背景技术
已知用于分离地容纳添加物直到添加物准备与溶剂流体混合的各种设计的容器。然而,很多容器在其容纳不同数量的组分物质的能力方面受限制,且在用于有效制造的构造方面不实用。因而,存在对改进的用于容器的盖的需求。
发明内容

具体实施方式
本发明描述了一种用于容器的单腔室分配帽的新设计,该分配帽被构造成用于容纳添加物,当需要时能够将添加物分配到容器中。图1和图2示出这种分配帽10的一个实施例。分配帽10具有形成帽结构的外壁的大体圆柱状的本体11、封闭顶端19a和敞开底端。分配帽10被构造成接合且安装在诸如饮料瓶的容器的开口之上。本体11能够被构造成且适合于通过卡扣配合方式与容器的开口接合或被螺旋拧紧到容器开口上。如图2所示,本体11和内壁13形成在分配帽10的底侧敞开的容器接收部12。容器接收部12允许帽10接收容器的嘴(未示出)。容器接收部12被构造成具有沿着本体11的内表面的螺纹30。螺纹30与容器的嘴上的对应螺纹协作以将分配帽10固定于其上,且密封通常是液体的容器内容物。
内壁13从分配帽10的封闭顶端朝分配帽的敞开底端轴向延伸且限定用于容纳添加物的腔室50。分配帽10通常被用作用于例如瓶子的容器的封闭盖,该容器容纳液体饮料(例如水、果汁等)。
腔室50由腔室封闭构件60密封。腔室封闭构件60形成液密密封,从而容纳在腔室50内部的物质保持与容器中的液体饮料分离。这使得分配帽10能够预填充希望的物质且安装到容器上,而不与容纳在分配帽10内部的物质发生接触或发生关联。
腔室封闭构件60被连接到柱塞22。柱塞22被构造成处于下述两个位置中之一:即打开位置(图1)和密封位置(图2)。当分配帽10被螺旋拧紧到容器的嘴(未示出)上时,从分配帽10的顶部下压柱塞22会使柱塞22将腔室封闭构件60进一步向下推压到容器中且使腔室50开封。这使得腔室50的内容物落入容器中且与瓶中的液体内容物混合。
通过向下推压分配帽的柔性隔膜21,柱塞22被推压到其打开位置。柔性隔膜21优选被构造成当被压下时卡扣到打开位置,且因而即使当停止向下推压隔膜21时也维持打开位置。
根据一个实施例,本体11、封闭顶端19a、柱塞22和内壁13被一体形成为一体式构造。
在另一实施例中,分配帽10被构造成具有翻转顶盖17。翻转顶盖17能够防止柱塞22的意外致动。这使得分配帽10的内容物能够在需要摄取容器的内容物时释放。翻转顶盖17还能够与本体11、封闭顶端19a和内壁13一体地形成。
参考图3-图13,将描述根据本发明实施例用于容器的分配帽100。分配帽100包括具有封闭顶端119a和敞开底端119b的大体圆柱状的本体部111。封闭顶端119a与本体部111一体形成且包括隔膜部121,隔膜部121能够被向下(即如示出的朝敞开底端119b的方向)按压以致动分配帽100且分配帽的内容物。分配帽100优选由适当塑料或聚合物材料模制,本体111、封闭顶端119a、柱塞122和内壁113通过被模制成一体式构造而一体形成。这允许更简单的产品设计和更成本有效的制造。一体形成的构造也能够降低分配帽组装成本,因为仅有两个部件即腔室封闭构件160和该结构的剩余部分需要组装。
如图4所示,大体圆柱状的内壁113从本体部111的封闭顶端119a朝本体部的敞开底端119b轴向延伸且限定用于容纳添加物的腔室150。如这里使用的,“轴向延伸”意味着在与分配帽100的纵向轴线L平行的方向上延伸。
因为本体部111、封闭顶端119a和内壁113的一体模制结构,隔膜部121形成了腔室150的封闭的顶部,且腔室150具有朝着本体部111的敞开底端的可密封开口。
本体部111和内壁113之间限定了用于从本体部的敞开底端119b接收容器的嘴且密封容器的嘴的接收部112。腔室150的内部设有从隔膜部121朝腔室150的开口轴向延伸的柱塞122,其中隔膜121和柱塞122具有闭合位置和打开位置。图4示出处于闭合位置的隔膜121和柱塞122。以下讨论的图7示出处于打开位置的隔膜121和柱塞122。

腔室封闭构件160的密封表面167包括内密封表面167a和外密封表面167b。内密封表面167a被构造成与内壁113上的对应内密封表面113a协作,外密封表面167b被构造成与内壁113上的对应外密封表面113b协作。这些密封表面因为它们相对于腔室150的内部的相应接近度而被称为“内”和“外”。密封表面167a和113a比密封表面167b和113b更靠近腔室150的内部。
内密封表面167a和113a形成密封,以对抗外环境压力高于腔室150内部的内环境压力高的情形。外密封表面167b和113b形成密封,以对抗腔室150中的内环境压力高于外环境压力的情形。这通过以下进一步描述的密封表面167a、167b、113a和113b的特定几何形状和构造实现。

