Abstract
本发明公开了一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,属于饮料加工技术领域,它是选取鲜香梨为基础原料,采用生化提汁工艺处理,制得提取液,并按一定的配比加入一定量的甜叶菊糖浆制得,本发明饮料保持了天然香梨风味,又保留了香梨多种营养成份,清香可口,其制作方法简单、成本低,制作出的香梨汁饮料保持天然营养成份,具有山果特殊的清香和一定的保健功能,解决了新鲜香梨易腐烂不耐贮藏的问题,具有良好的经济效益。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种饮料制作方法,特别是涉及一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术:
香梨,维吾尔语叫“奶西姆提”。其特点是香味浓郁、皮薄、肉细、汁多甜酥、清爽可口,系梨之上品;香梨以库尔勒香梨产量大,质量好。其种植面积达2.4万亩,年产量在千吨以上。 库尔勒香梨在国际市场上被誉为“中华蜜梨”、“梨中珍品”、“果中王子”等称号;
香梨虽能清心润肺,但它性质带寒,因此体质虚寒、寒咳者不宜生吃,必须隔水蒸过,或者放汤,或与药材清炖亦可;同时,患有胃寒、腹泻者忌食生梨;妇女产后、小儿出痘者也不宜食用。同时因为香梨性较寒,一次也不宜多吃;尤其脾胃虚寒、腹部冷痛和血虚者,不可以多吃,否则易伤脾胃、助阴湿;
香梨不易贮藏,多作为新鲜水果食用,经深加工的产品少见,采用香梨为原料加工香梨汁饮料产品,解决了新鲜香梨易腐烂不耐贮藏的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,解决新鲜香梨易腐烂造成浪费的问题;
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于:主要采用以下步骤:
A、收集成熟度为九成的香梨,去除果柄、果核等杂质后,经粉碎成直径1~1.5㎜碎块,用3-5倍量的水润料2~3小时;
B、取上述经处理的原料送入常规生化提取设备,在6-8℃的温度下进行40-50min预处理,加入原料量0.2-0.3%的助提剂柠檬酸钠,在5-6℃的条件下经8-12min分离取得香梨液;
C、调配:按5~6%提取液、3~5%甜叶菊糖浆、95%水的比例进行饮料调配;
D、装罐灭菌:在保持液温80~85℃下进行饮料装罐,封罐后在135℃灭菌3-5秒钟后予以0.5MPa负压下进行;
E、产品按国家标准进行检验,合格后入库待销售;
进一步,所述的香梨饮料的总固形物为3~5%,PH值为5.5-6.5;
有益效果:本发明饮料保持了天然香梨风味,又保留了香梨多种营养成份,清香可口,其制作方法简单、成本低,制作出的香梨汁饮料保持天然营养成份,具有山果特殊的清香和一定的保健功能。解决了新鲜香梨易腐烂不耐贮藏的问题,具有良好的经济效益。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,主要采用以下步骤:
A、收集成熟度为九成的香梨,去除果柄、果核等杂质后,经粉碎成直径1.5㎜碎块,用5倍量的水润料2小时;
B、取上述经处理的原料送入常规生化提取设备,在6℃的温度下进行45min预处理,加入原料量0.3%的助提剂柠檬酸钠,在5℃的条件下经10min分离取得香梨液;
C、调配:按5%提取液、3%甜叶菊糖浆、93%水的比例进行饮料调配;
D、装罐灭菌:在保持液温82℃下进行饮料装罐,封罐后在135℃灭菌4秒钟后予以0.5MPa负压下进行;
E、所述的香梨饮料的总固形物为3~5%,PH值为5.5-6.5;

1.一种香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于:主要采用以下步骤:
A、收集成熟度为九成的香梨,去除果柄、果核等杂质后,经粉碎成直径1~1.5㎜碎块,用3-5倍量的水润料2~3小时;
B、取上述经处理的原料送入常规生化提取设备,在6-8℃的温度下进行40-50min预处理,加入原料量0.2-0.3%的助提剂柠檬酸钠,在5-6℃的条件下经8-12min分离取得香梨液;
C、调配:按5~6%提取液、3~5%甜叶菊糖浆、95%水的比例进行饮料调配;
D、装罐灭菌:在保持液温80~85℃下进行饮料装罐,封罐后在135℃灭菌3-5秒钟后予以0.5MPa负压下进行;
E、产品检验后入库待销售。
2.按权利要求书1所述的香梨汁饮料及其制作方法,其特征在于:香梨饮料的总固形物为3~5%,PH值为5.5-6.5。
