Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉,包括一圆柱形炉体,该炉体是由外层炉体和内层炉体构成,内层炉体连接有电加热设备,外层炉体和内层炉体之间设有集热容腔,内层炉体上端通过轴承组件连接有一空心传动轴,底部通过轴承组件连接在外层炉体底端,空心传动轴中间部位通过传动轮连接有变频电机,空心传动轴连接内层炉体的一端安装有进料开启阀门,空心传动轴的上端连接至进料斗,内层炉体底部经出料开启阀门连接至冷却箱,冷却箱的出口经六角筛连接至出料斗,集热容腔内设有网状并带有散热孔的导热管,导热管经罗茨风机连接至太阳能制热系统,该系统通过真空管集热器收集的热量在打气泵的作用下,通过导气管将太阳热能传送到导热管,达到加热炉体的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及氧化炉设备技术领域,具体涉及一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉。
背景技术
目前市场上最先进的红丹氧化炉(实际上相当于冶炼炉)是“立式红丹移动氧化炉”(CN201010109864.9),它是通过燃油加热,经过三级氧化生产出红丹,该种氧化炉,有燃气排放污染环境,三级氧化时间过长,耗费能源,增加生产成本等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种太阳热能和电加热相结合的滚筒式红丹氧化炉,既清洁生产,环境零污染;又能充分利用太阳能,节约能源,降低生产成本;还可以使原料在滚筒内一次性充分氧化,缩短了氧化时间,同样也节约了能源,降低生产成本,提高了产能,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉,包括一圆柱形炉体,该炉体是由外层炉体和内层炉体(滚筒式氧化仓)构成,所述内层炉体连接有电加热设备,所述外层炉体和内层炉体之间设有集热容腔,所述内层炉体上端通过轴承组件连接有一空心传动轴,底部通过轴承组件连接在外层炉体底端,所述空心传动轴中间部位通过传动轮连接有变频电机,在变频电机的带动下内层炉体可以转动,使氧化仓原料在向心力或旋转力的作用下,呈现喷洒式状态,所述空心传动轴连接内层炉体的一端安装有进料开启阀门,所述空心传动轴的上端连接至进料斗,所述内层炉体底部经出料开启阀门连接至冷却箱,所述冷却箱的出口经六角筛连接至出料斗,所述集热容腔内设有网状并带有散热孔的导热管,所述导热管经罗茨风机连接至太阳能制热系统,该系统通过真空管集热器收集的热量在打气泵的作用下,通过导气管将太阳热能传送到导热管,达到加热炉体的目的。
所述内层炉体内安装有温度传感器,目的是控制炉体的温度,当温度大于480℃(红丹氧化条件之一)时,则自动关闭太阳能制热系统,停止供热,否则继续供热;同时氧化炉连接电加热设备(市场上有成熟设备),电加热启动开关是由炉体温度感应器控制的,温度感应器事前设置好温度指标(480℃),当太阳热能达不到480℃时则自动启动电加热,否则自动关闭电加热。
所述内层炉体上端偏右设有排气管,所述排气管连接有铅尘收集箱,所述铅尘收集箱连接有第一引风机,所述第一引风机连接至布袋除尘器,将废铅尘引送到布袋除尘器内,进行第一次除尘,所述布袋除尘器下面安装有关风下料器,所述布袋除尘器右边又设有第二引风机,所述第二引风机连接至水膜除尘池,第二次将未处净的废铅尘引送到水池内,进行二次水膜除尘,这样除尘袋内和水池沉淀物即为废铅灰/泥,最后把它们返回冶炼炉。
