本发明公开了一种绝缘材料挤塑机,包括入料漏斗、挤塑管道、成型管道,所述入料漏斗的左侧设有原料漏斗,所述入料漏斗的内部设有加热过滤网,在初次加热的过程中就将部分原料中的杂质过滤掉,所述加热过滤网的下方设有温度调节板、过滤网,所述入料漏斗的下方设有显示器,所述显示器的下方设有挤塑管道,所述挤塑管道部分设有螺旋挤塑轴、控制模块、隔热层、可调节挤塑口,可调节挤塑口的右侧设有成型管道,所述成型管道部分设有定位器、线盘、一级降温模块、二级降温模块、定位滑轮、可调控内径管道,所述成型管道的右侧设有收线器,所述收线器的下方设有第二动力电机,第二动力电机将冷却成型后的线整齐卷好。

一种绝缘材料挤塑机
技术领域
本发明涉及生产制造技术领域,具体为一种绝缘材料挤塑机。
背景技术
近年来随着生产生活电线电缆的运用日益发展和普及,电线电缆的需要量增加很快,而且随着经济的发展,对其材料的要求也越来越高,它要求柔软、耐磨、耐低温等性能。而较多的出现的是阻燃电缆,阻燃电缆顾名思义,指在规定试验条件下,试样被燃烧,在撤去试 验火源后,火焰的蔓延仅在限定范围内,残焰或残灼在限定时间内能自行熄灭的电缆。
在制作电缆的过程中,对电缆外部的绝缘材料的制作和挤出的时候需要随时加入原材料,原材料为塑料颗粒状,一种自动挤塑吸料机保证挤塑机中的塑料颗粒的源源不断,自动吸取塑料颗粒,减少人工操作,提高了生产的效率。但是此专利中还存在很多问题需要改进,不能很好的防止塑料颗粒中的灰尘进入到挤塑机中,这对挤塑出的产品的质量就是一个隐患 ;其次,对挤塑机不需要的塑料颗粒需要停止机械的工作,然后人工倒出,增加了人工参与的时间和过程,自动化程度降低且增加了生产时间和减小了效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝缘材料挤塑机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种绝缘材料挤塑机,包括入料漏斗、挤塑管道和成型管道,所述入料漏斗的左侧设有原料箱,所述入料漏斗的内部设有过滤加热网,所述过滤加热网的下方两侧设有温度调节板,所述温度调节板固定在漏斗的两侧,所述加热过滤网的正下方设有过滤网,所述过滤网的下方设有显示器,所述显示器的下方设有挤塑管道,所述挤塑管道的内部设有螺旋挤塑轴,所述挤塑管道的上便面上设有控制模块,所述控制模块通过螺丝固定在挤塑管道的上表面;所述挤塑管道的右端设有可调节挤塑口,所述挤塑管道的另一端设有第一动力电机,所述第一动力电机与螺旋挤塑轴通过活扣连接;所述可调节挤塑口的右侧设有成型管道,所述成型管道的上面设有定位器,所述定位器的一侧设有线盘,所述定位器、线盘通过焊接固定在成型管道上,所述成型管道的内部设有定位滑轮,所述定位滑轮的右侧设有可调控内径管道,所述可调控内径管道的上方设有一级降温模块,所述一级降温模块的一侧设有二级降温模块;所述成型管道的右侧设有收线器,所述收线器的下方设有第二动力电机,所述第二动力电机设在基座内部;
其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、在原料箱里面放入挤塑原料,当正常运行时,挤塑管道上面的控制模块驱动原料箱进入入料漏斗中,入料漏斗中的加热过滤网将原料进行加热后,原料融化后通过过滤网后到达入料漏斗内部;
B、 进入入料漏斗内部后,入料漏斗内部的温度调节板根据作业需要对入料漏斗内部的原料进行加温,入料漏斗下方的显示器时刻显示入料漏斗内部原料的温度;
C、原料进入挤塑管道后,第一动力电机旋转,驱动螺旋挤塑轴,在螺旋挤塑轴的作用下,原料不断沿着挤塑管道向前到达可调节挤塑口,原料经过可调节挤塑口进入成型管道;
D、线盘缓慢向成型管道内部放线,可调控内径管道调节管道直径大小,成型管道上的一级降温模块、二级降温模块对内部材料进行降温;
E、基座上的收线器在第二动力电机的驱动下缓慢旋转,将成型的产品整齐裹好。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)在入料漏斗的一侧设有原料箱,将生产原料事先放在原料箱中,控制模块可以自动控制原料进入入料漏斗,减少了工人手动上料带来的工作量,从而还提高了工作效率;
(2)在挤塑管道的左端设有第一动力电机,第一动力电机在控制模块的作用下,根据生产需要,自动调控螺旋挤塑轴的旋转速度,实现更加智能化的生产模式;
可调节挤塑口、可调控内径管道都可以自动调节大小,使其更加准确,收线器在第二动力电机的驱动下自动将成品收好,使整个生产过程更加的智能,更能保证产品的质量。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种绝缘材料挤塑机,包括入料漏斗2、挤塑管道17和成型管道21,在入料漏斗2的左侧设有原料箱1,原料箱1的为边长60cm-80cm的正方体,将生产原料事先放在原料箱1中,控制模块6可以自动控制原料进入入料漏斗2,减少了工人手动上料带来的工作量,从而还提高了工作效率。
