背景技术
富贵病又称“现代文明病”,是人们进入现代文明社会,生活富裕后,吃得好、吃得精,营养过剩,活动量减少,从而产生的一些非传染性的流行病,糖尿病患者在日常饮食方面不能食用含热量较高的食物,这就局限了糖尿病患者的饮食范围,给患者带来诸多的苦恼。
翻白草为蔷薇科植物翻白草的带跟全草,其性平、味甘、微苦,现代医学研究证明,翻白草的植株各部分均含有黄酮类化合物,而黄酮类物质可影响胰岛素β细胞,有促进胰岛素与靶细胞—受体结合作用,能调节血糖、脂质代谢。近年来民间流行用翻白草治疗糖尿病并取得一定疗效,翻白草所含的黄酮类成分为其降血糖的主要有效成分,也为翻白草的开发利用提供依据。
桑叶是桑科植物桑Morus alba L的叶,桑叶中含有黄酮类化合物、挥发油、氨基酸和桑叶多糖等多种活性成分;现在药理研究证明桑叶具有抑制血糖上升之功效,可预防可治疗糖尿病。为了进一步明确桑叶降血糖的作用和机,桑叶其所含的蜕皮甾酮对多种方法诱导的血糖升高均有降糖作用,可促进葡萄糖转化为糖元,但不改变正常的血糖。可有效帮助有高血糖倾向的人士降低患高血糖症或糖尿病的危险。
目前,市场上有翻白草、桑叶的单独产品出现,但二者的复合饮料却未见报道,由于翻白草和桑叶具有令人不愉快的草腥味,一般人难以接受,如果能提取其中的有效成分加以辅料混合配制,既可以制成风味好的复合饮料,又能达到药用成分、是个一举两得的好方法。

本发明一种翻白草与桑叶降糖保健饮料及其制备方法,是以翻白草、桑叶为主原料,提取翻白草和桑叶中丰富的药用营养成分,采用在提取液中添加辅料来缓解和中和草腥味,使其达到口感稠和、风味独特的保健饮料标准,适合于糖尿病患者饮用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种翻白草与桑叶降糖保健饮料及其制备方法,采用翻白草提取液制备和桑叶提取液制备以及复合调配制备三个工艺;其中翻白草提取液制备包括原料的预处理、胶磨、过滤、澄清保存;桑叶提取液制备包括原料的预处理、胶磨、过滤、澄清保存;复合辅料制备包括调配、均质、杀菌、装罐、冷却制成品。

本发明所述的成品是针对翻白草和桑叶加工进行的特殊工艺制备,使中药翻白草添加桑叶后,可以达到药食同源的饮料的品质,确保其丰富的营养价值和多种保健功能,即具有帮助降低血糖和软化血管以及调节体液酸碱平衡功能、又具备能帮助消化和消除疲劳以及美容护肤优点;且方法简单,易大规模工业化生产。
具体实施方式:
一种翻白草与桑叶降糖保健饮料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1翻白草的预处理:挑选无伤烂的翻白草,用清水洗去上的污土和污垢、控水;
2、切段:将翻白草切成5㎜的段,以利于取汁,为防止榨汁过程中氧化,加入0.006% Vc;
3、胶磨:将翻白草用胶体磨加水磨细成浆,胶体磨的磨距调至在80μm~100μm之间;
4、过滤:将翻白草浆用120目的离心过滤机进行过滤,除去纤维素物质;
5、澄清保存:浆磨出的液汁置于搅拌罐中加入0.05 %果胶酶搅拌,静止16h后,取上清液在4℃下低温备用。
6、桑叶的预处理:挑选无病虫害的新鲜的桑叶,用清水进行清洗、控水;
7、打浆:将桑叶用磨浆机进行打浆处理,胶体磨的磨距调至在80μm~100μm之间;
8、酶处理:加入0.10%淀粉酶和0.05 %果胶酶,酶解温度为45℃,酶解PH值为3.5,酶解时间为4h;
9、过滤:采用100目尼龙绢布清渣振动筛进行过滤,澄清后取上清液待用。
10、调配:翻白草上清液40%、桑叶上清液20%、CMC 0.20%、木糖醇8%、柠檬酸0.09%、海藻酸钠0.20%、抗坏血酸0.05%、黄原胶0.03%、卡拉胶0.03%、加水31.4%,按此比例进行混合搅拌;
11、均质:高压均质机设定在20MPa下均质20min,从而使混合液中固体颗粒得到超微细化;
12、杀菌:在反应釜中提升温度至90℃,保持2min,即可达到商用杀菌目的;
13、包装:杀菌后趁热装罐、密封,将罐倒置3min,然后用冷水分段冷却至38℃左右,即为成品。

Claims (1)
1.一种翻白草与桑叶降糖保健饮料及其制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴翻白草的预处理:挑选翻白草用清水清洗、控水;
⑵、切段:切成5㎜的段,加入的0.006% Vc;
⑶、胶磨:用胶体磨加水磨细成浆,胶体磨的磨距调至在100μm之间;
⑷、过滤:将翻白草浆用120目的离心过滤机进行过滤;
⑸、澄清保存:浆磨出的液汁置于搅拌罐中加入0.05 %果胶酶搅拌,静止16h后,取上清液在4℃下低温备用;
⑹、桑叶的预处理:挑选新鲜的桑叶,用清水进行清洗、控水;
⑺、打浆:用磨浆机进行打浆,胶体磨的磨距调至在100μm之间;
⑻、酶处理:加入0.10%淀粉酶和0.05 %果胶酶,酶解温度为45℃,酶解PH值为3.5,酶解时间为4h;
⑼、过滤:采用100目尼龙绢布清渣振动筛进行过滤,澄清后取上清液待用;
⑽、调配:翻白草上清液40%、桑叶上清液20%、CMC 0.20%、木糖醇8%、柠檬酸0.09%、海藻酸钠0.20%、抗坏血酸0.05%、黄原胶0.03%、卡拉胶0.03%、加水31.4%,按此比例进行混合搅拌;
⑾、均质:高压均质机设定在20MPa下均质20min;
⑿、杀菌:在反应釜中提升温度至90℃,保持2min;
⒀、包装:杀菌后趁热装罐、密封,将罐倒置3min,冷却至38℃,即为成品。