所述六角筛是由电动机控制的,所述电动机上装有偏心轮,有一导杆连接偏心轮和六角筛,使六角筛不停地来回运动,使物料落入到出料斗,可根据客户需求更换六角筛的筛网加工成颗粒状或粉状。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明既清洁生产,环境零污染,又能充分利用太阳能,节约能源,降低生产成本;还可以使原料在滚筒内一次性充分氧化,缩短了氧化时间,同样也节约了能源,降低生产成本,提高了产能,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉,包括一圆柱形炉体,该炉体是由外层炉体1和内层炉体2(滚筒式氧化仓)构成,内层炉体2连接有电加热设备3,外层炉体1和内层炉体2之间设有集热容腔,内层炉体2上端通过轴承组件4连接有一空心传动轴5,底部通过轴承组件连接在外层炉体1底端,空心传动轴5中间部位通过传动轮6连接有变频电机7,在变频电机7的带动下内层炉体2可以转动,使氧化仓原料在向心力或旋转力的作用下,呈现喷洒式状态,目的是使原材料同时接受高温和氧气等氧化条件,使其一次性充分氧化,可以缩短氧化时间生产出更高品位的红丹“稀土红丹”。空心传动轴5连接内层炉体2的一端安装有进料开启阀门8,空心传动轴5的上端连接至进料斗9,内层炉体2底部经出料开启阀门10连接至冷却箱11,冷却箱11的出口经六角筛12连接至出料斗13,集热容腔内设有网状并带有散热孔14的导热管15,导热管15经罗茨风机16连接至太阳能制热系统17(市场上有成熟设备),该系统通过真空管集热器收集的热量在打气泵的作用下,通过导气管将太阳热能传送到导热管15,达到加热炉体的目的。
内层炉体2内安装有温度传感器,目的是控制炉体的温度,当温度大于480℃(红丹氧化条件之一)时,则自动关闭太阳能制热系统17,停止供热,否则继续供热;同时内层炉体2连接电加热设备3(市场上有成熟设备),电加热启动开关是由炉体温度感应器控制的,温度感应器事前设置好温度指标(480℃),当太阳热能达不到480℃时则自动启动电加热,否则自动关闭电加热。
内层炉体2上端偏右设有排气管18,排气管18连接有铅尘收集箱19,铅尘收集箱19连接有第一引风机20,第一引风机20连接至布袋除尘器21,将废铅尘引送到布袋除尘器21内,进行第一次除尘,布袋除尘器21下面安装有关风下料器22,布袋除尘器21右边又设有第二引风机23,第二引风机23连接至水膜除尘池24,第二次将未处净的废铅尘引送到水池内,进行二次水膜除尘,这样除尘袋内和水池沉淀物即为废铅灰/泥,最后把它们返回冶炼炉。
六角筛12是由电动机25控制的,电动机25上装有偏心轮,有一导杆连接偏心轮和六角筛12,使六角筛12不停地来回运动,使物料落入到出料斗13,可根据客户需求更换六角筛12的筛网加工成颗粒状或粉状。

1.一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉,其特征在于:包括一圆柱形炉体,该炉体是由外层炉体和内层炉体构成,所述内层炉体连接有电加热设备,所述外层炉体和内层炉体之间设有集热容腔,所述内层炉体上端通过轴承组件连接有一空心传动轴,底部通过轴承组件连接在外层炉体底端,所述空心传动轴中间部位通过传动轮连接有变频电机,在变频电机的带动下内层炉体可以转动,使氧化仓原料在向心力或旋转力的作用下,呈现喷洒式状态,所述空心传动轴连接内层炉体的一端安装有进料开启阀门,所述空心传动轴的上端连接至进料斗,所述内层炉体底部经出料开启阀门连接至冷却箱,所述冷却箱的出口经六角筛连接至出料斗,所述集热容腔内设有网状并带有散热孔的导热管,所述导热管经罗茨风机连接至太阳能制热系统,该系统通过真空管集热器收集的热量在打气泵的作用下,通过导气管将太阳热能传送到导热管,达到加热炉体的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用太阳能加热辅助电加热的环保转筒式红丹氧化炉,其特征在于:所述内层炉体内安装有温度传感器,目的是控制炉体的温度,当温度大于480℃时,则自动关闭太阳能制热系统,停止供热,否则继续供热;同时内层炉体连接电加热设备,电加热启动开关是由温度感应器控制的,温度感应器事前设置好温度指标,当太阳热能达不到480℃时则自动启动电加热,否则自动关闭电加热。