在入料漏斗2的内部设有过滤加热网3,在过滤加热网3的下方两侧设有温度调节板5,在温度调节板5固定在漏斗的两侧,在加热过滤网3的正下方设有过滤网4,在过滤网4的下方设有显示器15,在显示器15的下方设有挤塑管道17,在挤塑管道17的内部设有螺旋挤塑轴7,螺旋挤塑轴7的直径为80mm-85mm,在挤塑管道17的上便面上设有控制模块6,控制模块6通过螺丝固定在挤塑管道17的上表面。
在挤塑管道17的右端设有可调节挤塑口18,可调节挤塑口18的调节范围为15mm-0.5mm,在挤塑管道17的另一端设有第一动力电机13,第一动力电机13与螺旋挤塑轴7通过活扣连接第一动力电机在控制模块的作用下,根据生产需要,自动调控螺旋挤塑轴7的旋转速度,实现更加智能化的生产模式。
本实施例中,在可调节挤塑口18的右侧设有成型管道21,在成型管道21的上面设有定位器8,在定位器8的一侧设有线盘9,将定位器8、线盘9通过焊接固定在成型管道21上,在成型管道21的内部设有定位滑轮19,在定位滑轮19的右侧设有可调控内径管道20, 可调控内径管道20的调节范围为15mm-0.4mm,在可调控内径管道20的上方设有一级降温模块10,一级降温模块10的一侧设有二级降温模块11;在成型管道21的右侧设有收线器12,在收线器12的下方设有第二动力电机22,第二动力电机22设在基座14内部,本发明中可调节挤塑口、可调控内径管道都可以自动调节大小,使其更加准确,收线器在第二动力电机的驱动下自动将成品收好,使整个生产过程更加的智能,更能保证产品的质量。
本发明的使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、在原料箱1里面放入挤塑原料,当正常运行时,挤塑管道17上面的控制模块6驱动原料箱进入入料漏斗2中,入料漏斗2中的加热过滤网3将原料进行加热后,原料融化后通过过滤网4后到达入料漏斗2内部;
B、进入入料漏斗2内部后,入料漏斗2内部的温度调节板5根据作业需要对入料漏斗2内部的原料进行加温,入料漏斗2下方的显示器4时刻显示入料漏斗2内部原料的温度;
C、原料进入挤塑管道17后,第一动力电机13旋转,驱动螺旋挤塑轴7,在螺旋挤塑轴7的作用下,原料不断沿着挤塑管道17向前到达可调节挤塑口18,原料经过可调节挤塑口18进入成型管道21;
D、线盘9缓慢向成型管道21内部放线,可调控内径管道20调节管道直径大小,成型管道21上的一级降温模块10、二级降温模块11对内部材料进行降温;
E、基座14上的收线器12在第二动力电机22的驱动下缓慢旋转,将成型的产品整齐裹好。

1.一种绝缘材料挤塑机,包括入料漏斗(2)、挤塑管道(17)和成型管道(21),其特征在于:所述入料漏斗(2)的左侧设有原料箱(1),所述入料漏斗(2)的内部设有过滤加热网(3),所述过滤加热网(3)的下方两侧设有温度调节板(5),所述温度调节板(5)固定在漏斗的两侧,所述加热过滤网(3)的正下方设有过滤网(4),所述过滤网(4)的下方设有显示器(15),所述显示器(15)的下方设有挤塑管道(17),所述挤塑管道(17)的内部设有螺旋挤塑轴(7),所述挤塑管道(17)的上便面上设有控制模块(6),所述控制模块(6)通过螺丝固定在挤塑管道(17)的上表面;所述挤塑管道(17)的右端设有可调节挤塑口(18),所述挤塑管道(17)的另一端设有第一动力电机(13),所述第一动力电机(13)与螺旋挤塑轴(7)通过活扣连接;所述可调节挤塑口(18)的右侧设有成型管道(21),所述成型管道(21)的上面设有定位器(8),所述定位器(8)的一侧设有线盘(9),所述定位器(8)、线盘(9)通过焊接固定在成型管道(21)上,所述成型管道(21)的内部设有定位滑轮(19),所述定位滑轮(19)的右侧设有可调控内径管道(20),所述可调控内径管道(20)的上方设有一级降温模块(10),所述一级降温模块(10)的一侧设有二级降温模块(11);所述成型管道(21)的右侧设有收线器(12),所述收线器(12)的下方设有第二动力电机(22),所述第二动力电机(22)设在基座(14)内部;其使用方法包括以下步骤:
A、在原料箱(1)里面放入挤塑原料,当正常运行时,挤塑管道(17)上面的控制模块(6)驱动原料箱进入入料漏斗(2)中,入料漏斗(2)中的加热过滤网(3)将原料进行加热后,原料融化后通过过滤网(4)后到达入料漏斗(2)内部;
B、进入入料漏斗(2)内部后,入料漏斗(2)内部的温度调节板(5)根据作业需要对入料漏斗(2)内部的原料进行加温,入料漏斗(2)下方的显示器(4)时刻显示入料漏斗(2)内部原料的温度;
C、原料进入挤塑管道(17)后,第一动力电机(13)旋转,驱动螺旋挤塑轴(7),在螺旋挤塑轴(7)的作用下,原料不断沿着挤塑管道(17)向前到达可调节挤塑口(18),原料经过可调节挤塑口(18)进入成型管道(21);
D、线盘(9)缓慢向成型管道(21)内部放线,可调控内径管道(20)调节管道直径大小,成型管道(21)上的一级降温模块(10)、二级降温模块(11)对内部材料进行降温;
E、基座(14)上的收线器(12)在第二动力电机(22)的驱动下缓慢旋转,将成型的产品整齐裹好。
