一种香辣高钙果蔬粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:柠檬20-25、白菜35-40、紫背天葵15-20、大豆20-25、荷叶3-4、泽泻2-3、何首乌1-2、丹参1-2、金银花4-5、白茅根2-3、绿豆衣8-10、西瓜皮5-7、赤小豆7-8、点地梅2-3、鱼骨7-10、虾皮8-9、茶籽油1-2、红辣椒0.3-0.5。本发明营养丰富,含有丰富的钙质,具有润肠排毒、利水消肿、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种果蔬粉,尤其涉及一种香辣高钙果蔬粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
果蔬粉是由新鲜水果、蔬菜加工而成的粉状产品,可应用于食品加工的各个领域。现有果蔬粉多存在营养搭配不合理,且在加工过程中多添加了护色剂,长期食用对人体有害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种香辣高钙果蔬粉及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养搭配合理,无化学添加剂的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种香辣高钙果蔬粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
柠檬20-25、白菜35-40、紫背天葵15-20、大豆20-25、荷叶3-4、泽泻2-3、何首乌1-2、丹参1-2、金银花4-5、白茅根2-3、绿豆衣8-10、西瓜皮5-7、赤小豆7-8、点地梅2-3、鱼骨7-10、虾皮8-9、茶籽油1-2、红辣椒0.3-0.5。
    所述的香辣高钙果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
   (1)将茶籽油倒入锅中,待油温升至40℃时,倒入红辣椒,文火加热,待油熬成红色时,过滤除渣,得到辣油;
   (2)将大豆炒熟,泼洒辣油,在60-65℃下闷润吸收;
   (3)将荷叶、泽泻、何首乌、丹参、金银花、白茅根、绿豆衣、西瓜皮、赤小豆、点地梅加水煎煮2-3小时后,过滤除渣,得提取液;
   (4)将鱼骨、虾皮洗净、烘干、磨成粉末;
   (5)剔除柠檬、白菜、紫背天葵的变质腐烂部分,经清洗后取柠檬果肉,与白菜、紫背天葵、步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合打浆,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥得粉末,与步骤(4)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
    柠檬富含维生素C,同时紫背天葵中含有的黄酮苷成分,可以延长维生素C的作用,能有效改善血液循环不佳的问题,帮助血液的正常排毒;大白菜中含有大量的粗纤维,可促进肠壁蠕动,帮助消化,防止大便干燥,促进排便,稀释肠道毒素,既能治疗便秘,又有助于营养吸收;大豆具有健脾宽中,润燥消水、清热解毒、益气的功效;荷叶与泽泻有助利水消肿、帮助水分代谢,何首乌可帮助去除油脂、丹参可活血化瘀;金银花、绿豆衣、西瓜皮、点地梅可清热解毒;白茅根清热利尿;赤小豆具有润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、预防结石、健美减肥的作用;鱼骨、虾皮含有丰富的钙;经常食用本发明可增强机体免疫力。
具体实施方式
     一种香辣高钙果蔬粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
柠檬25、白菜35、紫背天葵20、大豆25、荷叶3、泽泻3、何首乌2、丹参1、金银花4、白茅根3、绿豆衣10、西瓜皮7、赤小豆7、点地梅3、鱼骨10、虾皮9、茶籽油1、红辣椒0.5。
    所述的香辣高钙果蔬粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
   (1)将茶籽油倒入锅中,待油温升至40℃时,倒入红辣椒,文火加热,待油熬成红色时,过滤除渣,得到辣油;
   (2)将大豆炒熟,泼洒辣油,在60-65℃下闷润吸收;
   (3)将荷叶、泽泻、何首乌、丹参、金银花、白茅根、绿豆衣、西瓜皮、赤小豆、点地梅加水煎煮2-3小时后,过滤除渣,得提取液;
   (4)将鱼骨、虾皮洗净、烘干、磨成粉末;
   (5)剔除柠檬、白菜、紫背天葵的变质腐烂部分,经清洗后取柠檬果肉,与白菜、紫背天葵、步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合打浆,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥得粉末,与步骤(4)所得物料混合均匀,即得。

1.一种香辣高钙果蔬粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
柠檬20-25、白菜35-40、紫背天葵15-20、大豆20-25、荷叶3-4、泽泻2-3、何首乌1-2、丹参1-2、金银花4-5、白茅根2-3、绿豆衣8-10、西瓜皮5-7、赤小豆7-8、点地梅2-3、鱼骨7-10、虾皮8-9、茶籽油1-2、红辣椒0.3-0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香辣高钙果蔬粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将茶籽油倒入锅中,待油温升至40℃时,倒入红辣椒,文火加热,待油熬成红色时,过滤除渣,得到辣油;
(2)将大豆炒熟,泼洒辣油,在60-65℃下闷润吸收;
(3)将荷叶、泽泻、何首乌、丹参、金银花、白茅根、绿豆衣、西瓜皮、赤小豆、点地梅加水煎煮2-3小时后,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(4)将鱼骨、虾皮洗净、烘干、磨成粉末;
(5)剔除柠檬、白菜、紫背天葵的变质腐烂部分,经清洗后取柠檬果肉,与白菜、紫背天葵、步骤(2)(3)所得物料混合打浆,经过滤除渣、喷雾干燥得粉末,与步骤(4)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
