本发明公开了一种鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁及其制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:葵瓜子仁120-150、鸡肉精粉10-15、丝瓜络1-2、竹叶2-3、白芍2-3、侧柏叶2-3、炒枣仁2-3、葛根2-3、柳叶1-2、魔芋粉5-10、龙吐珠2-3、生姜5-8、白醋5-10、葱白粉2-3、调味液及水适量。本发明鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁在传统瓜子仁香基础上融合浓厚鸡肉香味,更具风味,口感鲜香醇厚;同时配方含有侧柏叶有凉血行气的功效,魔芋有降低血糖、血压、血脂等功效,协同葵瓜子的保健功能,享受美味同时免除三高危害。

背景技术
    瓜子种类繁多,有葵花子、白瓜子、吊瓜子、西瓜子、黄瓜子、丝瓜子等,瓜子本身营养就很高,其中所含有的维生素、蛋白质、油类含量都属佼佼者。目前都是采用传统工艺,进行简单的加工,制成各种口味的瓜子,供人们消遣时嗑食,但常时间嗑瓜子会伤津液,导致口干舌燥,甚至磨破、生疮等有害状况,且易造成瓜子壳掉落周身附近,需清理打扫垃圾,带来不便。随着生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,人们对食品不仅要求味美独特,也要求卫生方便食用,目前市场上还很少有对瓜子进行深加工制备营养丰富均衡,方便即食的瓜子仁,免除上述困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁及其制作方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下: 
一种鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁,由下列重量份的原料组成:
葵瓜子仁120-150、鸡肉精粉10-15、丝瓜络1-2、竹叶2-3、白芍2-3、侧柏叶2-3、炒枣仁2-3、葛根2-3、柳叶1-2、魔芋粉5-10、龙吐珠2-3、生姜5-8、白醋5-10、葱白粉2-3、调味液及水适量;
    所述的调味液的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:绿茶粉3-8、五加皮1-2、苏梗2-3、火麻仁1-2、杨梅核2-3、白酒20-25、鸡精粉1-4、食盐5-8、水适量;
(2)、将五加皮、苏梗、火麻仁、杨梅核合并送入粉碎机粉碎,到粉体与绿茶粉混合,加10-15倍水煮制沸腾,加入食盐、鸡精粉保温10-20分钟,过滤去渣,滤液与白酒搅拌均匀,即得调味液。
 所述的奶香鸡肉味香瓜子仁的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、将丝瓜络、竹叶、白芍、侧柏叶、炒枣仁、葛根、柳叶、龙吐珠等送入粉碎机粉碎装入纱布袋内封闭,与葵瓜子仁一起加水煮至沸腾15-25分钟,捞出葵瓜子仁晒干;
(2)、将生姜切末炒制出香,加水煮沸,加入鸡肉精粉、魔芋粉搅匀,文火熬煮熟香稠状,加入葵瓜子仁重量10-18%的调味液搅匀,得鸡肉浆;
(3)、将葵瓜子仁加入鸡肉浆搅动裹制一层浆液,捞出均匀撒上葱白粉,送入烘烤箱在175-200℃烘烤4-8分钟,冷却灭菌装袋即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

具体实施方式     
一种鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁,由下列重量(斤)的原料组成:
葵瓜子仁120、鸡肉精粉10、丝瓜络2、竹叶2、白芍3、侧柏叶2、炒枣仁2、葛根2、柳叶1、魔芋粉5、龙吐珠2、生姜5、白醋5、葱白粉2、调味液及水适量;
    所述的调味液的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料:绿茶粉4、五加皮2、苏梗2、火麻仁1、杨梅核2、白酒25、鸡精粉1、食盐5、水适量;
(2)、将五加皮、苏梗、火麻仁、杨梅核合并送入粉碎机粉碎,得到粉体与绿茶粉混合,加14倍水煮制沸腾,加入食盐、鸡精粉保温20分钟,过滤去渣,滤液与白酒搅拌均匀,即得调味液。
 所述的鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、将丝瓜络、竹叶、白芍、侧柏叶、炒枣仁、葛根、柳叶、龙吐珠等送入粉碎机粉碎装入纱布袋内封闭,与葵瓜子仁一起加水煮至沸腾25分钟,捞出葵瓜子仁晒干;
(2)、将生姜切末炒制出香,加水煮沸,加入鸡肉精粉、魔芋粉搅匀,文火熬煮熟香稠状,加入葵瓜子仁重量18%的调味液搅匀,得鸡肉浆;
(3)、将葵瓜子仁加入鸡肉浆搅动裹制一层浆液,捞出均匀撒上葱白粉,送入烘烤箱在200℃烘烤6分钟,冷却灭菌装袋即得。

1.一种鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组成:
葵瓜子仁120-150、鸡肉精粉10-15、丝瓜络1-2、竹叶2-3、白芍2-3、侧柏叶2-3、炒枣仁2-3、葛根2-3、柳叶1-2、魔芋粉5-10、龙吐珠2-3、生姜5-8、白醋5-10、葱白粉2-3、调味液及水适量;
    所述的调味液的制作方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料:绿茶粉3-8、五加皮1-2、苏梗2-3、火麻仁1-2、杨梅核2-3、白酒20-25、鸡精粉1-4、食盐5-8、水适量;
(2)、将五加皮、苏梗、火麻仁、杨梅核合并送入粉碎机粉碎,得到粉体与绿茶粉混合,加10-15倍水煮制沸腾,加入食盐、鸡精粉保温10-20分钟,过滤去渣,滤液与白酒搅拌均匀,即得调味液。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的鸡肉味香保健瓜子仁的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、将丝瓜络、竹叶、白芍、侧柏叶、炒枣仁、葛根、柳叶、龙吐珠等送入粉碎机粉碎装入纱布袋内封闭,与葵瓜子仁一起加水煮至沸腾15-25分钟,捞出葵瓜子仁晒干;
(2)、将生姜切末炒制出香,加水煮沸,加入鸡肉精粉、魔芋粉、白醋搅匀,文火熬煮熟香稠状,加入葵瓜子仁重量10-18%的调味液搅匀,得鸡肉浆;
(3)、将葵瓜子仁加入鸡肉浆搅动裹制一层浆液,捞出均匀撒上葱白粉,送入烘烤箱在175-200℃烘烤4-8分钟,冷却灭菌装袋即得。
