背景技术
葵花籽含丰富营养物质,包括维生素E、亚油酸,β-谷固醇等甾醇、蛋白质、糖类、柠檬酸、酒石酸、绿原酸、胡萝卜素等,葵花籽是含维生素E最多的食品之一,但市面上关于葵花籽的加工产品种类却不多。但是随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品的营养保健价值及品种口味也随之提高,目前大多都是对瓜子简单的进行炒制入味加工,人们食用仍须磕破外壳,对于儿童及老人等牙齿不佳人群食用更加不便,为适宜各种人群食用,通过加工成瓜子粉保证方便食用、健康保健,又可作为添加料调味增香等多种食用方式,丰富瓜子的食用品种及口味,为此本发明提出了一种保健瓜子粉及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种保健瓜子粉及其制备方法,可既具有预防贫血、滑肠治疗便秘、降低胆固、补中益气,健脾益肺、增强免疫力、改善微循环、增强造血等良好的保健效果,又可具有显著的营养价值,保健瓜子粉不仅不含有任何化学添加剂,绿色健康,且原料易得,制备工艺简单,所需成本低。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种保健瓜子粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁50~80份、黑芝麻10~15份、核桃仁5~10份、荷叶5~10份、罗布麻5~10份、甘草5~10份、麦门冬5~10份、党参5~10份、榧根皮3~8份、茯苓2~5份。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁60~70份、黑芝麻11~13份、核桃仁6~8份、荷叶5~8份、罗布麻7~10份、甘草6~9份、麦门冬6~8份、党参5~7份、榧根皮5~7份、茯苓3~5份。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁65份、黑芝麻12份、核桃仁7份、荷叶6份、罗布麻8份、甘草7份、麦门冬8份、党参6份、榧根皮7份、茯苓4份。
优选的,保健瓜子粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照组份配比称取原料;
(2)将罗布麻、甘草、麦门冬混合粉碎后,投入索氏提取器中,加入40~55wt%的乙醇溶液进行回流,重复提取2~4次,得复合提取液;
(3)将党参、榧根皮、茯苓用滤布包裹密实后置于煎锅中,加入党参、榧根皮、茯苓混合总质量15~18倍的清水,大火煮沸后转文火煎煮1~1.5h,煎煮结束后过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/9~1/12,得复合浓缩液,再将复合浓缩液和所述复合提取液混合,得混合液备用;
(4)将葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶混合研磨粉碎后放置于紫外灯下照射5~10min,再过90~110目筛网,将过筛后的粉碎物投入搅拌容器中,再将所述混合液加入搅拌容器内,在200~300r/min的转速下,搅拌20~30min,搅拌结束,再进行烘干,烘干后过80~100目筛,得成品保健瓜子粉。

(2)本发明将甘草、党参、茯苓等中药材提取物附着于葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃、荷叶的混合粉上,使本发明的成品既具有补中益气,健脾益肺、增强免疫力、改善微循环、增强造血等中药功效,又具有显著的营养价值和良好的保健效果。
(3)本发明的保健瓜子粉不含有任何化学添加剂,绿色健康,且原料易得,制备工艺简单,所需成本低,适宜推广生产。

上述的健瓜子粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照组份配比称取原料;
(2)将罗布麻、甘草、麦门冬混合粉碎后,投入索氏提取器中,加入50wt%的乙醇溶液进行回流,重复提取2~4次,得复合提取液;
(3)将党参、榧根皮、茯苓用滤布包裹密实后置于煎锅中,加入党参、榧根皮、茯苓混合总质量16倍的清水,大火煮沸后转文火煎煮1.2h,煎煮结束后过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/10,得复合浓缩液,再将复合浓缩液和所述复合提取液混合,得混合液备用;

