Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于玻璃板回火炉的传送器,包括:辊子传送器和倾斜的气垫传送器、以及位于气垫传送器的下边缘处的支承和输送辊子。
背景技术
从专利公开文献US3,223,499中已知该类型的传送器。其中,辊子传送器设置成在其整个延伸范围上都与气垫传送器具有相同的倾斜角。这使得玻璃板能够不受阻碍地从辊子传送器传送到气垫传送器上。由于用于连续炉的辊子传送器具有特别大的长度,因此,即使是些微的倾斜角也会导致玻璃板漂移到辊子传送器的下边缘。为了避免此类情况,并且为了将玻璃板的边缘引导成搁置在气垫传送器的支承和输送辊子上,辊子传送器的辊子装配有导向裙缘,这些导向裙缘与支承和输送辊子对齐。但是,这些导向裙缘会由于摩擦而损坏玻璃的边缘。某些摩擦是由于以下原因而发生的,即,由于被玻璃的下边缘部分地倚靠的导向裙缘的内表面具有略微不同于玻璃板移动速度的周向速度。速度的差别是由于辊子与裙缘之间的直径的差别导致的。玻璃的移动速度是由辊子的与直径相关的周向速度确定的,而导向裙缘的内表面的周向速度略大一些。此外,装配有导向裙缘的辊子是昂贵的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于玻璃板回火炉的改进的传送器,其中基本上消除或减少了上述不足。本发明的第二目的是提供一种也可应用于现存的装配有水平辊子传送器的炉子中的传送器。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出了玻璃板回火炉1,包括多个相继布置的区段,玻璃板在从左向右行进时逐渐地被加热。上游的炉子区段包括存在于水平面上的辊子传送器2(下文称作水平面传送器),其中,这些上游的炉子区段中的多个炉子区段可以相继设置。相应地,水平面传送器2具有位于水平位置上的辊子12。水平面传送器下游是适配器传送器3,该适配器传送器是另一辊子传送器。在适配器传送器3后面的是倾斜的气垫传送器4,该气垫传送器的下边缘设有支承和输送辊子5。气垫传送器4必须略微倾斜(例如1.5度),从而使玻璃板不会不受控制地漂移,而是充分地倚靠在支承和输送辊子5上,这些支承和输送辊子5以希望的速度向前输运玻璃板。气垫传送器的结构构件是先前已知的,不必在本文中做进一步解释说明。
适配器传送器3的任务是将玻璃板从水平面传送器2传输到倾斜的气垫传送器4上。因此,适配器传送器3的特征在于,具有水平面的上游端部3a和倾斜的下游端部3b。下游端部3b具有基本上与气垫传送器4相匹配的倾斜角。从上游端部3a朝向下游端部3b,适配器传送器3的辊子13的倾斜度逐步增加。存在多种选择来实现这种倾斜度的增加。适配器传送器3可以使其辊子13的倾斜度在向下方向上增加,如图2-4所示。或者,辊子13可以具有在向上方向上增加的倾斜度,如图5-7所示。在前一种情况下,水平面传送器2的传输面与气垫传送器4的上边缘平齐。在后一种情况下,水平面传送器2的传输面与气垫传送器4的下边缘平齐。在第三种选择中,适配器传送器3的辊子13的倾斜度以这样的方式增加,即,使辊子的中间区段保持在相同的水平线上,从而使辊子具有逐步升高的第一端部和逐步降低的相对端部。在该情况下,水平面传送器2的传输面与气垫传送器4的中间区段处于相同高度上。当比较传送器2和4之间的高度差时,必须考虑到,气垫传送器4上的玻璃板是略微抬离传送器4的表面的。
适配器传送器3的长度不超过水平面传送器2的长度的50%、优选不超过1/3。适配器传送器3的倾斜的辊子优选地还设置有导向裙缘6,这些导向裙缘与气垫传送器的支承和输送辊子5对准。因此,构成上述问题的缘由的这些导向裙缘仅仅沿着辊子传送器2、3的一小部分长度存在。导向裙缘6可以替换成存在于适配器传送器3的辊子上的支承和导向轮,这些支承和导向轮的转动轴线与辊子13垂直。这些支承和导向轮基本上类似于气垫传送器4的支承和输送辊子5。它们的轴延伸穿过辊子之间的间隙,并且并不是在每个辊子间空间中都需要它们。这种支承和导向轮可以自由地转动或者可以被驱动,并且与气垫传送器的支承和输送辊子5对齐。
因此,适配器传送器3构成辊子传送器2的一部分,即,传送器2和3包含在相同的回火炉中,即,这两个传送器的区域具有基本相同的温度。

Claims (7)

1.用于玻璃板回火炉的传送器,包括辊子传送器(2,3)和倾斜的气垫传送器(4)、以及位于所述气垫传送器(4)的下边缘处的支承和输送辊子(5),其特征在于,所述辊子传送器包括水平面传送器(2)和位于所述水平面传送器与所述气垫传送器之间的适配器传送器(3),所述适配器传送器(3)具有水平面的上游端部(3a)和倾斜的下游端部(3b),所述下游端部(3b)的倾斜角基本上匹配于所述气垫传送器(4)的倾斜角,并且从所述上游端部(3a)朝向所述下游端部(3b),所述适配器传送器(3)的辊子(13)的倾斜度逐步增加。
2.如权利要求1所述的传送器,其特征在于,所述适配器传送器(3)的长度不超过所述水平面传送器(2)的长度的50%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的传送器,其特征在于,所述适配器传送器(3)的辊子(13)的倾斜度在向下方向上增加。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的传送器,其特征在于,所述倾斜的辊子(13)设有导向裙缘(6),这些导向裙缘与所述气垫传送器的支承和输送辊子(5)对齐。
5.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的传送器,其特征在于,在所述适配器传送器的倾斜的辊子(13)的顶部设有支承和导向轮,这些支承和导向轮的转动轴线基本上垂直于所述辊子(13),并且这些支承和导向轮与所述气垫传送器的支承和输送辊子(5)对齐。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的传送器,其特征在于,所述适配器传送器(3)的辊子的倾斜度在向上方向上增加。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的传送器,其特征在于,所述适配器传送器(3)的辊子的倾斜度以如下方式增加,即,使所述辊子的中间区段保持在相同的水平线上,也即是说,在传送方向上,所述辊子(13)的第一端部上升、而其相对端部下降。
