本发明公开了一种护胃消食瓜子粉的制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:瓜子仁200-250、茨菰15-25、红枣10-20、藕粉20-35、枸杞2-3、石蝉草1-2、金银花藤2-3、金银花2-3、胖大海1-2、鸭跖草1-2、萹蓄1-2、调味液适量。本发明瓜子粉配方含有茨菰、藕粉等营养成分,具有益菌消炎、益胃健脾的功效;同时配方还增加中药保健成分,增加清热解毒、利尿、抗菌等功效,配伍合理,能增加食欲,促进消化,排除有害物质,有益人体健康。

本发明涉及一种护胃消食瓜子粉的制作方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
瓜子营养丰富,香气诱人,含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、优质蛋白、钾、磷、钙、镁、硒元素及维生素E、维生素B1等营养元素,在人们生活中是不可缺少的零食。但是随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品的营养保健价值及品种口味也随之提高,目前大多都是对瓜子简单的进行炒制入味加工,人们食用仍须磕破外壳,对于儿童及老人等牙齿不佳人群食用更加不便,而通过加工成瓜子粉既能方便食用,又可作为添加料调味增香等多种食用方式,丰富瓜子的食用品种及口味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种护胃消食瓜子粉的制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种护胃消食瓜子粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:瓜子仁200-250、茨菰15-25、红枣10-20、藕粉20-35、枸杞2-3、石蝉草1-2、金银花藤2-3、金银花2-3、胖大海1-2、鸭跖草1-2、萹蓄1-2、调味液适量;
(2)、将慈姑洗净切丝烘干,研磨成粉,与藕粉合并文火炒制出香;将红枣去核洗净加水煮熟,研磨成浆,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,与炒制香粉混匀,得营养粉;
(3)、将枸杞、石蝉草、金银花藤、金银花、胖大海、鸭跖草、萹蓄等合并,加5-15倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液与等体积调味液合并混匀,加热浓缩至总体积的55-60%,加入瓜子仁煮制浓稠状打浆,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得瓜子仁粉;
(4)、将营养粉、瓜子仁粉合并混匀,即得护胃消食瓜子粉;
所述的调味液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原量:红酒10-20、青皮2-3、生姜3-4、生地2-3、白术2-3、薄荷1-2、莳萝1-2、食盐5-10、紫苏子油及水适量;
(2)、将生姜、生地、白术、薄荷、莳萝、青皮合并破碎,加入红酒密封浸泡1-2天,滤渣分离,得泡制红酒,滤渣入熟紫苏子油锅煸炒出香,加入食盐及滤渣重量的15-22倍水煮制1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液冷却至5-15℃,与泡制红酒混匀即得调味液。

一种护胃消食瓜子粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料:瓜子仁250、茨菰25、红枣15、藕粉20、枸杞2、石蝉草1、金银花藤2、金银花2、胖大海1、鸭跖草2、萹蓄2、调味液适量;
(2)、将慈姑洗净切丝烘干,研磨成粉,与藕粉合并文火炒制出香;将红枣去核洗净加水煮熟,研磨成浆,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,与炒制香粉混匀,得营养粉;
(3)、将枸杞、石蝉草、金银花藤、金银花、胖大海、鸭跖草、萹蓄等合并,加12倍水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液与等体积调味液合并混匀,加热浓缩至总体积的55%,加入瓜子仁煮制浓稠状打浆,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得瓜子仁粉;
(4)、将营养粉、瓜子仁粉合并混匀,即得护胃消食瓜子粉;

(2)、将生姜、生地、白术、薄荷、莳萝、青皮合并破碎,加入红酒密封浸泡2天,滤渣分离,得泡制红酒,滤渣入熟紫苏子油锅煸炒出香,加入食盐及滤渣重量的16倍水煮制2小时,过滤去渣,滤液冷却至15℃,与泡制红酒混匀即得调味液。

(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:瓜子仁200-250、茨菰15-25、红枣10-20、藕粉20-35、枸杞2-3、石蝉草1-2、金银花藤2-3、金银花2-3、胖大海1-2、鸭跖草1-2、萹蓄1-2、调味液适量;
(2)、将慈姑洗净切丝烘干,研磨成粉,与藕粉合并文火炒制出香;将红枣去核洗净加水煮熟,研磨成浆,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,与炒制香粉混匀,得营养粉;
