Description

家具的边缘嵌条
本发明涉及家具的边缘嵌条,其包括熔体层。
由EP 1 163 864已知一种家具板材及其制造方法。在该文献中描述了普通的边缘嵌条,其中熔体层可以经由激光技术与木材熔接。
对于将边缘嵌条固定在家具上,在有些材料方面很难实现在家具上的可靠保持。
本发明的目的在于,提供用于家具的边缘嵌条,其不取决于家具的材料,可以在家具的至少一个边缘上视觉上无分界缝地且无需粘合剂地固定。
为了实现这个目的,本发明提供了根据权利要求1的用于家具的边缘嵌条,该家具嵌条包含熔体层和与熔体层结合的结构层,其中所述熔体层在分子结构中既包含极性的也包含非极性部分,从而可以通过例如光和/或辐射来引入能量使所述边缘嵌条与由各种材料制成的家具结合。由此,所述熔体层可以通过熔化而以物质融合方式(stoffschlüssig)直接结合在极性和非极性的材料上。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层的材料是共聚物,优选接枝共聚物,更优选马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯。这种方式的优点是,可以有针对性地调节材料组成,特别是在分子结构中极性基团的部分并由此调节材料特性。
例如以如下方式实现机械粘附:使所述熔体层渗入到家具的胞状结构(Zellstruktur)中,将其夹紧并硬化。特殊的粘附通过各种作用来实现:在分子结构中具有极性以及非极性部分的熔体层显示出对例如木料的材料的良好亲和性,从而使得向内扩散更容易。例如包含在木材中的含有OH基团的纤维素显示出非常强的双极特征,并且因此显示出与极性物质的粘附性。
根据本发明的边缘嵌条的优选具体实施方案在从属权利要求中请求保护。
本发明的一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案的边缘嵌条,其中所述边缘嵌条具有与熔体层结合的结构层。这种方式的优点在于,无论熔体层的功能如何,所述边缘嵌条的结构层赋予本来的结构,其中所述熔体层和结构层可以分别按功能布置。
可能有利的是,如果所述熔体层具有极性和/或非极性的反应性分子基团,从而可以实现粘附和/或共价和/或离子的结合。如果所述熔体层的聚合物具有非常好的流动性,在根据本发明的边缘嵌条的粘接方面达到最好的结果。
这类极性和/或非极性反应性基团可以例如通过相应的共聚反应和/或接枝和/或后续的表面处理(火焰处理、电晕方法或等离子体方法)简单地导入到熔体层的分子结构中。所述反应性基团额外地可以在熔体层和家具中各个结合对象(Verbindungspartner)之间构成化学键合,并且由此得到特别高的结合强度。
可以证实非常有用的是,如果所述熔体层具有基于羧酸或者其酯或盐的分子基团,特别是丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯;环氧化物、异氰酸酯、酚醛树脂、硅烷、钛酸盐、醇、酰胺、酰亚胺、铵化合物或磺酸或者它们的酯或盐等。
所述熔体层优选包含一种或更多种选自这些基团或由它们组成的混合物的分子基团。
然而,在本发明的范围内还使用所谓的嵌段异氰酸酯等,其在限定的活化温度下才达到其反应性。
本发明的另一个优选实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层由热塑性聚合物,优选聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚乙烯、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和聚酰胺等制成。这种方式的优点是,可以廉价地提供所述材料并且可以良好地加工。
本发明的另一个优选实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层基于热塑性聚合物,优选聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚乙烯、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和聚酰胺等。这种方式的优点是,可以廉价地提供所述材料以及可以良好地加工,且还可以简单地化学改性。
在另一个优选的具体实施方式中,所述熔体层被构造成热塑性功能层,这首次使得将根据前述具体实施方式的边缘嵌条不用粘合剂且无可见接缝地固定在家具的窄边上。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层基于用于制造结构层的材料。这种方式的优点是,在边缘嵌条的层之间产生特别牢固的结合。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的轮廓嵌条(Profilleiste),其中所述熔体层由混合物(Blend)构成,所述混合物由至少一种前述热塑性聚合物构成,至少由具有前述极性和/或反应性分子基团的另一种聚合物和添加剂构成。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层和熔体层以物质融合方式结合。这种方式的优点是,所述边缘嵌条的层特别牢固地结合。