(4)将葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶混合研磨粉碎后放置于紫外灯下照射5min,再过110目筛网,将过筛后的粉碎物投入搅拌容器中,再将所述混合液加入搅拌容器内,在200r/min的转速下,搅拌22min,搅拌结束,再进行烘干,烘干后过80目筛,得成品保健瓜子粉。
实施例4:
一种保健瓜子粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁50份、黑芝麻15份、核桃仁10份、荷叶5份、罗布麻9份、甘草9份、麦门冬5份、党参5份、榧根皮3份、茯苓3份。
上述的健瓜子粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照组份配比称取原料;
(2)将罗布麻、甘草、麦门冬混合粉碎后,投入索氏提取器中,加入55wt%的乙醇溶液进行回流,重复提取2~4次,得复合提取液;
(3)将党参、榧根皮、茯苓用滤布包裹密实后置于煎锅中,加入党参、榧根皮、茯苓混合总质量17倍的清水,大火煮沸后转文火煎煮1.3h,煎煮结束后过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/11,得复合浓缩液,再将复合浓缩液和所述复合提取液混合,得混合液备用;
(4)将葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶混合研磨粉碎后放置于紫外灯下照射7min,再过100目筛网,将过筛后的粉碎物投入搅拌容器中,再将所述混合液加入搅拌容器内,在220r/min的转速下,搅拌20min,搅拌结束,再进行烘干,烘干后过100目筛,得成品保健瓜子粉。
实施例5:
一种保健瓜子粉,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁70份、黑芝麻14份、核桃仁6份、荷叶8份、罗布麻10份、甘草8份、麦门冬10份、党参10份、榧根皮5份、茯苓3份。
上述的健瓜子粉的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照组份配比称取原料;
(2)将罗布麻、甘草、麦门冬混合粉碎后,投入索氏提取器中,加入50wt%的乙醇溶液进行回流,重复提取2~4次,得复合提取液;
(3)将党参、榧根皮、茯苓用滤布包裹密实后置于煎锅中,加入党参、榧根皮、茯苓混合总质量15倍的清水,大火煮沸后转文火煎煮1.4h,煎煮结束后过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/9,得复合浓缩液,再将复合浓缩液和所述复合提取液混合,得混合液备用;
(4)将葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶混合研磨粉碎后放置于紫外灯下照射10min,再过110目筛网,将过筛后的粉碎物投入搅拌容器中,再将所述混合液加入搅拌容器内,在270r/min的转速下,搅拌27min,搅拌结束,再进行烘干,烘干后过100目筛,得成品保健瓜子粉。

1.一种保健瓜子粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁50~80份、黑芝麻10~15份、核桃仁5~10份、荷叶5~10份、罗布麻5~10份、甘草5~10份、麦门冬5~10份、党参5~10份、榧根皮3~8份、茯苓2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健瓜子粉,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁60~70份、黑芝麻11~13份、核桃仁6~8份、荷叶5~8份、罗布麻7~10份、甘草6~9份、麦门冬6~8份、党参5~7份、榧根皮5~7份、茯苓3~5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健瓜子粉,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:葵花籽仁65份、黑芝麻12份、核桃仁7份、荷叶6份、罗布麻8份、甘草7份、麦门冬8份、党参6份、榧根皮7份、茯苓4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照组份配比称取原料;
(2)将罗布麻、甘草、麦门冬混合粉碎后,投入索氏提取器中,加入40~55wt%的乙醇溶液进行回流,重复提取2~4次,得复合提取液;
(3)将党参、榧根皮、茯苓用滤布包裹密实后置于煎锅中,加入党参、榧根皮、茯苓混合总质量15~18倍的清水,大火煮沸后转文火煎煮1~1.5h,煎煮结束后过滤,将滤液浓缩至原体积的1/9~1/12,得复合浓缩液,再将复合浓缩液和所述复合提取液混合,得混合液备用;
(4)将葵花籽仁、黑芝麻、核桃仁、荷叶混合研磨粉碎后放置于紫外灯下照射5~10min,再过90~110目筛网,将过筛后的粉碎物投入搅拌容器中,再将所述混合液加入搅拌容器内,在200~300r/min的转速下,搅拌20~30min,搅拌结束,再进行烘干,烘干后过80~100目筛,得成品保健瓜子粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保健瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中乙醇溶液的浓度为50wt%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的保健瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中滤液浓缩至原体积的1/10。
7.根据权利要求4所述的保健瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)放置于紫外灯下照射时间为8min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的保健瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)烘干后过筛网的目数为90目。