如图12所示,根据一个实施例,配合的内密封表面167a和113a相对于本体部111的纵向轴线L倾斜约30-32°。该倾斜角度在图12中被标注为δ。配合的外密封表面167b和113b相对于纵向轴线L倾斜约10-12°。该倾斜角度在图12中被标注为β。在优选实施例中,倾斜角度δ是31°,倾斜角度β相对于纵向轴线L是11°。
参考图7-11,腔室封闭构件160具有面对本体部的封闭顶侧的顶侧和背离腔室的底侧。柱塞被连接到腔室封闭构件160,靠近腔室封闭构件160的中心。在一个实施例中,柱塞和腔室封闭构件被构造成如图7和图8中详细示出的彼此按压配合到一起。作为示例,腔室封闭构件160设有图9和11中示出的柱塞接收空腔165,且柱塞122设有突出构件122a,该突出构件具有用于按压配合到空腔165中的环形肋122b。图7中示出的柱塞122和腔室封闭构件160的连接处的区域A被在图8中的放大详细视图中示出。
根据一个实施例,腔室封闭构件160在顶侧设有应力释放凹陷162、163。当致动力被施加到隔膜上且柱塞122向下推压腔室封闭构件160使其从闭合位置移动到打开位置时,应力释放凹陷162、163能够使腔室封闭构件弹性塌缩且有利于解除腔室封闭构件160相对于内壁113的密封。“弹性塌缩”指腔室封闭构件160像伞一样塌缩,虽然塌缩的程度不大,但也有利于解除腔室封闭构件160与内壁113的密封。在腔室封闭构件被柱塞122推离闭合位置时,外密封构件167b和113b的倾斜使得能够解除腔室封闭构件160的密封,腔室封闭构件的塌缩进一步利于这种解除密封的动作。
如图9和10所示,应力释放凹陷162、163可以包括环形凹陷162和多个径向定向凹陷163。在一个实施例中,径向定向凹陷163被布置成彼此间隔约45°布置,且从腔室封闭构件160的中心沿径向向外变尖,以便最优化腔室封闭构件的塌缩效果。
参考回图4,分配帽100具有限定在本体部111和内壁113之间、用于接收容器的嘴的接收部112。如图5的例子中示出的,接收部112可以包括用于与容器200的嘴上的对应螺纹230螺旋接合且将分配帽100连接到容器200的嘴的螺纹130。这样,当分配帽被安装在容器200上以使用时,容器200的嘴在接收部112的远端112a形成密封,从而密封容器200中的内容物400。在图5中,分配帽100被完全组装且腔室150容纳添加物300。添加物可以是液体形式或粉末形式。
图7示出处于打开构造的分配帽100,其中添加物300正被分配到容器200中且与容器200的内容物400混合。内容物400可以是液体饮料或药物。如示出的,隔膜121和柱塞122被向下推压且处于它们的打开位置。柱塞122已向下推压腔室封闭构件160,解除腔室封闭构件160相对于内壁113的密封表面的密封。
如图4-7所示,根据另一实施例,分配帽100能够进一步包括用于防止分配帽100从容器200的嘴非有意松脱的防擅动环135。防擅动环135具有与在各种饮料容纳容器上的很多防擅动环同样的结构。防擅动环135——如果设置的话——被可移除地连接到本体部111的底端且具有多个翼片137。当分配帽100被安装到容器200的嘴上时,翼片137如图5和图6所示向内和向上折叠且翼片137与容器200的嘴上的环形突起干涉且防止分配帽100的非有意松开。为了从容器200去除分配帽100,在分配帽100被致动且腔室150的内容物被分配到容器200之后,使用者能够强制地将分配帽100从容器上拧下,这撕裂防擅动环135和本体部111之间的可断开连接部。