本发明的另一个优选的具体实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层与熔体层是共挤出的。这种方式的优点是,边缘嵌条的成型特别简单。
本发明的另一个优选的具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层的材料的熔点低于所述结构层的材料的熔点。这种方式的优点是,在将边缘嵌条加热至高于熔体层的熔点,但低于结构层的熔点的温度时,只有熔体层熔化且达到粘滞性或者粘塑性状态,而结构层保持固体状态不变。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层包含能量吸收添加物,优选光和/或辐射吸收添加物,例如激光颜料。这种方式的优点是,所述熔体层可以有针对性地加载能量并且可以加热至高于熔点。所述能量吸收添加物优选包含于熔体层特定的熔化区段中,其有针对性地熔化,其中所述熔化区段可以以任意模式布置,例如以沿着边缘嵌条的纵向边缘的平行线的形式。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层构成边缘嵌条的表层,其限定边缘嵌条的表面或可见面。这种方式的优点是,即使在熔体层熔化并熔接在家具,例如木材板(刨花板、MDF板)上之后,边缘嵌条的外观形状仍然保持不变。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述边缘嵌条的表面具有装饰物。这种方式的优点是,尽管结构构造基本相同,所述边缘嵌条可以具有不同的装饰,例如与家具的存放面协调的装饰。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层构成边缘嵌条的底层,其限定了边缘嵌条的底面或接触面这种方式的优点是,熔体层可以与家具例如木材板(刨花板、MDF板)的待覆盖端面直接熔接。
在本发明的另一个有利的形式中,所述熔体层包含添加物,例如色素、颜料等,它们使得熔体层和覆盖层之间,以及与家具的表面达到颜色上的协调一致。这样可以避免由现有技术已知的、视觉上可见的在家具的边缘与覆盖层之间的分界缝。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述结构层具有0.8至1.6mm,优选1.0至5.0mm的厚度。这种方式的优点是,赋予边缘嵌条的结构层足够刚性的结构。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条,其中所述熔体层具有0.1至0.5mm,优选0.2至0.5mm的厚度。这种方式的优点是,只需将熔体层做成要求的厚度,从而实现结合到家具上。由此节省了与结构层材料相比更昂贵的熔体层材料。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及具有根据前述实施方案中任一个的边缘嵌条的家具,其中所述熔体层至少分区段地与家具的边缘以物质融合方式结合和/或化学地结合。这种方式的优点是,所述熔体层以物质融合方式和/或化学地且任选形状融合地(formschlüssig)与家具结合。通过部分熔接,由此熔体层只是分区段地与家具的边缘熔接,使得所述边缘完全被边缘嵌条覆盖,只在选定的位置对熔体层加载能量,从而节省了时间和能量。“化学结合”表示由于在熔体层中所包含的反应性分子基团与相应的结合对象或家具的边缘之间的化学反应而形成的化学键合。熔体层中所包含的反应性分子基团和结合对象在此不受限制,只要它们能够互相生成化学键合。熔体层中的分子基团与家具中的各个结合对象之间的化学键合导致特别高的结合强度。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案的家具,其中所述边缘嵌条的底面全面地与家具的边缘以物质融合方式结合和/或化学地结合。这种方式的优点是,所述熔体层可靠且耐久地与家具结合。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述具体实施方案中任一个的家具,其中所述家具的材料选自木材、木材替代材料、金属、玻璃、塑料、石材、陶瓷或它们的组合。这种方式的优点是,对于家具材料的选择有尽可能大的自由度。木料包含例如约40%的纤维素,约25%的全纤维素和约30%的木质素。纤维素是线性链分子(直至8μm长)且特别负责木料的抗拉强度。全纤维素由不同的糖构造成,链基本上更短并且具有侧基和支化。全纤维素通过共价键与细胞壁上的木质素结合。特别是纤维素具有多个OH基团,它对木料的内部粘结是必需的,但是也可用于熔体层的外部粘接。这种OH基团特别适用于与熔体中包含的反应性分子基团构成化学键合。
基本上来说,所有在与例如家具的边缘接触的表面上具有相应的反应性基团的材料都适于化学键合。如果期望在边缘嵌条与家具材料之间有化学键合,并且材料自身不具有或具有不充分的化学反应性结合对象,任选地可以首先对材料进行表面改性。
本发明的另一个优选具体实施方案涉及根据前述实施方案中任一个的家具,其中所述结构层的材料选自木材、木材替代材料、金属、玻璃、塑料、石材、陶瓷或它们的组合。这种方式的优点是,对于结构层的材料选择有尽可能大的自由度。

