本发明涉及一种味道好且口感佳的调味料,尤其涉及一种清热生津补肝肾温脾胃的调味料。该调味料不仅能满足人们的食用需求,其中的中药成分还可以起到清热生津补肝肾温脾胃增进健康的作用。
背景技术
调味料是指被用来少量加入其他食物中来改善味道的食品成分。传统的调味料大多成份单一,使用时多是根据烹调者的经验和口味加入,操作起来不好控制。为了解决这一问题,特别是随着人民生活水平的不断提高,各种调味料的新品种层出不穷,方便化、高档化、营养化、复合化成为当前调味料发展的新趋向。目前市场上最常见的调味料主要用于调节食物的味道,去除食物的腥味、异味、苦味等,对于改善食物的色香味具有很好的效果。但是没有显著的药用和保健功效。
烤肉粉是一种食品添加剂,可以加在锅巴、干馍片等小食品上,或撒在烤肉、肉串上,就增加烤肉味。
西洋参具有滋阴补气,宁神益智及清热生津,降火消暑的双重功效。归心,脾,肾经;具有温肾固精缩尿,温脾开胃摄痰的功效。
黑芝麻药食两用,具有“补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥”等功效,被视为滋补圣品。黑芝麻具有保健功效,一方面是因为含有优质蛋白质和丰富的矿物质,另一方面是因为含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E和珍贵的芝麻素及黑色素。黑芝麻具有补肝肾、润五脏、益气力、长肌肉、填脑髓的作用性味归经:甘,平;归肝、肾、大肠经。功能主治:补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。
益智仁的中药性味:味辛,性温;归脾,肾经。主治:脾胃虚寒;呕吐;泄泻;腹中冷育;口多唾涎;肾虚遗尿;尿频;遗精;白浊,多唾液等症。
人们因为饮食不节、寒暑不调和先天禀赋不足等原因,就会生这样或那样的病。

本发明,所述脱水鲜肉粉选自脱水猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉之一。
本发明,所述食盐为粗食盐。
本发明,所述味精为80目粗粒味精。

脱水鲜肉粉5,
益智仁粉3,
膨化米粉16,

2)再加入
食盐35-38,

呈味核苷酸二钠0.5,混合均匀。

2)再加入

呈味核苷酸二钠0.5kg,混合均匀。即得100kg调味料,以20克为单位,进行小包装得5000小包,50小包进行大包装100大包。

除食盐和味精取用粗颗粒外,其余成份和步骤分别与实施例一、二、三同。
这样制得的调味料,可以作为烤肉粉,加在锅巴、干馍片等小食品上,或撒在烤肉、肉串上,就增加烤肉味。