现有瓶设计可无需改变地使用,瓶能够容易回收,将不会有污染物模制到其中,环境友好。本文公开的容器盖能够由若干材料制造,包括但不限于聚合物、合成物和柔性金属合金。

从所述隔膜部朝所述腔室的所述开口轴向延伸的柱塞,其中所述隔膜部和所述柱塞具有闭合位置和打开位置;和

2.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件的所述密封表面包括内密封表面和外密封表面,其中所述内密封表面被构造成与所述内壁上的对应内密封表面协作以密封对抗外环境压力高的情况,且所述外密封表面被构造成与所述内壁上的对应外密封表面协作以密封对抗内环境压力高的情况。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件和所述内壁形成液密密封。
4.根据权利要求2所述的分配帽,其中所述内密封表面相对于所述本体部的纵向轴线以30-32°倾斜。
5.根据权利要求2所述的分配帽,其中所述外密封表面相对于所述本体部的纵向轴线以10-12°倾斜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,其中所述应力释放凹陷包括环形凹陷和多个径向定向凹陷。
7.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,其中所述接收部包括用于将所述分配帽螺纹连接到所述容器的嘴的螺纹,从而当所述分配帽被安装用在所述容器上时密封所述容器中的内容物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的分配帽,进一步包括防擅动环,用于防止所述分配帽从所述容器的嘴上的非有意松脱。
9.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,其中所述接收部被构造用于卡扣配合到所述容器的嘴上,从而当所述分配帽被安装用在所述容器上时密封所述容器中的内容物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的分配帽,进一步包括通过铰链连接到所述本体部的翻转顶盖和设置在所述本体部上的锁定脊,所述锁定脊用于锁定封闭在所述隔膜部上的所述翻转顶盖且防止所述隔膜部意外致动。
11.根据权利要求10所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件和所述柱塞被构造成彼此按压配合,且所述翻转顶盖设有用于在所述分配帽的组装期间当所述腔室封闭构件被压到所述柱塞上且密封所述腔室时支撑所述隔膜部的隔膜部支撑基座。
12.一种用于容器的分配帽,所述分配帽包括:
具有封闭顶端和敞开底端的大体圆柱状的本体部,所述封闭顶端包括隔膜部;
从所述本体部的所述封闭顶端朝所述敞开底端轴向延伸且限定腔室的大体圆柱状的内壁,其中,所述腔室具有朝向所述本体部的所述敞开底端的开口;
设置在所述腔室中的一定量的添加物;
所述本体部和所述内壁之间限定用于从所述本体部的所述敞开底端接收所述容器的嘴且密封所述容器的嘴的接收部;
从所述隔膜部朝所述腔室的所述开口轴向延伸的柱塞,所述隔膜部和所述柱塞具有闭合位置和打开位置,其中所述隔膜部和所述柱塞处于所述闭合位置;和
连接到所述柱塞且密封所述腔室的开口的腔室封闭构件,
其中所述本体部、所述封闭顶端、所述柱塞和所述内壁一体形成;
其中所述腔室封闭构件是盘状结构,所述盘状结构具有沿着其外周的密封表面,所述内壁具有与所述腔室封闭构件的所述密封表面协作的对应密封表面,用于当所述隔膜部和所述柱塞处于所述闭合位置时密封所述腔室;并且
其中所述腔室封闭构件具有面对所述本体部的所述封闭顶端的顶侧和背离所述腔室的底侧,且进一步地其中所述腔室封闭构件在所述顶侧上设有应力释放凹陷,从而当致动力被施加到所述隔膜部且所述柱塞被从所述闭合位置移动到所述打开位置时,所述应力释放凹陷使得所述腔室封闭构件能够弹性塌缩且利于解除所述腔室封闭构件与所述内壁的密封。
13.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件的所述密封表面包括内密封表面和外密封表面,其中所述内密封表面被构造成与所述内壁上的对应内密封表面协作以密封对抗外环境压力高的情形,且所述外密封表面被构造成与所述内壁上的对应外密封表面协作以密封对抗内环境压力高的情形。
14.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件和所述内壁形成液密密封。
15.根据权利要求13所述的分配帽,其中所述内密封表面相对于所述本体部的纵向轴线以30-32°倾斜。
16.根据权利要求13所述的分配帽,其中所述外密封表面相对于所述本体部的纵向轴线以10-12°倾斜。
17.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,其中所述应力释放凹陷包括环形凹陷和多个径向定向凹陷。
18.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,其中所述接收部包括用于将所述分配帽螺纹连接到所述容器的嘴的螺纹,从而当所述分配帽被安装用在所述容器上时密封所述容器中的内容物。
19.根据权利要求18所述的分配帽,进一步包括防擅动环,所述防擅动环用于防止所述分配帽从所述容器的嘴上非有意地松脱。
20.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,其中所述接收部被构造用于卡扣配合到所容器的嘴,从而当所述分配帽被安装用在所述容器上时密封所述容器中的内容物。
21.根据权利要求12所述的分配帽,进一步包括通过铰链连接到所述本体部的翻转顶盖和设置在所述本体部上的锁定脊,所述锁定脊用于锁定封闭在所述隔膜部上的所述翻转顶盖且防止所述隔膜部意外致动。
22.根据权利要求21所述的分配帽,其中所述腔室封闭构件和所述柱塞被构造成彼此按压配合,且所述翻转顶盖设有用于在所述分配帽的组装期间当所述腔室封闭构件被压到所述柱塞上且密封所述腔室时支撑所述隔膜部的隔膜部支撑基座。
