一种紫菜味即食带鱼酥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将带鱼洗净,取其肉,搅碎后,加入适量盐、黄酒、酱油腌制3-5天,将汁液滤去,得到碎鱼肉备用;
(2)将紫菜、海带、金针菇洗净、切碎,置于锅中,加入橄榄油,炒熟,然后取出,晒干后,碾成紫菜粉;
(3)将陈皮、黄精、淫羊藿、黄芪、灵芝、西洋参、康乃馨、苹果叶用6-8倍量的水加热提取,得到中药提取液备用;
(4)将碎鱼肉、紫菜粉、山芋粉、马铃薯粉、面粉均匀混合,加入中药提取液、适量的盐、适量的水,充分搅拌均匀后,得到面团,做成薄饼,用所述芝麻油炸熟即可。

一种紫菜味即食带鱼酥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将带鱼洗净,取其肉,搅碎后,加入30Kg盐、黄酒、酱油腌制3天,将汁液滤去,得到碎鱼肉备用;
(2)将紫菜、海带、金针菇洗净、切碎,置于锅中,加入橄榄油,炒熟,然后取出,晒干后,碾成紫菜粉;
(3)将陈皮、黄精、淫羊藿、黄芪、灵芝、西洋参、康乃馨、苹果叶用6倍量的水加热提取,得到中药提取液备用;
(4)将碎鱼肉、紫菜粉、山芋粉、马铃薯粉、面粉均匀混合,加入中药提取液、适量的盐、适量的水,充分搅拌均匀后,得到面团,做成薄饼,用所述芝麻油炸熟即可。

1.一种紫菜味即食带鱼酥,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:带鱼180-200、紫菜40-50、海带30-40、金针菇20-30、山芋粉40-50、马铃薯粉70-80、面粉30-40、陈皮5-6、黄精4-5、淫羊藿4-5、黄芪5-6、灵芝4-5、西洋参3-4、康乃馨3-4、苹果叶3-4、橄榄油20-30、芝麻油200-215、盐适量、黄酒50-60、酱油20-30、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫菜味即食带鱼酥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将带鱼洗净,取其肉,搅碎后,加入适量盐、黄酒、酱油腌制3-5天,将汁液滤去,得到碎鱼肉备用;
