本发明公开了一种复合蓝莓果粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓200-250、西瓜30-40、豌豆20-30、紫薯粉50-60、乳清粉70-80、魔芋粉10-15、绿茶粉8-10、白糖粉40-50、益智仁15-20、火麻仁8-10、玉竹2-3、桔梗1-2、芝麻壳3-4、白茅根1-2、芒果叶1-2、枸杞子2-3、胡秃子3-4;本发明将蓝莓与多种营养物质加工制成复合果粉,其口感细腻,香甜可口,营养更加均衡全面,制成粉状后富集了有效成分,质量显著减轻,体积显著变小,携带更加方便,速溶性好,饮用方便,更具有美白淡斑、锁水保湿、抗氧化衰老、收缩毛孔等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水果粉,尤其涉及一种复合蓝莓果粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
蓝莓具有减缓衰老、抗癌、保护视力、增强记忆力、提高人体免疫力的功效,但新鲜蓝莓保质期不长,将蓝莓制成果粉,不但饮用携带方便,更大大延长了其保质期;因此本发明提供一种复合蓝莓果粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种复合蓝莓果粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种复合蓝莓果粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
蓝莓200-250、西瓜30-40、豌豆20-30、紫薯粉50-60、乳清粉70-80、魔芋粉10-15、绿茶粉8-10、白糖粉40-50、益智仁15-20、火麻仁8-10、玉竹2-3、桔梗1-2、芝麻壳3-4、白茅根1-2、芒果叶1-2、枸杞子2-3、胡秃子3-4。
一种复合蓝莓果粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,西瓜剖开取瓤,混合打浆,加入浆重1-2%的木瓜蛋白酶,在55-60℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后离心分离,再冷冻干燥,得到蓝莓粉;
(2)将豌豆、益智仁、火麻仁混合入锅,文火翻炒30-40分钟,再用清水浸泡8-10小时,捞出洗净,送入磨浆机中,加入4-5倍温水进行磨浆,过滤,得到滤液,将玉竹、桔梗、芝麻壳等七种中药原料混合粉碎;
(3)将粉碎的中药原料加入到滤液中,在50-60℃下浸泡3-4小时,再加热至沸,保持沸腾25-30分钟,过100-120目滤布,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述蓝莓粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至120-140目细度,灭菌分装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将蓝莓与多种营养物质加工制成复合果粉,其口感细腻,香甜可口,营养更加均衡全面,制成粉状后富集了有效成分,质量显著减轻,体积显著变小,携带更加方便,速溶性好,饮用方便,更具有美白淡斑、锁水保湿、抗氧化衰老、收缩毛孔等功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种复合蓝莓果粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
蓝莓250、西瓜40、豌豆30、紫薯粉60、乳清粉80、魔芋粉15、绿茶粉10、白糖粉50、益智仁20、火麻仁10、玉竹3、桔梗2、芝麻壳4、白茅根2、芒果叶2、枸杞子3、胡秃子4。
一种复合蓝莓果粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,西瓜剖开取瓤,混合打浆,加入浆重1%的木瓜蛋白酶,在60℃下酶解3小时,灭酶后离心分离,再冷冻干燥,得到蓝莓粉;
(2)将豌豆、益智仁、火麻仁混合入锅,文火翻炒30分钟,再用清水浸泡10小时,捞出洗净,送入磨浆机中,加入5倍温水进行磨浆,过滤,得到滤液,将玉竹、桔梗、芝麻壳等七种中药原料混合粉碎;
(3)将粉碎的中药原料加入到滤液中,在60℃下浸泡4小时,再加热至沸,保持沸腾30分钟,过120目滤布,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将上述蓝莓粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至140目细度,灭菌分装,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种复合蓝莓果粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
蓝莓200-250、西瓜30-40、豌豆20-30、紫薯粉50-60、乳清粉70-80、魔芋粉10-15、绿茶粉8-10、白糖粉40-50、益智仁15-20、火麻仁8-10、玉竹2-3、桔梗1-2、芝麻壳3-4、白茅根1-2、芒果叶1-2、枸杞子2-3、胡秃子3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的复合蓝莓果粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,西瓜剖开取瓤,混合打浆,加入浆重1-2%的木瓜蛋白酶,在55-60℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后离心分离,再冷冻干燥,得到蓝莓粉;
