[0002] 在氨酸法复合肥料的生产中,需要将造粒以后的肥料烘干形成干燥的固体颗粒,便于储存和运输。在烘干的过程中,需通过抄板将物料扬起,形成料幕与热空气进行交换将物料烘干,以避免颗粒粘结或者局部过热。普通的滚筒式烘干机利用滚筒旋转实现物料颗粒的翻滚,但这种直筒式的滚筒在使用时存在如下缺陷:1)为了推动物料颗粒从滚筒入口处滚动到滚筒出口处,工作时滚筒的两端要有一定的落差,这就为滚筒的安装施工带来困难,倾斜的滚筒旋转时传动机构的受力不均匀,造成传动机构磨损严重,影响使用寿命;2)用于加热的蒸汽或者热风与物料颗粒在滚筒的内腔中搀和在一起,由于难以控制热风的流向,烘干效果不稳定,如果烘干用的热风或者蒸汽中含有杂质还容易对物料造成污染。3)滚筒的两端是开放的空间,现有的复合肥烘干机将蒸汽或者热风吹进滚筒的加热方式热效率低,热能损耗严重。