用于家具4的根据本发明的边缘嵌条1包含熔体层3,其在分子结构中既包含极性也包含非极性的部分。为此,熔体层3由化学改性的材料制成,从而其在分子结构中既包含极性也包含非极性的部分。由此,熔体层3可以通过熔化而以物质融合方式直接粘接在极性或非极性的材料上。在最简单的变化方案中,边缘嵌条1仅仅包含熔体层3,也就是说边缘嵌条1是由化学改性的材料制成的,其在分子结构中既包含极性也包含非极性的部分。
用于家具4的优选边缘嵌条1包含结构层2和由化学改性的材料构成的熔体层3,其在分子结构中既包含极性也包含非极性的部分。在结构层2和熔体层3之间可以不设置中间层、设置一个或更多个中间层,使得结构层2与熔体层3至少间接,优选直接结合。如果熔体层3具有足够的厚度,从而赋予边缘嵌条1必要的刚性,则可以省去结构层2。因为熔体层3的化学改性材料一般比结构层2的材料更昂贵,优选具有结构层2的变化方案。

在本发明的意义中,结构层2是指给边缘嵌条1赋予其基本结构的层。结构层2的材料可以选自任意材料,例如选自木材、木材替代材料、金属、玻璃、塑料、石材、陶瓷或它们的组合。
在一个优选的实施例中,结构层2由热塑性聚合物制成,优选聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等。
结构层2在所述的实施例中同时构成边缘嵌条1的表层2,其限定了边缘嵌条1的表面或者可见面20。作为选择,在结构层2上布置一个或更多个层,例如装饰层或具有装饰性表面的装饰薄膜。结构层2具有0.8mm至5.0mm,优选1.0mm至3.0mm的厚度。
在本说明书范围内,熔体层3是指由可熔化的材料构成的层,所述材料优选在温度升高超过熔点时软化并且进入粘滞性或者粘塑性状态,并在冷却时再次硬化。
这样将熔体层3的材料化学改性,使得其包含极性和/或非极性和/或反应性分子基团。因此,熔体层3的材料也被称为相转换体(Phasenvermittler)。通过熔化,熔体层3的材料可以以物质融合方式直接粘接在极性和非极性的材料上。熔体层3优选基于与结构层2相同的材料,也就是基于非极性材料,优选塑料,更优选聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等,但经过化学改性。熔体层3的材料特别是共聚物,优选接枝共聚物,优选利用马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯。熔体层3的材料在分子结构中包含直至4%的极性和/或反应性基团,优选在0.5和2%之间,优选1%。熔体层3具有0.1mm至1.5mm,优选0.2mm至0.5mm的厚度。所述熔体层优选包含一个或多个分子基团,所述分子基团基于羧酸或者其酯或盐,特别是丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯;具有环氧化物、异氰酸酯、酚醛树脂、硅烷、钛酸盐、醇、酰胺、酰亚胺、铵化合物或磺酸或者它们的酯或盐等。
结构层2和熔体层3优选以物质融合方式结合,优选共挤出。熔体层3的材料的熔点优选低于所述结构层2的材料的熔点。如果将边缘嵌条1加热至事先给定的温度,所述温度高于熔体层3的材料的熔点,但是低于结构层2的熔点,由此期望的是,只有熔体层3软化或者熔化。
图3示出具有根据本发明的边缘嵌条1的家具4的示意图和透视图,其中直接结合,或者使边缘嵌条1的熔体层3以物质融合方式与家具4的边缘40结合。
家具4包括由任意材料构成的板(例如桌板、厨房工作板等),所述材料选自任意的材料,例如选自木材、木材替代材料、金属、玻璃、塑料、石材、陶瓷或它们的组合。
在这个实施例中,家具4是由木材构成的板,特别是刨花板或MDF板。家具4包含边缘界限41限定和包围的边缘40,表面或存放面42和底面(未显示)。
在根据图3的实施例中,边缘嵌条1包括具有可见面20限定的结构层2和接触面30限定的熔体层3的优选构造,并且具有弹性结构。
结构层2的材料是聚丙烯。熔体层3的材料是马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯。边缘嵌条1基本上用传统的方法安装(anfahren)到家具4的待覆盖边缘40上,其中熔体层3的接触面30在将边缘嵌条1安装到边缘40上之前直接通过能量加载手段6加载能量。通过加载能量加热熔体层3。
能量以任意形式,优选激光、热空气、微波、超声波等形式导入,其中包含在熔体层3中的能量吸收剂(例如激光颜料)优选吸收通过能量加载手段6导入的能量并且将熔体层3加热至高于熔点。在此过程中,不要求熔体层3完全熔化,而是熔体层3只在接触面30上软化,使得熔体层3至少分区段地进入粘滞性或粘塑性状态,在将边缘嵌条1压到家具4的边缘40上时,机械地嵌入到家具4的边缘40的优选粗糙的表面结构中。通过边缘嵌条1的经调节的化学特性,熔体层3另外以物质融合方式与构件4的边缘40结合。
通过能量加载手段6优选将如此多的能量导入到具有反应性分子基团的熔体层3中,使得超过活化能量,以便引发化学反应并实现熔体层3与各个结合对象(在此是家具4)之间的化学键合。为了引起熔体层3与家具4的边缘40之间的化学反应,为了使熔体层3与家具4的边缘40化学结合,对熔体层3的能量加载选择性地同时进行,或者独立于对熔体层3加载用于熔化熔体层3的能量地进行。
为了实现熔体层3与各个结合对象,在此是家具4之间的化学结合,活化能量尤其受到下列参数的影响:
温度
辐射(激光、UV光)
挤压力
接缝(Fügespalt)
层厚度
硬化时间
环境空气(湿度、氧含量)
基材表面
预处理
对于由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯(PP-MAH)构成的熔体层3,将熔体层3加热至例如高于+135℃的温度。这个温度通常足够高,使得地实现马来酸酐(MAH)与木料的OH基团反应,以便实现化学结合。
边缘嵌条1通常被制成尺寸过大的并这样安装到家具4的边缘40上,使得边缘嵌条1的两侧在粘接状态下在虚线21与边缘嵌条1的边界之间产生超出区域。这种材料超出在切削加工过程中进行处理,使得边缘嵌条1的长边侧的边缘与存放面42以及家具4的底面(未显示)齐平地分布。
如果边缘嵌条1的接触侧30至少分区段地与家具4的边缘40以物质融合方式和/或化学地结合或者熔接,就已经足够了。在此过程中,熔接模式可以是点状、线状或棋盘状的,其例如可以通过有针对性地对熔体层3加载能量吸收性添加物来实现。然而,优选熔体层3与家具4的边缘40整个面地结合或熔接。这特别适用于家具4的折角区域,在此将边缘嵌条1例如在折角之上临近地布置,以避免边缘嵌条1从家具4的折角区域脱落。
图2示出根据本发明的边缘嵌条1和家具4的结合状态。在此描述的是,如何首先将熔化和随后硬化的熔体层3的材料嵌入到家具4的边缘40上的粗糙或多孔或微孔的表面结构上,从而将熔体层3以物质融合方式-并且在家具4的表面结构允许的情况下-还与家具4形状融合地结合。
下面在给出各种材料的条件下列出根据本发明的边缘嵌条1的特别优选方案:

结构层:聚丙烯(PP);
熔体层:PP-马来酸酐
变化方案2(ABS-边缘)
结构层:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物(ABS);
熔体层:乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯-马来酸酐、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯(热塑性)、ABS-马来酸酐或苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物-马来酸酐、粘附改性的共聚酰胺;
变化方案3(PVC-边缘)
结构层:聚氯乙烯(PVC);
熔体层:PVC-乙烯基醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或PVC-聚丙烯酸酯、粘附改性的共聚酰胺;ABS-马来酸酐
变化方案4(PMMA/PET-边缘)
结构层:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET);
熔体层:乙烯丙烯酸丁酯、乙烯甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、环氧化的丙烯酸酯、聚酯(马来酸酐接枝的)

结构层和熔体层:PP-马来酸酐接枝。

Claims (15)

1.用于家具的边缘嵌条(1),其中,所述家具的材料选自木材或木材替代材料所组成的组中,所述边缘嵌条(1)包含熔体层(3)和与熔体层(3)结合的由塑料制成的结构层(2),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)的材料由化学改性的材料制成,从而其在分子结构中既包含极性的也包含非极性的部分,其中所述熔体层(3)的材料是接枝共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1的边缘嵌条(1),其中所述接枝共聚物是马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1或2的边缘嵌条(1),其中所述结构层(2)的塑料是聚丙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚产物、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)包含吸收能量的添加物。
5.根据权利要求4的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)包含吸收光和/或辐射的添加物。
6.根据权利要求1或2的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述结构层(2)与熔体层(3)以物质融合方式结合。
7.根据权利要求1的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述结构层(2)与熔体层(3)共挤出。
8.根据权利要求1或2的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)的材料的熔点低于所述结构层(2)的材料的熔点。
9.根据权利要求1或2的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)包含激光颜料。
10.根据权利要求1的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述结构层(2)构成边缘嵌条(1)的表层,其限定了边缘嵌条(1)的表面或者可见面(20)。
11.根据权利要求1的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)构成边缘嵌条(1)的底层,其限定了边缘嵌条(1)的底面或者接触面(30)。
12.根据权利要求1的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)具有0.1至1.5mm的厚度。
13.根据权利要求12的边缘嵌条(1),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)具有0.2至0.5mm的厚度。
14.具有根据权利要求1-13中任一项的边缘嵌条(1)的家具(4),其特征在于,所述熔体层(3)至少分段地与所述家具(4)的边缘(40)以物质融合方式结合。
15.根据权利要求14的家具(4),其特征在于,所述边缘嵌条(1)的底面(30)整个面与所述家具(4)的边缘(40)以物质融合方式结合。
