本发明公开了一种蓝莓燕麦片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:燕麦160-180、玉米粒20-30、葵花籽仁40-50、百合6-8、蓝莓20-25、蔗糖25-30、乳清粉30-40、植物脂肪粉5-7、紫甘蓝2-3、月桂叶1-2、寸金草2-3、桑葚2-3、茯苓1-2、拐枣1-2、杜仲2-3、麦冬2-3、墨旱莲1-2、橄榄油适量;本发明将葵花籽仁、蓝莓等膳食营养物质引入燕麦片中,在不失香甜醇厚口感的同时提高其营养保健价值,口感细腻,可以直接冲调饮用,对学习压力大的学生更能够保护视力、抗癌、增强记忆力、提高人体免疫。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种麦片,尤其涉及一种蓝莓燕麦片及其制备方法。
背景技术
燕麦片是一种低糖高能量的方便食品,饮用方便,口感香醇,蓝莓具有减缓衰老、抗癌、保护视力、增强记忆力、提高人体免疫力的功效;为此本发明提供一种蓝莓口味的燕麦片,不但口感更好,营养价值也更高。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种蓝莓燕麦片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蓝莓燕麦片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
燕麦160-180、玉米粒20-30、葵花籽仁40-50、百合6-8、蓝莓20-25、蔗糖25-30、乳清粉30-40、植物脂肪粉5-7、紫甘蓝2-3、月桂叶1-2、寸金草2-3、桑葚2-3、茯苓1-2、拐枣1-2、杜仲2-3、麦冬2-3、墨旱莲1-2、橄榄油适量。
一种蓝莓燕麦片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质燕麦,洗净去皮,得到麦仁、麦麸,将麦麸粉碎,与葵花籽仁混合入锅,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麦麸粉,将葵花籽仁磨粉,得到葵花粉;
(2)将紫甘蓝、月桂叶、寸金草等中药原料清理干净后混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与百合混合打浆,煮沸6-8分钟,磨浆2-3分钟,过100-120目滤网,得到蓝莓浆;
(4)将麦仁、玉米粒送入锅中,倒入上述蓝莓浆,文火翻炒至干,再用橄榄油冷浸2-3小时,捞出沥干,经挤压膨化、粉碎,得到膨化粉;
(5)将上述葵花粉、中药粉、膨化粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至130-150目细度,压制成型,得到燕麦片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将葵花籽仁、蓝莓等膳食营养物质引入燕麦片中,在不失香甜醇厚口感的同时提高其营养保健价值,口感细腻,可以直接冲调饮用,对学习压力大的学生更能够保护视力、抗癌、增强记忆力、提高人体免疫。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种蓝莓燕麦片,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
燕麦180、玉米粒30、葵花籽仁50、百合8、蓝莓25、蔗糖30、乳清粉40、植物脂肪粉7、紫甘蓝3、月桂叶2、寸金草3、桑葚3、茯苓2、拐枣2、杜仲3、麦冬3、墨旱莲2、橄榄油适量。
一种蓝莓燕麦片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质燕麦,洗净去皮,得到麦仁、麦麸,将麦麸粉碎,与葵花籽仁混合入锅,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麦麸粉,将葵花籽仁磨粉,得到葵花粉;
(2)将紫甘蓝、月桂叶、寸金草等中药原料清理干净后混合粉碎,加入7倍清水煎煮50分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与百合混合打浆,煮沸8分钟,磨浆3分钟,过120目滤网,得到蓝莓浆;
(4)将麦仁、玉米粒送入锅中,倒入上述蓝莓浆,文火翻炒至干,再用橄榄油冷浸3小时,捞出沥干,经挤压膨化、粉碎,得到膨化粉;
(5)将上述葵花粉、中药粉、膨化粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至150目细度,压制成型,得到燕麦片。
Claims (2)
1.一种蓝莓燕麦片,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
燕麦160-180、玉米粒20-30、葵花籽仁40-50、百合6-8、蓝莓20-25、蔗糖25-30、乳清粉30-40、植物脂肪粉5-7、紫甘蓝2-3、月桂叶1-2、寸金草2-3、桑葚2-3、茯苓1-2、拐枣1-2、杜仲2-3、麦冬2-3、墨旱莲1-2、橄榄油适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的蓝莓燕麦片制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)选取优质燕麦,洗净去皮,得到麦仁、麦麸,将麦麸粉碎,与葵花籽仁混合入锅,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去麦麸粉,将葵花籽仁磨粉,得到葵花粉;
(2)将紫甘蓝、月桂叶、寸金草等中药原料清理干净后混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到中药粉;
(3)将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与百合混合打浆,煮沸6-8分钟,磨浆2-3分钟,过100-120目滤网,得到蓝莓浆;
(4)将麦仁、玉米粒送入锅中,倒入上述蓝莓浆,文火翻炒至干,再用橄榄油冷浸2-3小时,捞出沥干,经挤压膨化、粉碎,得到膨化粉;
(5)将上述葵花粉、中药粉、膨化粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至130-150目细度,压制成型,得到燕麦片。
