因此表面片2的熔点为大致90～110℃。因此，赋型温度至少不到90℃，优选40℃以上、不到90℃。通过这样在从比熔点低大约50℃的温度到不足熔点的温度范围进行赋型处理，能够防止表面片2熔融，并且与完全不加热时相比，能够实现对表面片2进行可靠的赋型。
在已接合了垫片5的表面片2上接合侧片7从而形成身体侧表面。在这些片2、7和背面片3之间配置吸液结构体4，并且将片2、7和背面片3的外周接合，从而形成生理用卫生巾1。
图5是图3的V－V线剖面图。如图所示，已热赋型的凸部13以突入垫片5的方式形成。通过这样形成凸部13，能够增大表面片2和垫片5的接触面积，能够用未图示的粘接剂牢固地接合这些片2、5。垫片5的纤维在稀疏的状态下变膨松，因此垫片5相对于表面片2的接触面积变小，就仅用粘接剂进行的接合而言，其强度容易变弱，而通过形成凸部13，就能够牢固地接合。
作为用于接合表面片2和垫片5的粘接剂，使用感压性的粘接剂，通过层叠表面片2和垫片5并用辊进行加压，从而形成凸部13，因此能够更牢固地接合。通过增大接触面积以及加压能够牢固地接合，因此能够减少粘接剂的量。若粘接剂的量减少，则也能够相应地降低成本，还能够防止由于粘接剂而导致片的刚性变高的问题。
凸部13在比熔融温度低的温度下进行赋型，因此表面片2不融解。因此，能够防止因融解而使片的刚性变高，能够防止对穿着者的柔软性降低。另外，也没有因融解而在片上产生光泽的问题，因此穿着者能够不想起因光泽所产生的不适感地进行使用。
在接近熔融温度或在此以上的温度熔融凸部13时，不只是凸部13，直到其周边都融解了。这样在大范围内融解时，不只是高刚性部分以及光泽部分变大，还有弄坏表面片2的孔6的可能性。若弄坏了孔6，则损坏了表面片2的透液性。但是，在本发明中，表面片2不融解，因此能够不弄坏孔6地维持表面片2的透液性。
凸部13通过机械压力进行赋型，因此能够提高通过粘接剂的、表面片2和垫片5之间的贴紧性，并牢固地接合。在将氧化钛、硫酸钡等消光剂添加到表面片2中时，能够更进一步发挥其效果。即，这是因为：在凸部13，片延长，因此添加的消光剂也露出于表面片2的表面。另外，通过氧化钛等露出于表面，在片2上形成孔，能够产生提高通气性的效果。
在本实施方式中，将凸部13的赋型温度设置为40～90℃，根据表面片2的构成成分能够适当地改变该温度。另外，也能够根据与赋型处理的时间之间的关系来改变温度。例如，在温度比较高时，能够使赋型时间变短，能够使生产率提高。在这样以较高的温度进行了赋型时，为了维持其形状必须冷却赋型部分，但是在较低的温度下进行了赋型时，就能够省略冷却。
在形成凸部13的垫片5的部分，其密度变高，较之其他的部分，吸液性增加。因此，表面片2上的体液被凸部13积极地引导到吸液结构体4，能够防止体液残留在表面片2。
在本实施方式中，凸部13为圆形，但是并不局限于此，例如，也可以形成为正方形、长方形、菱形等，也可以不规则地排列它们。凸部13的面积优选为0.1～20mm2。这是因为：其面积不到0.1mm2，赋型就可能有困难，另外，作为赋型部分的凸部13就有变得不显眼的可能性。这是因为：凸部13除了使表面片2和垫片5牢固地结合之外，还能够发挥外观上的效果。在其面积大于20mm2时，有凸部13的外周与肌肤接触从而产生刺激的可能性。
凸部13与表面片2的面积比为6.28％，优选处于0.3～50％的范围。这是因为：不到0.3％，凸部就变得不显眼，超过50％，凸部13的外周就变大，从而产生刺激肌肤的可能性。
凸部13的间隔为3mm，优选3～15mm的范围。这是因为：不到3mm，在进行热赋型时，存在难于从热赋型辊21剥离表面片2的可能性。

Claims (4)

1.一种吸收性物品，具备身体侧内面、衣服侧外面、形成上述身体侧内面并具有多个孔的透液性的表面片、形成上述衣服侧外面的不透液性的背面片、在上述表背面片之间形成的吸液结构体以及在上述吸液结构体和上述表面片之间形成的垫片，其特征在于，
通过粘接剂在加压下接合上述表面片和上述垫片，并且，上述表面片的一部分为平坦的部分，通过赋型处理在上述表面片的上述平坦的部分以外的部分形成从上述表面片的身体侧朝向上述垫片的多个凸部，上述表面片和上述垫片在上述凸部的形成部分被加压而将上述表面片和上述垫片紧密接合起来，在上述表面片上不形成利用热而形成的熔融部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，上述表面片由热可塑性树脂形成，上述赋型处理在比上述热可塑性树脂的熔融温度低的温度下进行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，上述粘接剂为感压粘接剂。
4.一种吸收性物品的制造方法，其中，吸收性物品具备身体侧内面、衣服侧外面、形成上述身体侧内面并具有多个孔的透液性的表面片、形成上述衣服侧外面的不透液性的背面片和在上述表面片的衣服侧形成的垫片，其特征在于，
上述吸收性物品的制造方法包括以下工序：
在上述垫片上涂敷粘接剂的工序，
在涂敷了上述粘接剂的上述垫片上层叠上述表面片的工序，
上述垫片和上述表面片被运送到加压辊之间并在加压下通过粘接剂接合上述垫片和上述表面片的工序，
对层叠的上述表面片和上述垫片进行赋型处理的工序，
接合上述表面片和上述背面片的工序，
其中，上述赋型处理通过穿过包含赋型辊的赋型装置而进行，上述赋型辊设定为比上述表面片的熔融温度低的温度，并且在其表面形成多个凸赋型部，该表面的上述多个凸赋型部以外的部分为平坦的赋型部，上述凸赋型部从上述表面片朝向上述垫片进行压接，上述表面片和上述垫片在上述凸赋型部的形成部分被加压而将上述表面片和上述垫片紧密接合起来。
