本发明公开了一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:瓜子仁150-200、玉米20-30、芝麻15-25、酸枣仁5-8、甘草5-10、薄荷叶1-2、丁香1-2、菊花2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、黑皮根2-3、黄芪2-3、升麻2-3、菟丝子2-3、调味液适量。本发明瓜子粉香味浓郁,加工方便易行,适合大众口味;配方含有玉米、芝麻、酸枣仁等营养成分,丰富营养结构同时增强补中益肝的功效;同时配方增加了白花蛇舌草、黑皮根、菟丝子等中药成分,综合强化抗炎解毒、健脾益肾的功效,适合各种人群食用。

    本发明涉及一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
瓜子营养丰富,香气诱人,含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、优质蛋白、钾、磷、钙、镁、硒元素及维生素E、维生素B1等营养元素,在人们生活中是不可缺少的零食。但是随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品的营养保健价值及品种口味也随之提高,目前大多都是对瓜子简单的进行炒制入味加工,人们食用仍须磕破外壳,对于儿童及老人等牙齿不佳人群食用更加不便,而通过加工成瓜子粉既能方便食用,又可作为添加料调味增香等多种食用方式,丰富瓜子的食用品种及口味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下: 
 一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:瓜子仁150-200、玉米20-30、芝麻15-25、酸枣仁5-8、甘草5-10、薄荷叶1-2、丁香1-2、菊花2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、黑皮根2-3、黄芪2-3、升麻2-3、菟丝子2-3、调味液适量;
(2)、将玉米、芝麻、酸枣仁研磨成粉合并,将甘草、薄荷叶、丁香、菊花等中药原料加水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液与合并粉体搅拌均匀,加热煮制成糊浆;
(3)、将瓜子仁加入其重量30-35%的调味液,文火翻炒至微干,研磨得粉体,再加入糊浆揉拌均匀,压至成片,烘烤至干香,研磨成粉,即得成品;
    所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原量:白酒10-20、虾皮粉5-10、姜笋5-10、五味子2-3、大料1-2、肉蔻1-2、香叶1-2、甘松1-2、山黄皮2-3、食盐5-8、鸡精3-5、黄秋葵油及水适量;
(2)、将姜笋洗净去皮切碎成末,与虾皮粉一起加入熟黄秋葵油锅内小火煎炒出香,加入白酒保温浸泡10-15分钟,加入五味子、大料、肉蔻、香叶、甘松、山黄皮、食盐、鸡精等原料,焖润至无酒味,加入白酒5-15倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣即得调味液。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明瓜子粉香味浓郁,加工方便易行,适合大众口味;配方含有玉米、芝麻、酸枣仁等营养成分,丰富营养结构同时增强补中益肝的功效;同时配方增加了白花蛇舌草、黑皮根、菟丝子等中药成分,综合强化抗炎解毒、健脾益肾的功效,适合各种人群食用。
具体实施方式   
一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料:瓜子仁200、玉米20、芝麻15、酸枣仁5、甘草10、薄荷叶2、丁香1、菊花2、白花蛇舌草2、黑皮根2、黄芪3、升麻2、菟丝子2、调味液适量;
(2)、将玉米、芝麻、酸枣仁研磨成粉合并,将甘草、薄荷叶、丁香、菊花等中药原料加水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液与合并粉体搅拌均匀,加热煮制成糊浆;
(3)、将瓜子仁加入其重量35%的调味液,文火翻炒至微干,研磨得粉体,再加入糊浆揉拌均匀,压至成片,烘烤至干香,研磨成粉,即得成品;
    所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原量:白酒10、虾皮粉10、姜笋10、五味子2、大料2、肉蔻2、香叶2、甘松1、山黄皮2、食盐7、鸡精3、黄秋葵油及水适量;
(2)、将姜笋洗净去皮切碎成末,与虾皮粉一起加入熟黄秋葵油锅内小火煎炒出香,加入白酒保温浸泡15分钟,加入五味子、大料、肉蔻、香叶、甘松、山黄皮、食盐、鸡精等原料,焖润至无酒味,加入白酒15倍水煎煮2小时,过滤去渣即得调味液。

1.一种健脾护肝甘草瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:瓜子仁150-200、玉米20-30、芝麻15-25、酸枣仁5-8、甘草5-10、薄荷叶1-2、丁香1-2、菊花2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、黑皮根2-3、黄芪2-3、升麻2-3、菟丝子2-3、调味液适量;
(2)、将玉米、芝麻、酸枣仁研磨成粉合并,将甘草、薄荷叶、丁香、菊花等中药原料加水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液与合并粉体搅拌均匀,加热煮制成糊浆;
(3)、将瓜子仁加入其重量30-35%的调味液,文火翻炒至微干,研磨得粉体,再加入糊浆揉拌均匀,压至成片,烘烤至干香,研磨成粉,即得成品;
