本发明涉及一种味道好且口感佳的调味料,尤其涉及一种除寒止头疼和开胃的调味料。该调味料不仅能满足人们的食用需求,其中的中药成分还可以起到除寒湿疏肝暖胃增进健康的作用。本发明采用以下技术方案:除寒湿疏肝暖胃的调味料,是由以下重量百分比的成分制备得到,食盐35-38,味精12-18,呈味核苷酸二钠0.5,白胡椒粉0.1,细颗粒白砂糖13,脱水鲜肉粉5,白芷粉3,膨化米粉16,姜粉0.2,蒜粉0.2,水解植物蛋白粉4,桂皮粉5,木瓜粉3。本发明的有益效果是:在具有咸味、鲜味和辛辣等基本味的基础上,还可以为食用者除寒止头疼和开胃,也就是说,既可以调味也可以保健。

本发明涉及一种味道好且口感佳的调味料,尤其涉及一种除寒止头疼和开胃的调味料。该调味料不仅能满足人们的食用需求,其中的中药成分还可以起到除寒止头疼和开胃增进健康的作用。
背景技术
调味料是指被用来少量加入其他食物中来改善味道的食品成分。传统的调味料大多成份单一,使用时多是根据烹调者的经验和口味加入,操作起来不好控制。为了解决这一问题,特别是随着人民生活水平的不断提高,各种调味料的新品种层出不穷,方便化、高档化、营养化、复合化成为当前调味料发展的新趋向。目前市场上最常见的调味料主要用于调节食物的味道,去除食物的腥味、异味、苦味等,对于改善食物的色香味具有很好的效果。但是没有显著的药用和保健功效。
烤肉粉是一种食品添加剂,可以加在锅巴、干馍片等小食品上,或撒在烤肉、肉串上,就增加烤肉味。
木瓜粉,英文名Papaya Powder,是采用广西特产热带水果——番木瓜果实精制加工而成。番木瓜简称木瓜,别名万寿果或乳瓜,果实富含木瓜酵素、木瓜蛋白酶、凝乳蛋白酶、胡萝卜素、蛋白质、果糖、铁、钙、磷、维生素C等多种营养元素及17种以上的氨基酸,可以助消化、增食欲和开胃口,是一种营养丰富的“果之珍品”,也是哺乳期妇女催乳增乳的传统食品。
桂皮又名肉桂,即桂树之皮。中药属性:性大热,燥火。其功用:益肝,通经,行血,祛寒,除湿。
白芷的中药属性:性温。其功用:祛寒除湿,消肿排脓,清头目。
人们因为饮食不节、寒暑不调和先天禀赋不足等原因,就会生这样或那样的病。
我们的老祖先,一直主张“药食同源”。鉴于此,申请人提出下述调味料。

本发明要解决的问题是提供一种不仅能满足人们的食用口味需求,其中的中药成分还可以起到增进健康作用的除寒止头疼和开胃的调味料。

本发明,所述脱水鲜肉粉选自脱水猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉之一。
本发明,所述食盐为粗食盐。
本发明,所述味精为80目粗粒味精。

细颗粒白砂糖13,
脱水鲜肉粉5,
白芷粉3,
膨化米粉16,
姜粉0.2,
蒜粉0.2,
水解植物蛋白粉4,
桂皮粉5,
木瓜粉3,混合均匀;
2)再加入
食盐35-38,
味精12-18,
呈味核苷酸二钠0.5,混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:在具有咸味、鲜味和辛辣等基本味的基础上,还可以为食用者除寒止头疼和开胃,也就是说,既可以调味也可以保健。

细颗粒白砂糖13kg,
脱水鲜猪肉粉5kg,
白芷粉3kg,
膨化米粉16kg,
姜粉0.2kg,
蒜粉0.2kg,
水解植物蛋白粉4kg,
桂皮粉5kg,
木瓜粉3kg,混合均匀;
2)再加入
食盐35kg,
味精15kg,
呈味核苷酸二钠0.5kg,混合均匀。即得100kg调味料,以20克为单位,进行小包装得5000小包,50小包进行大包装100大包。

脱水鲜牛肉粉5kg外其余成份和步骤分与实施例一相同。

脱水鲜鸡肉粉5kg外其余成份和步骤分与实施例一相同。

除食盐和味精取用粗颗粒外,其余成份和步骤分别与实施例一、二、三同。
这样制得的调味料,可以作为烤肉粉,加在锅巴、干馍片等小食品上,或撒在烤肉、肉串上,就增加烤肉味。

2.权利要求1的除寒止头疼和开胃的调味料,其特征在于,所述脱水鲜肉粉选自脱水猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉之一。
