Abstract

Description

容器封闭组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种容器封闭组件，特别是涉及设有用来贮存物料(典型的为液体)的贮存腔的容器封闭组件，所述物料与容器中的物料(典型的仍为液体)单独保存直到要求物料混合。
背景技术
已知有例如关于某种特殊饮料的装置，该饮料最好仅在混合后较短时间内喝完。在一个已知的装置中，用于液体的基本圆筒形的贮存器以螺纹形式旋入到环形端件上，该环形端件不能拆卸地装配在容器颈部上。当贮存器从端件上卸下时，封闭件从贮存器排出并且掉落到容器中，使贮存器中的液体通过端件分配到容器中。当贮存器已经完全从端件上卸下时，混合的液体可以通过端件倒出来。
但是上述装置不适于与采用了例如标准(仅采用塑料盖封闭的瓶体(PCO)的瓶颈部)聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)瓶和标准轮廓封闭盖的标准容器填充装置一起使用，所述封闭盖旋入到瓶上并且通过旋开和使防擅自开启的显示环断裂而从瓶上除去。在已有的装置中，由于端件一定不是可拆卸的并且具有贮存器的端件的轮廓完全不同于标准封闭盖的轮廓，所以瓶形一定是不同的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解决方案，其中不要求对工业标准瓶进行任何变更，并且封闭机构的轮廓使得其能够在未变更的填充线上进行操作。
因此，本发明提供一种用于容器的封闭组件，包括：适于装配到容器的颈部上以关闭容器的封闭盖，该封闭盖具有上壁和从其垂下的圆筒裙部，并具有贮存腔，该贮存腔在所述裙部内于所述上壁的下侧形成并设置有分配开口；适于装配到封闭盖中以关闭贮存腔上的分配开口的密封件；其中，当组件装配到容器上时，所述密封件适于过盈装配地装配到容器的颈部中，从而当封闭盖从容器上除去时，密封件仍然保持在容器的颈部内并且与密封盖分离，使得分配开口打开，其中所包含的物料被分配到容器中。
该结构允许待填充的贮存腔以及待装配到封闭盖上的密封件形成能够自由运输和通过标准机器设备操作的组件，所述标准机器设备设置成对仅包括端壁和下垂裙部的简单容器封闭结构进行操作。

具体实施方式
图示的封闭组件用于与在颈部具有螺纹的容器1一起使用。容器是瓶并且典型地由PET塑料、金属或者玻璃制成。封闭组件包括封盖2和密封件3。封盖2具有上壁4，该上壁4具有从其垂下的圆筒裙部5。该裙部在其内侧具有用于装配到容器上的内螺纹。如图1所示，封盖1设有防擅自开启的指示环6，当首先打开封闭结构时，该防擅自开启的指示环6从裙部裂开。另外如图1所示，封盖的外轮廓完全是常规形式。
贮存腔7形成于封盖的上壁4的下侧的裙部5内。贮存腔由从上壁4的下侧向下延伸的圆筒壁8形成，分配开口9由壁8的自由端限定。
密封件3尺寸形成为可装配到封闭结构中关闭分配开口9。密封件3包括圆筒膛孔10和栓塞11，该栓塞11在其下端通过多个桥13、优选的为4个桥同轴地支撑在膛10内。
参考图5和图6，图中示出了倒置的封盖，分别为在贮存腔填充少量液体以及密封件装配到封盖中之前和之后的状态。栓塞11装配到圆筒壁8的开口端以由此形成膛孔密封，从而关闭分配开口9。栓塞在壁8上可以是搭扣配合，以在组件的运输、储存和操作过程中有助于封盖2与密封件3的组件保持配合关系。位于贮存腔径向外侧的第二圆筒壁12从封盖的下侧向下延伸，并且密封地装配到密封件的圆筒膛孔10的上端中。
当组件如图3所示地装配到容器1上时，带膛孔10的密封件过盈地装配地装配到容器的颈部中，从而当从容器上旋下封闭盖2时，密封件3仍然保持在容器颈部之内并且与封闭盖分离。随着所述盖2与密封件3的分离，栓塞11从贮存腔的壁8出来从而打开分配开口9。这样，保持在贮存腔中的液体可以通过形成于桥13之间的密封件上的通道15从贮存腔出来并被分配到容器中。容器中的被混合成分然后通过通道15被倒出。正如图3所示，密封件的上端形成有向外的径向凸缘16，该凸缘16在容器颈部的上端和封盖2的下侧之间形成密封。
密封件由比封闭盖软的材料制成。在优选的实施例中，密封件由聚乙烯制成，封闭盖由聚丙烯制成。
在用于标准的28mm直径的瓶颈上的组件中，贮存腔可以具有大约12mm直径并被填充到大约9mm的深度，从而提供大约1ml的液体容积。在用于38mm直径的瓶颈的组件中，贮存腔可具有大约22mm的直径并被填充到大约13mm的深度，从而提供大约5ml的液体容积。这样的贮存腔不在裙部5之下延伸、或者仅稍微延伸。如果要求，贮存腔可以在某些应用中做得更深，但是这将妨碍高速操作。

Claims (7)

1.一种封闭组件，包括：
适于装配到容器(1)的颈部上以关闭容器的封闭盖(2)，该封闭盖(2)具有上壁(4)和从其垂下的圆筒裙部(5)，并在所述裙部内部具有在所述上壁的下侧形成的贮存腔(7)，该贮存腔(7)设置有分配开口(9)；
适于装配到封闭盖(2)中以关闭贮存腔(7)上的分配开口(9)的密封件(3)；
其中，当组件装配到容器上时，所述密封件(3)适于过盈装配地装配到容器的颈部中，从而当封闭盖(2)从容器上除去时，密封件(3)仍然保持在容器的颈部内并且与密封盖分离，使得分配开口(9)打开，其中所包含的物料被分配到容器中。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件，其中，所述贮存腔(7)由从所述封闭盖的上壁(4)的下侧向下延伸的圆筒壁(8)形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的组件，其中，所述密封件(3)包括圆筒膛孔(10)，其尺寸形成为密封地装配到容器的颈部中，栓塞(11)在其下端通过多个径向桥(13)同轴地支撑在圆筒膛内，栓塞适于装配到贮存腔的圆筒壁的开口端中以当封闭盖(2)与密封件(3)装配在一起时封闭所述贮存腔(7)，在径向桥(13)之间形成通道(15)，从而当封闭盖(2)从密封件(3)分离时，物料可以从贮存腔(7)穿过通道(15)被分配而进入所述容器中。
4.如权利要求3所述的组件，其中，第二圆筒壁(12)在所述贮存腔(7)的径向外侧从封闭盖(2)的下侧向下延伸，密封地装配到所述密封件(3)中。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的组件，其中，所述密封件(3)由比封闭盖(2)软的材料制成。
6.如前述任一权利要求所述的组件，其中，所述密封件(3)由聚乙烯制成，所述封闭盖(2)由聚丙烯制成。
7.如前述任一权利要求所述的组件与具有带外螺纹的颈部的容器(1)组合物，所述封闭盖(2)在所述下垂的裙部(5)的内侧上形成有相应的螺纹，用于将所述组件组装到所述容器上。
