Abstract

本发明涉及一种挤出机,包括料斗以及挤压模具,在所述料斗内设置挤出螺杆,所述挤压模具设置于所述料斗的一端,并通过出料管路相连接;其中,所述挤压模具包括外模具、模芯和模具面板,所述外模具设置有锥形凹槽,所述模芯设置于所述锥形凹槽内,所述模具面板固定于所述外模具和模芯外侧,使所述外模具和模芯成为一整体,在所述模芯的外表面分布有众多通道,用于挤出物的通过,在所述模具面板上还设置有模具孔,所述模具孔与所述通道相对应。本发明的结构简单,能够同时挤出多股挤出物,性能稳定,速度可调。

一种挤出机
技术领域
本发明涉及挤出成形装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种挤出机。
背景技术
常规的挤出机由电机、电机带轮、三角皮带、减速机带轮、减速机、料斗、电器控制箱等部分组成。塑料挤出机是把塑料原料经加温后由螺杆旋转被挤出模具成型的机器。螺杆在料筒内的旋转产生挤出推力,能把塑料原料由固体变成熔融液态,塑料原料在螺杆中被压缩、混合,最终经过模具成型后,成为合格的零件或器具。传统的塑料挤出机由于温度变化、螺杆间隙大小等因素的影响,在连续工作状态下,挤出量不是等值的。因而,成型后的成品制品会因挤出量的变化而产生筹异。随着社会的进步与发展,各行各业对产品质量的要求越来越高,为满足用户的需求,必须达到挤出量的相一致。
因此,一种能够同时挤出多股相同的挤出物,性能稳定的挤出机的出现很有必要了。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,在于提供一种能够同时挤出多股相同的挤出物,性能稳定的挤出机。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种挤出机,包括料斗以及挤压模具,在所述料斗内设置挤出螺杆,所述挤压模具设置于所述料斗的一端,并通过出料管路相连接;其中,所述挤压模具包括外模具、模芯和模具面板,所述外模具设置有锥形凹槽,所述模芯设置于所述锥形凹槽内,所述模具面板固定于所述外模具和模芯外侧,使所述外模具和模芯成为一整体,在所述模芯的外表面分布有众多通道,用于挤出物的通过,在所述模具面板上还设置有模具孔,所述模具孔与所述通道相对应。
作为优选的技术方案,所述挤出螺杆为双螺杆。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述挤压模具上还设置有流量调节装置,所述流量调节装置与设置于所述外模具上的螺纹孔相连接,并伸入至所述通道内,通过调节所述流量调节装置在所述通道内的深度,以到达调节挤出物的压力及速度。
作为优选的技术方案,所述流量调节装置为螺栓。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
结构简单,能够同时挤出多股挤出物,性能稳定,速度可调。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1所示,一种挤出机,包括料斗1以及挤压模具2和挤出螺杆3,挤压模具2设置于料斗1的一端,并通过出料管路4相连接,挤出螺杆3设置在料斗1内。挤压模具2包括外模具5、模芯6和模具面板7,外模具5设置有锥形凹槽8,模芯6设置于锥形凹槽8内,模具面板7固定于外模具5和模芯6外侧,使外模具5和模芯6成为一整体,在模芯6的外表面分布有众多通道9,用于挤出物的通过,在模具面板7上还设置有模具孔10,模具孔10与通道9相对应。挤出螺杆3可以为单螺杆或双螺杆,本实施例中选取挤出螺杆3为双螺杆。
为了调节挤出物的压力及速度本发明还提出了另一种改进方案,在挤压模具2上设置有流量调节装置11,流量调节装置11为螺栓,但不限于螺栓,且与设置于外模具5上的螺纹孔相连接,并伸入至通道9内,通过调节流量调节装置11在通道9内的深度,以到达调节挤出物的压力及速度。
本发明由于在模芯6的外表面设置有多个用于通过挤出物的通道9,挤出物在穿过出料管路4后在模芯6的前端分流至各个通道9内,通过调节流量调节装置11在通道9内的深度,即可达到对挤出物的压力及速度的控制,使用方便。

Claims (4)

1.一种挤出机,包括料斗以及挤压模具,在所述料斗内设置挤出螺杆,所述挤压模具设置于所述料斗的一端,并通过出料管路相连接;其特征在于,所述挤压模具包括外模具、模芯和模具面板,所述外模具设置有锥形凹槽,所述模芯设置于所述锥形凹槽内,所述模具面板固定于所述外模具和模芯外侧,在所述模芯的外表面分布有众多通道;在所述模具面板上还设置有模具孔,所述模具孔与所述通道相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤出机,其特征在于,所述挤出螺杆为双螺杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种挤出机,其特征在于,在所述挤压模具上还设置有流量调节装置,所述流量调节装置与设置于所述外模具上的螺纹孔相连接,并伸入至所述通道内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种挤出机,其特征在于,所述流量调节装置为螺栓。
