技术领域
本发明涉及米糊领域,确切地说是一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊。
背景技术
黑花生是彩色花生的一种。黑花生,也被称作富硒黑花生,黑粒花生。黑花生是内含钙、钾、铜、锌、铁、硒、锰和8种维生素及1 9种人体所需的氨基酸等营养成分,还富含硒、铁、锌等微量元素和黑色素的新品种。黑花生与红花生相比,粗蛋白质含量高5%,精氨酸含量高 23.9%,钾含量高l9%,锌含量高48%,硒含量高101%。
各种谷物经机械粉碎和水煮糊化后,所形成的具有一定粘度和稠度的半固态物质,就可称为米糊。米糊更容易被人体消化吸收,可迅速为身体提供能量;各种谷类混合的米糊含有更丰富的营养和保健作用;谷物香气释放充分,增进感官享受,促进食欲。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:    
    一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,其特征在于:
   其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
血糯米20-40,黑花生40-50,南瓜20-40,面粉4-5,青梅1-2,山楂5-8,茯苓2-4,黄精1-2,桂圆肉2-4,中药提取液1-2;
所述的中药提取液由下述重量份的原料制得:大枣5-8、砂仁1-2、草果2-4、丁葵草1-2、核桃花1-2,冰草3-5、羊栖菜2-4、马齿苋1-2。
     所述的一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取制备中药提取液各原料按重量份混匀,用醋浸泡3-4小时后,取出,去离子水洗净,加入占原料总重量3-5倍的水,于90-110℃下煎煮3-5小时后,过滤去渣后,得中药提取液备用;
(2)将黑花生炒熟,备用;
(3)将血糯米用米酒浸泡6-8小时后,与炒熟的黑花生以及南瓜混匀,打浆,再于85-90℃下加热40-45分钟后,得复合米糊备用;
(4)将青梅、山楂、茯苓、黄精、桂圆肉混匀后,烘干,磨粉,所得粉料加入适量水,与面粉混匀,制成团状,再油炸,得油炸复合面团;
(5)将复合米糊、油炸复合面团以及中药提取液混匀后,搅碎,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明香气浓郁,南瓜、血糯米营养丰富,打成米糊易于消化吸收,中药提取液无毒无害,配伍合理,养胃助消化。
具体实施方式
 一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:
血糯米30,黑花生50,南瓜40,面粉5,青梅2,山楂8,茯苓2,黄精2,桂圆肉4,中药提取液2;
所述的中药提取液由下述重量份的原料制得:大枣8、砂仁1、草果4、丁葵草2、核桃花2,冰草5、羊栖菜4、马齿苋2。
     所述的一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,制备方法为:
(1)取制备中药提取液各原料按重量份混匀,用醋浸泡4小时后,取出,去离子水洗净,加入占原料总重量5倍的水,于90℃下煎煮5小时后,过滤去渣后,得中药提取液备用;
(2)将黑花生炒熟,备用;
(3)将血糯米用米酒浸泡8小时后,与炒熟的黑花生以及南瓜混匀,打浆,再于90℃下加热45分钟后,得复合米糊备用;
(4)将青梅、山楂、茯苓、黄精、桂圆肉混匀后,烘干,磨粉,所得粉料加入适量水,与面粉混匀,制成团状,再油炸,得油炸复合面团;
(5)将复合米糊、油炸复合面团以及中药提取液混匀后,搅碎,即得。

1.一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,其特征在于:
   其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
血糯米20-40,黑花生40-50,南瓜20-40,面粉4-5,青梅1-2,山楂5-8,茯苓2-4,黄精1-2,桂圆肉2-4,中药提取液1-2;
所述的中药提取液由下述重量份的原料制得:大枣5-8、砂仁1-2、草果2-4、丁葵草1-2、核桃花1-2,冰草3-5、羊栖菜2-4、马齿苋1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养胃黑花生南瓜米糊,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取制备中药提取液各原料按重量份混匀,用醋浸泡3-4小时后,取出,去离子水洗净,加入占原料总重量3-5倍的水,于90-110℃下煎煮3-5小时后,过滤去渣后,得中药提取液备用;
(2)将黑花生炒熟,备用;
(3)将血糯米用米酒浸泡6-8小时后,与炒熟的黑花生以及南瓜混匀,打浆,再于85-90℃下加热40-45分钟后,得复合米糊备用;
(4)将青梅、山楂、茯苓、黄精、桂圆肉混匀后,烘干,磨粉,所得粉料加入适量水,与面粉混匀,制成团状,再油炸,得油炸复合面团;
(5)将复合米糊、油炸复合面团以及中药提取液混匀后,搅碎,即得。
