本发明公开了一种海藻果蔬糕的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:海藻粉60-80、苹果15-20、绞股蓝15-20、菠菜8-10、芥菜8-10、冰草1-3、人参2-3、生姜1-2、大枣2-3、沙苑子2-3、红景天1-3、甘蔗汁8-10、营养添加剂4-6;本发明提供了一种海藻果蔬糕的制备方法,将海藻粉与苹果及多种蔬菜相结合,生产出一种口味新颖,营养健康的食品。本发明发方法全程采用低温处理,能够有效保持果蔬的原味及营养成分,是一种纯天然绿色食品。

背景技术
在我国的历史长河中,各种各样的糕点层出不穷,成为了人们居家旅行,待人接客的必备食品。随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健糕点也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种海藻果蔬糕的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海藻果蔬糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:海藻粉60-80、苹果15-20、绞股蓝15-20、菠菜8-10、芥菜8-10、冰草1-3、人参2-3、生姜1-2、大枣2-3、沙苑子2-3、红景天1-3、甘蔗汁8-10、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、龟甲粉、虾壳粉按0.01-0.03:2-4:2-4的重量比组成;
(2)将苹果去核后榨汁,分别得苹果汁和苹果泥;绞股蓝、菠菜、芥菜用70-80℃的水漂烫后,切碎,榨汁,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜泥;将苹果泥和蔬菜泥混合,放入烘箱中,在60-70℃下烘干,然后磨粉,得蔬果粉;
(3)将冰草、人参、生姜、大枣、沙苑子、红景天用适量水提取,得提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的蔬果粉与海藻粉混合,然后将苹果汁、蔬菜汁、提取液和甘蔗汁、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合后分成小份,用模具压制成型,然后用烘箱,再65-75℃下烘干,经微波灭菌,包装,即得。

所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、龟甲粉、虾壳粉按0.03:4:2的重量比组成;
(2)将苹果去核后榨汁,分别得苹果汁和苹果泥;绞股蓝、菠菜、芥菜用70℃的水漂烫后,切碎,榨汁,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜泥;将苹果泥和蔬菜泥混合,放入烘箱中,在70℃下烘干,然后磨粉,得蔬果粉;
(3)将冰草、人参、生姜、大枣、沙苑子、红景天用适量水提取,得提取液;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的蔬果粉与海藻粉混合,然后将苹果汁、蔬菜汁、提取液和甘蔗汁、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合后分成小份,用模具压制成型,然后用烘箱,再65-75℃下烘干,经微波灭菌,包装,即得。
